本设计的题目为上洋石灰石矿年产 200 万吨矿石露天开采设计, 设计的主要目的是 根据要求为上洋石灰石矿设计合理的开采方法和开拓方案。 本设计的主要思路是通过已知的大田县太华镇上洋石灰石矿相关资料, 按照国家相 关规定,根据大学期间所学知识,并参考国内外相似规模的矿山采矿现状选择和确定适 当的采矿参数,从而按照要求设计出一套经济上合理,技术上可行的结合实际情况利于 开采的最优方案。 本设计的内容包括:矿山概况、技术经济比较、矿床地质特性的研究、露天开采境 界的确定、矿山开拓运输设计、矿山采矿机械设备的选型、矿山的总体平面布置、矿山 辅助设施的确定、矿山的环境保护与劳动安全卫生、矿山土建工程量的确定,其中主要 以露天开采境界的确定、矿山开拓运输设计、矿山采矿机械设备的选型为主。 本设计的主要参数有设计年产为 200 万吨矿石, 设计经济合理剥采比为 1.5m ³ /m ³ , 开拓方式为公路运输开拓,台阶坡面角为 70° 和 45° ,台阶高度为 10m;安全平台宽度 为 4m,清扫平台宽度为 8m;露天矿最小底宽为 25m,最终开采底部标高为+360m。露 天矿境界内可采储量 7269.2 万吨,可采年限 37.6 年。 运输设备为 SH-380 型自卸汽车和 WK-4 型电铲。均衡剥采比为 0.67t/t。设计采用 KQ-250 型潜孔钻机进行穿孔,斜线起爆。采用汽车运输—排土机排土。

Abstract
The topic was on Shangyang designed annual production capacity of 2 million tons of ore limestone mine open pit design, the main purpose of the design is based on the requirements for the rational design of Shangyang limestone mining methods and develop solutions . The main idea is designed by the known Daejeon Ottawa County town Shangyang limestone relevant information, in accordance with relevant state regulations, based on what they have learned during college , and with reference to the status of mining mines abroad selection of similar size and determine the appropriate mining parameters to design according to the requirements set out on economically reasonable and technically feasible with the actual situation conducive to the exploitation of the optimal solution. The content design include:determining mining overview, technical and economic comparison study geological characteristics of the deposit,the determination of the realm of open-pit mining , mine development and transportation design, selection of mining machinery and mining equipment , the overall layout of the mine , mine support facilities , environmental protection and occupational safety and health , mine mine to determine the amount of civil works , mainly in the realm of open-pit mining determined to open up the selection of transport mine design, mining machinery and mining equipment based. The main parameters of this design has a designed annual production capacity of 200 million tons of ore . Design economical stripping ratio of 1.5m ³ /m³ , pioneering the way for the road transport development, bench slope angle of 70 °and 45 ° , the step height of 10m; security platform width of 4m, sweeping platform width 8m; outdoor mine minimum bottom width of 25m, the ultimate exploitation of the bottom elevation of +360 m. Within the realm of open pit mineable reserves of 72,692,000 tons , recoverable life of 37.6 years . Transport equipment for the SH-380 type dump truck and WK-4 -type shovel . Balanced stripping ratio of 0.67t / t. Designed with KQ-250 type submersible drilling rig piercing , slash detonate . Using motor transport - Dump Dump machine .
