2010年5月份月度检查过程中发现某队司钻 操作房内存在私自改装井场防爆电气设施的现象， 并且布线紊乱，存在较大的安全隐患。
In a monthly inspection in May 2010, some unauthorized modifications of the explosion-proof electric epuipments for well site with wire disorder was found in one team’s driller house.That may cause serious

2、擅自在接线盒盖板上开孔，达不到防爆要求； Drilling on the junction box cover ithout authorization,which was far short of what is required for explosion protection. 3、岗位人员责任心不强，盖板上少压紧螺栓，线路布置紊乱；
纠正与预防措施
1、按照井场电气安装标准，对设施正确安装，达到防火防爆要求； Install the facilities according to the well site electrical installation standard in order to meet requirements for fire and explosion prevention
