1How to Succeed in an InterviewHi there! Today I'm going to tell you all about how to ace an interview and get that job you really want. Interviews can be scary, but if you follow my tips, you'll be feeling confident and ready to impress the interviewer!First up, you need to prepare. Don't just walk in there without knowing anything about the company or the job. That's a big no-no! Do your research and learn as much as you can about them. What do they do? What are their values? What will your role involve? Knowing this stuff shows you're really interested and have made an effort.Next, practice your answers to common interview questions. Things like "Tell me about yourself" and "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" The interviewer will definitely ask you questions like these, so have some good responses ready to go. But don't just memorize them word-for-word - that cansound really robotic. Just have a general idea of what you want to say.Now let's talk about how to make a great first impression. When you arrive, be polite and friendly to everyone, even the receptionist. Don't be chewing gum or playing on your phone. Sit up straight, make eye contact, and shake hands firmly. Easy peasy!During the interview itself, it's so important to stay positive and enthusiastic. The interviewer wants to see that you're excited about this opportunity. Use positive language, smile, and try not to say anything negative about your previous jobs or bosses. Nobody likes a grumpy guts! When you're asked questions, take a moment to gather your thoughts before responding. It's okay to pause for a few seconds - it shows you're being thoughtful and not just blurting out the first thing that comes to mind. Speak clearly and give specific examples to back up your points.I know it can be hard, but try to stay calm and confident throughout. Take some deep breaths if you're feeling nervous. The interviewer wants to see that you can handle a bit of pressure without getting all frazzled.Oh, and don't forget to prepare some smart questions to ask the interviewer at the end. This shows you're genuinely interested in learning more. Maybe ask about opportunities for growth and development or what a typical day would be like. When the interview is over, make sure you thank the interviewer for their time. You could even send a follow-up email reiterating your interest and enthusiasm. A little extra effort can go a long way!I know interviews seem super scary, but they don't have to be. Just follow my advice - prepare, practice, stay positive and composed, and show off why you're the best person for the job. You've got this!I really hope these tips help you feel ready to ace your next interview. Just remember to be yourself, stay confident, and don't stress too much. You're going to do great! Let me know how it goes.Good luck!篇2How to Succeed in an InterviewInterviews can be really scary, especially when you're just a kid. You have to dress up all fancy and talk to grown-ups you don't know about why you'd be good at a job. But don't worry, I've got some tips to help you rock your next interview!First up, you gotta prepare. That means learning all about the place you're interviewing for. What do they do there? What kind of kids do they like to hire? You can find out a lot just by checking out their website or asking your parents. Knowing this stuff shows you're really interested.Next, practice answering some common interview questions out loud. Like "Why do you want this job?" or "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" Have your parents or a friend ask you these and get comfortable explaining yourself. Don't just make stuff up though - be honest about your skills and experiences.Speaking of experiences, make sure you can share examples of times you showed qualities they're looking for, like being a team player or working hard. Maybe you helped out at a bake sale for your scout troop or got an award for perfect attendance. Little things like that can make you look really good! When it's time for the actual interview, you've got to make a great first impression. That starts with your outfit - wearsomething neat and clean, like nice pants and a button-down shirt. And don't forget to smile and make eye contact when you greet the interviewer!During the interview itself, listen carefully to each question before answering. It's okay to take a few seconds to gather your thoughts rather than just blurting out the first thing that pops into your head. Speak slowly and clearly too so they can understand you.And here's a pro tip: have a few questions ready to ask them at the end! You could ask about the daily responsibilities or what they love most about working there. Asking questions shows you're truly interested. Most importantly, be yourself! Let your awesome personality shine through. If you're feeling nervous, take some deep breaths. Just pretend you're chatting with a teacher or family friend. The interviewers will definitely be impressed if you make eye contact, speak confidently about your experiences, and ask thoughtful follow-up questions. Do all that and you'll be a shoo-in for the job!So don't stress too much. If you prepare properly, practice answering questions, and just be your amazing self, you're gonna knock that interview out of the park. Good luck!篇3How to Succeed in an InterviewHi friends! Today I want to talk to you about interviews. You might be thinking - interviews, why do I need to know about those? I'm just a kid! Well, even kids sometimes have to go through interviews. Maybe it's for getting into a cool club or a special program at school. Or maybe your parents are making you interview for a job like babysitting or mowing lawns. Whatever the reason, it's good to know how to do well in an interview. The first step is being prepared. That means knowing what the interview is for and who you are meeting with. Ask lots of questions ahead of time so you understand what it's all about. Then you can get ready with the right things. For example, if you're interviewing to be a camp counselor, you'll want to brush up on your camping knowledge. What kinds of activities do kids like at camp? What are some camp safetyrules? Thinking about those kinds of things will help you feel confident going in.You'll also want to practice answering possible interview questions out loud. Have your parents or a friend ask you sample questions so you can practice giving good responses. The more you practice, the less nervous you'll be.The next key to interview success is making a great first impression. That starts with your outfit. You don't need an expensive suit or anything, but do wear neat, clean clothes that fit well. Avoid things with logos or silly slogans. You want to look pulled together.Good hygiene is also part of a great first impression. Make sure you bathe, brush your teeth, and use deodorant (if needed) before your interview. Tidy hair is good too. You don't want to be remembered as the stinky, messy kid! When you meet your interviewer(s), shake their hand firmly and make eye contact. Sit up straight in your chair. Good posture shows confidence and respect. Smile and be ready with a friendly greeting like "It's nice to meet you!"During the actual interview, listen carefully to each question and don't interrupt. If you don't quite understand something, it'sokay to politely ask for clarification before answering. Then give clear, honest responses without rambling too much. It's smart to prepare a few questions to ask the interviewer too. Good ones show you're interested and thinking ahead. You could ask things like "What skills are most important for this position?" or "What do you enjoy most about working here?"Stay calm and positive throughout the interview, even if you're feeling nervous inside. The people interviewing you are just trying to get to know you better. It's not an interrogation! With practice, interviews become easier. At the end, maintain that great first impression by thanking the interviewer for their time. A short handwritten thank you note after is a classy touch too.So those are my tips for succeeding at interviews. Remember to be prepared, polite, friendly and interested. If you practice those things, I know you've got this! Just picture how proud your parents will be when you nail that interview. Let me know if you need any other advice!篇4How to Succeed in an InterviewHave you ever felt super nervous before an important interview? Maybe it was for getting into a cool club at school or trying out for the soccer team. Interviews can be scary, but they don't have to be! If you follow some simple tips, you can go into your next interview feeling confident and prepared. The first step is to learn as much as you can about what the interview is for. Is it to get a role in the school play? Or maybe to become a hall monitor? No matter what, you need to do your research! Read up on the responsibilities and skills required for that position.Next, practice how you will answer common interview questions out loud. Things like "Why are you interested in this role?" or "What makes you a good fit?" have good answers that show you've prepared. But don't just memorize answersword-for-word. That can make you sound robotic. Instead, make bullet point notes and practice explaining your thoughts smoothly. Now let's talk about your appearance for the interview. You don't need to wear a super fancy suit or anything, but you do want to look neat and put-together. Stick to simple clothing that fits well and is wrinkle-free. And be sure to take a shower, brushyour teeth, and brush your hair. Looking clean and respectable shows you take the interview seriously.Waiting for your interview can be the worst part! But there are things you can do to stay calm. Do some deep breathing exercises if you're feeling anxious. Or mentally repeat a positive mantra like "I've got this!" It's also wise to get to the interview location a little early so you have time to relax before going in.When it's time for the actual interview, there are some things to keep in mind for your best behavior. First, shake hands firmly with the interviewers and make eye contact. Then during the interview, sit up straight and avoid fidgeting too much. Be sure to listen carefully to each question before responding. If you don't understand something, it's okay to politely ask for clarification. As the interview goes on, don't be afraid to share specific examples that demonstrate your skills and experience, especially from school or extracurricular activities. At the same time, be careful not to brag or talk over the interviewers. If you've prepared well, your excellence will shine through. Finally, have a good final handshake ready and make sure to thank the interviewers for their time before you leave. You canalso ask when you might expect to get notified about the decision. That shows your enthusiasm for the role. The days after an interview can feel like torture while you're waiting to hear back. But don't drive yourself crazy wondering how it went! You'll hear the final result when the time comes. If you don't get the role this time, don't be too discouraged. Use it as a learning experience so you can do even better at your next interview.I know interviews aren't the funnest, but trying your best and staying positive can go a long way. Just think about how awesome you'll feel when you nail it! Then you can celebrate your hard work and success. With dedication and these tips in mind, your future is full of potential. You've got this!篇5How to Succeed in an InterviewInterviews can be scary, especially when you're a kid. You might be interviewing for a spot on the basketball team, a role in the school play, or even a job at the local ice cream shop. But don't worry, I'm here to give you all my tips and tricks for nailing that interview!First things first, you need to prepare. Don't just go in without knowing anything about what you're interviewing for. Do your research! If it's a team or club, learn about their values and recent accomplishments. If it's a job, read up on the company and what they do. Knowing this information shows you're really interested.Next, practice your answers to common interview questions. Things like "Tell me about yourself" or "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" The interviewer will probably ask you these. Have a friend or parent do a mock interview so you can practice out loud. It'll build your confidence! Now let's talk about what to wear. You want to look nice and put together, but you don't need to go overboard with a suit or anything unless they specifically say so. Nice pants or a skirt with a collared shirt is totally fine. And don't forget - look neat! Brush your hair, clean your shoes, all that good stuff. When you get to the interview, it's really important to be polite and have good manners. Shake the interviewer's hand firmly, make eye contact, and say "thank you" when it's over. Little things like that make a big impression.During the interview itself, it's okay to take a moment before answering if you need to collect your thoughts. Don't rush intoresponses. Speak clearly and try to smile - it'll make you seem more confident and friendly. If you get stuck on a question, you can ask for clarification. The interviewer would rather you understand than just guess!Pay close attention to any questions about problem-solving skills or how you'd handle different situations. Interviewers love to ask those to see how you think on your feet. For example, if they ask how you'd resolve a conflict with a teammate, you could say something like "I would first listen to their perspective to understand where they're coming from. Then I'd calmly explain my side and look for a compromise we could both agree on."Another important thing is to have some good questions ready to ask the interviewer at the end. This shows you've thought it through and have a genuine interest. You could ask things like "What do you most enjoy about being on this team?" or "Can you tell me about the work environment here?" Just don't ask questions you could easily find the answers to online. Most of all, be yourself! The interviewer wants to get to know the real you. Don't try to be someone you're not. If you're naturally a bit shy, that's okay. Just do your best to make eye contact, speak up, and let your true personality shine through.I know interviews can be nerve-wracking, but if you follow these tips you'll be a pro in no time! Remember to prepare, dress nicely, mind your manners, and most importantly - BE YOURSELF! You've got this!篇6How to Succeed at InterviewsHey kids! Have you ever had to go for a job interview before? Questions like "Tell me about yourself," "What are your strengths and weaknesses," and "Why do you want this job/jointhis club" always come up. Have your answers ready to go! Don't just ramble on though, try to keep them short and sweet. Around 30 seconds to a minute is perfect. Now let's talk about what to wear to an interview. You'll want to look nice and put together, but not too fancy. Maybe a polo shirt or nice blouse with khakis or a skirt. Avoid anything ripped, stained or too casual like old t-shirts or athletic shorts. And don't forget to smile! A friendly smile goes a long way.On interview day, get there 10-15 minutes early. Being punctual shows you're responsible and eager. Bring a copy of your resume if you have one, as well as something to write with and paper for notes. When you get called in for the interview, walk with confidence and shake hands firmly with the interviewer(s).During the interview, sit up straight with your shoulders back. Make eye contact and speak clearly. If you get stuck on a question, it's okay to pause and gather your thoughts before answering. The interviewers want you to do well, so staying calm is key! And be sure to have a few good questions prepared to ask them at the end about the job/club.After you answer the final question, thank the interviewer(s) for their time. You can also ask about next steps if they don'toffer that information. Then just wait for their decision patiently. Whether you get it or not, be proud that you put yourself out there!Landing an interview is a big accomplishment in itself. By preparing properly, dressing professionally yetage-appropriately, and handling yourself well, you majorly increase your chances of nailing it. Just think positive and remember how awesome you are!Interviews can seem daunting, but they're just conversations to see if you're a good fit for something. Be your very best self and the right opportunity will come along. You've got this! Just breathe, smile, and let your greatness shine through.。

1. What’s the meaning of your English name?
Actually, Sushi is my nickname. My friends gave me this name because I like to eat the Japanese food sushi.
1: As a matter of fact, Sushi is a nickname my friends gave me, because I like sushi and like to make sushi.I can make about ten different kinds of sushi! But, there is also a hidden meaning in it, that is, I wish to conquer diseases like a King!
3: My given name in Chinese is Meng, so I chose Monk to be my English name. I admire the spirit of monks, you know, abstinence and tolerance.

2. What’s the meaning of your email address?
Lazyfish? Oh, I admire the goldfish for living an easy life. Compared to goldfish, human beings live afast-paced life. So I chose this email address to make me feel a bit relaxed. 52n52n? oh, it means “I love you, I love you,”because 5 sounds like “I” in Chinese, and 2 for “love”, n for “you”. I registered this address to please my girlfriend, hehe.
Neverlazy? Oh, I want to encourage myself never to be lazy! You know I am a hardworking person. So, it’s my slogan!
)3. Where are you from? Where is your hometown?

2: Well, my hometown is a small town which you probably have never heard of. The name of the town is Dehui, which means “good moral” in Chinese. The town is located in the middle of China’s Northeast. When you look at the map, it looks like the eye of the rooster. You know, China looks like a rooster on the map, and the Northeast region looks just like the head of the rooster. My hometown “Good Moral Town” is unknown to most people because it’s quite poor. The average ine for a family is less than one thousand RMB per month.
