1.2 测量原理本仪器在测量工件表面粗糙度时,先将传感器搭放在工件被测表面上,然后启动仪器进行测量,由仪器内部的精密驱动机构带动传感器沿被测表面做等速直线滑行,传感器通过内置的锐利触针感受被测表面的粗糙度,此时工件被测表面的粗糙度会引起触针产生位移,该位移使传感器电感线圈的电感量发生变化,从而在相敏检波器的输出端产生与被测表面粗糙度成比例的模拟信号,该信号经过放大及电平转换之后进入数据采集系统,DSP 芯片对采集的数据进行数字滤波和参数计算,测量结果在显示器上给出,也可在打印机上输出,还可以与PC 机进行通讯。

具有测量精度高、测量范围宽、操作简便、便于携带、工作稳定等特点,可以广泛应用于各种金属与非金属的加工表面的检测,该仪器是传感器主机一体化的袖珍式仪器,具有手持式特点,更适宜在生产现场使用。

2 工作原理与结构特征2.1 工作原理当传感器在驱动器的驱动下沿被测表面作匀速直线运动时,其垂直于工作表面的触针,随工作表面的微观起伏作上下运动,触针的运动被转换为电信号,将该信号进行放大,滤波,经A/D转换为数字信号,再经CPU处理,计算出Ra、Rz值并显示。

四、测量操作
4.1测量前的准备
A、开机 按下电源键

工作稳定可靠,可广泛适用于各种金属与非金属加工表面的检测。

由于采用了差动电感式传感器,结构简单可靠,抗干扰能力强,对工作环境无特殊要求,分辨力高,示值误差小,稳定性好。

整机测量精度高,垂直分辨率可达0.01μm;测试范围宽,垂直量程最大可达+40/-120μm。

本产品在遵守传统RC滤波器标准(GB6062)的基础上,增加了M1(DIN4777)、M2(DIN4776)数字滤波器,可由用户根据需要选择。

克服了原RC滤波器造成的波形失真和相位失真,大幅度地提高了产品的测量准确性,扩大了测量应用范围,大大提高了仪器整机的性能。

采用时代公司自行研制的驱动器及探头,并可选配多种型号探头,以适合各种表面的测量。

新增设了一系列测量参数,可快速、准确地计算出各种表面粗糙度参数。

新增软件校准功能,可分别按三个取样长度对原始测量数据进行校准,校准效果将反映到计算所得的全部粗糙度参数及波形曲线上。

可方便地存储大量数据,包括500个粗糙度参数,以及4组轮廓数据。

每组轮廓数据含有一次测量所得到的全部信息,包括1500个采样点,测量时间及测量条件,由此可得到相关的全部粗糙度参数及波形曲线。

一、概述
欧谱OU1300表面粗糙度仪是适合于生产环境和移动测量需要的一种手持式仪器,它操作简便,功能全面,
测量快捷,精度稳定,携带方便,能测量最新国际标准的主要参数,本仪器全面严格执行了国际标准并兼
容美国、德国、日本英国等一些工业发达国家的标准。

测量结果可以根据选定的测量条件计算相应参数,

二、检测原理
OU1300表面粗糙度仪使用的是电感传感器,测量时,精密驱动机构带动传感器沿被测表面做等速直线滑行,
传感器触针在被测表面上下位移,该位移使传感器电感线圈的电感量发生变化,从而在相敏检波器的输出
端产生与被测表面粗糙度成比例的模拟信号,该信号经过放大及电平转换之后进入数据采集系统,DSP芯
片对采集的数据进行数字滤波和参数计算,测量结果在液晶显示器上给出。
