部分用户可能发现,在10月28日晚间六点至凌晨、10月29日下午四点至凌晨这两个时间段中,无法正常使用市民信箱网站(包括博客和论坛)功能、无法正常使用市民云APP的服务,部分使用家校互动的教师和家长也无法通过该平台进行互动。

经过排查,以上这些状况是由于机房数据库服务器突发故障。

目前经过市民信箱团队全力抢修和维护,该故障已经查明原因并采取了修复措施,市民信箱网站、市民云APP以及家校互动等功能开始恢复工作。

截至目前,论坛和易办事系统仍在紧张的抢修中。

对于此次突发故障造成的影响,我们深表歉意。

我们将于11月开始进行平台升级加固工作,以进一步提升系统可用性。
