It can be hooked up to network via Ethernet, which enables to inform by E-mail and to monitor on Web site as well as to transfer files by using FTP. Also, it can communicate with Modbus/RTU or Modbus/TCP.It comes with a two, four, six-channel or twelve-channel model. As the input signal, a DC voltage, thermocouple, resistance temperature detector, or contact signal can be set to each channel. The data saved on a CF card can be converted by data conversion software to Lotus 1-2-3, Excel, or ASCII format file, facilitating processing on a PC. 横河记录仪常规设置方法一.对于横河记录仪其设置主要分为两种方式设定模式和基本设定模式,设定模式主要功能是更改输入量程、报警、记录纸送纸速度、标记通道名称、设置打印信息的文字串等功能;基本设定模式的功能主要是更改/增加功能的设定模式。

二.设定输入量程步骤TC、RTD和DC电压1. 按住“MENU”键3秒,进入设定模式。

2. 执行下图中所示的操作。

按当最左端的数字闪烁时,按或键可以改变数值的正负。

如果按下ESC键,则取消操作,并返回上一级菜单。

对于我们公司使用的有两种一种为温度设定选择为RTD,左右边界设定为0到150;一种为压力设定选择为1-5V(记录仪应并联一250欧姆电阻),左右边界设定为-100到300。

此项设置完成后如果连接正确,记录应正确显示当前的环境温度和压力。

三.偏差校验设备具有两套温度压力温度显示系统,因此存在偏差是难免的,在确定记录仪确实存在偏差后,通过以下方法可以进行偏差校准:1.按住“MENU”键3秒,进入设定模式。

2.3.偏差可指定的范围为量程中可测量范围的±10%。

例如:对于2V的量程,范围为:-0.4V~0.4V。

对于设定标尺运算的通道,可指定偏差范围为标尺运算范围的±10%。

4.正常情况下,BIAS选项在设定模式下不存在,下面将介绍如何在设定模式下添加此功能:✓✓✓具体操作示意图如下所示:5.6.✓四.输入量程设置1.设定实例( 1 ) 热电偶输入比如,将通道02设置为热电偶类型K,测量温度在-50.0~450.0℃的范围之间。

热电偶类型K的可测量范围是-200.0~1370.0℃。

在-50.0~450.0℃的范围内的测量值将以100mm的宽度记录在记录纸上,那么该记录量程被叫做一个记录范围,并且记录范围最左边和最右边的数值分别称范围左值(Span left)和范围右值(Span right)。

2.设定实例(2)1~5V输入和单位将通道03设定为1~5V的标准信号输入和0.0~500.0%标尺,标尺范围为-19999~30000。

3. 测量本仪器可连接4种类型的热电偶:K、J、E或T型(出厂时设置为K型)。

使用与探头的TC类型相对应的Ω型接口。

(1) 5部分:"更换电池")。

(2)2秒时间左右,然后出现测量值。

(3) 检查热电偶类型。

如要更改当前设置,关闭电源并按上一页的"选择热电偶类型"部分的指示操作。

(4) 选择输入通道。

(仅限TX1003)按键,然后从通道A、B和A-B中选择一个通道(请参见上一页的"选择通道")。

(5) 将探头连接到输入接口。

如果使用2,将探头连接到在使用的通道。

(6) 结束测量时,按•键重启本仪器并继续测量。

•如果关闭再打开电源,仪器将保持与关闭电源时相同的分辨率(0.1℃或1℃)、输入通道(通道A、B或A-B)和热电偶类型(K、J、E或T)设置。

(7) 其它操作有关其它操作,如显示保持、相对值显示、最大和最小值记录/读取等,请参见上一页的按键操作列表。

提示本仪器的按键操作相对比较简单。

但是,您必须确保仪器没有被误设为非预期的状态。

请注意,正常测量情况下,不会显示"HOLD"、"RCD"、"REL"、"MAX"、"MIN"和"MEM"。

AX 系列是将测量数据实时显示在单色液晶画 面上并能将数据保存在 3 . 5 寸软盘或 CF 卡(附加 规格)上的无纸记录仪。可在各个通道任意设定直 流电压输入,热电阻输入,热电偶输入及开关量输 入等。AX100 有 2 ,4 ,6 ,1 0 通道型共 4 种。 通过标准软件,对软盘 / CF 卡中的数据进行波形, 数字等显示,也可以打印输出。还可转换成 Lotus12-3,Excel 或者 ASCII 格式。
