3.1.6旅客中止旅行旅客在登机后或飞行中途(包括备降或经停过站)中止旅行时,必须将其行李卸下飞机;如旅客并未向地面服务人员或当班机组人员申明而自行离机,必须进行清舱;旅客在登机后或飞行经停中途中止旅行,并向地面服务人员或当班机组申明,经检查确认该旅客托运和随身手提行李已带下飞机的,不需做清舱工作。
3.1.16宠物和辅助动物运输3.1.16.1宠物是指家庭驯养的狗、猫、鸟或其它玩赏类小动物。
野生动物和具有形体怪异或易于伤人等特性的动物如蛇等,不属于此范围。
宠物必须装在货舱内运输。
3.1.16.2辅助动物是指辅助残疾旅客的狗或猴子,或作为搜寻爆炸物或营救之用而驯养的犬只。
辅助动物必须装入容器内,由旅客本人带入客舱。
辅助动物不得占用旅客座位,并不妨碍应急撤离的区域。

21644Federal Register/Vol. 65, No. 79/Monday, April 24, 2000/Rules and Regulations(2) For the purposes of these mandatory inspections, piece-part opportunity means: (i) The part is considered completely disassembled when accomplished in accordance with the disassembly instructions in the manufacturer’s engine manual; and (ii) The part has accumulated more than 100 cycles in service since the last piece-part opportunity inspection, provided that the part was not damaged or related to the cause for its removal from the engine.’’(b) Except as provided in paragraph (c) of this AD, and notwithstanding contrary provisions in section 43.16 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR 43.16), these mandatory inspections shall be performed only in accordance with the Airworthiness Limitations Section of the manufacturer’s ICA.Alternative Methods of Compliance(c) An alternative method of compliance or adjustment of the compliance time that provides an acceptable level of safety may be used if approved by the Engine Certification Office (ECO). Operators shall submit their requests through an appropriate FAA Principal Maintenance Inspector (PMI), who may add comments and then send it to the ECO.Note 2: Information concerning the existence of approved alternative methods of compliance with this airworthiness directive, if any, may be obtained from the ECO.Ferry Flights(d) Special flight permits may be issued in accordance with sections 21.197 and 21.199 of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR21.197 and 21.199) to operate the airplane toa location where the requirements of this AD can be accomplished.Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program(e) FAA-certificated air carriers that have an approved continuous airworthiness maintenance program in accordance with the record keeping requirement of §121.369(c) of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR 121.369 (c)) must maintain records of the mandatory inspections that result from revising the Airworthiness Limitations Section of the Instructions for Continuous Airworthiness (ICA) and the air carrier’s continuous airworthiness program. Alternately, certificated air carriers may establish an approved system of record retention that provides a method for preservation and retrieval of the maintenance records that include the inspections resulting from this AD, and include the policy and procedures for implementing this alternate method in the air carrier’s maintenance manual required by §121.369(c) of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR121.369(c)); however, the alternate system must be accepted by the appropriate PMI and require the maintenance records be maintained either indefinitely or until the work is repeated. Records of the piece-part inspections are not required under§121.380(a)(2)(vi) of the Federal Aviation Regulations (14 CFR 121.380(a)(2)(vi)). This Final Rule amends 21CFR 1310.02(a) to reflect the fact thatGBL is a List I chemical subject to therequirements of the CSA and itsregulations.Is GBL Subject to Any Other ControlsUnder the CSA?In addition to GBL functioning as achemical precursor for the manufactureof GHB, it also produces psychoactiveeffects. If taken for human consumption,GBL and other chemicals, including 1,4-butanediol, are swiftly converted intoGHB by the body. Abuse of these andother GHB-like substances is asignificant law enforcement and publichealth problem. GBL and 1,4-butanediolare structurally and pharmacologicallysimilar to GHB and are often substitutedfor GHB. Under certain circumstancesthey may satisfy the definition of acontrolled substance analogue (21U.S.C. 802(32)). Congress expresslycontemplated this possibility byamending 21 U.S.C. 802(32) to state thatthe designation of GBL or any otherchemical as a Listed chemical does notpreclude a finding that the chemical isa controlled substance analogue andsubject to the provisions of 21 U.S.C.813.Is There a Threshold for Transactionsin GBL?Public Law 106–172 did not establisha threshold for regulated transactionsinvolving GBL. Therefore, the DEA isreviewing available data, including thatprovided by commenters in response tothe Federal Register publication‘‘Industrial Uses and Handling ofGamma-butyrolactone; Solicitation ofInformation’’ (63 FR 56941), regardingan appropriate threshold. This will bethe subject of a separate rulemaking andwill provide an opportunity for publiccomment. Until and unless a thresholdis established, all covered transactionsinvolving any amount of GBL aresubject to the CSA regulatoryrequirements.Each regulated person who engages ina regulated transaction involving GBLmust keep a record of the transactionand file reports under certaincircumstances (21 CFR 1300.02(b)(28)).If a threshold is established for GBL, therecordkeeping and reportingrequirements will only apply totransactions, including cumulative。

武汉天河机场A380运行保障作业安全工作规则(征求意见稿)第一章总则第一条目的根据武汉天河机场作为A380飞机京广航路备降场的要求,为全面做好A380备降本场的运行保障工作,确保机场运营安全、有序,特制定本规则。
第二条适用范围本规则适用于所有负责A380航空器运行的保障单位和驻场单位。
第三条名词解释备降机场是指当飞机不能或不宜飞往预定着陆机场或在该机场着陆时可以飞往的另一个机场。
备降机场一般在起飞前都已预先选定好,只有发生某些特殊或紧急情况才会临时选择非计划中的备降机场降落。
第二章管理职责第四条机场现场运行指挥中心(一)负责A380航班到达本场的信息通报;(负责备降A380航班的相关信息通报)(二)负责备降A380航班信息的录入。
(二)负责接受并处理A380航空器推出作业的申请;(三)负责处理A380航空器运行保障过程中的特殊情况。
第五条空管塔台(一)负责A380航班到达本场的信息通报;(二)负责指定A380航空器进出港的滑行路线,并通报给机务部门。
第六条航空公司或协议保障单位负责A380航空器进出港作业保障。
第七条安全检查站负责A380航空器的监护作业。
第八条航空油料公司负责A380航空器的加油工作。
第三章 A380运行保障作业安全工作规则第九条信息通报程序当南航A380备降武汉天河机场时,空管塔台应第一时间通报机场6号,6号接到备降信息后应:1、立即报告集团公司一号、集团公司分管领导和机场一号;2、立即通知机场内部各相关保障单位做好保障准备工作,并传达上级指示精神;3、联系南航签派室,就A380备降保障工作逐项进行沟通、确认;4、立即协助机场一号召集南航、现场运行指挥中心、飞行区管理部、信息管理部、地服公司、安检站、航站楼管理部、公安局等部门值班领导在运控中心召开保障会议,部署相关保障工作;5、如223、224机位已占用,立即通知相关基地航空公司或地服公司,在最短时间内将223、224机位上的航空器牵引至其他机位;6、备降A380航空器到达滑入机位后,报告集团公司一号、集团公司分管领导和机场一号。

2Possible errors and their consequencesThe take-off preparation by the pilots entails the computation of the aircraft weights (Zero Fuel Weight, Take-Off Weight) and respective CG positions, as well as the calculation of the different Take-Off speeds (V1, V R, V2) and thrust rating.These data may be obtained either by using load sheets and take-off charts, or by means of non-aircraft software applications (i.e. flight operations laptops).Three types of errors may be performed during this process:•Parameters entered into the tables or into the programs may be wrong (carried load, outside temperature, runway length etc…)•Computations may be inaccurate (wrong interpretation of charts, bug in the software etc…)•The data entry process into the Flight Management System (FMS) may be incorrect (distraction, stress etc…).E ach of these types of errors may have consequences on the Take-Off speeds:•A too low V R inserted through the Multipurpose Control & Display Unit (MCDU), may lead to a tail strike•A too low V2may lead to the flight path not clearing the obstacles in an one engine out condition•A set of too high Take-Off speeds may lead to a runway overrun or too high energy rejected take-off (RTO).Other possible consequences:•An error on the A/C configuration at take-off (CONF/TRIM setting) may lead to an “auto rotation” or a nose heavy condition•A take-off from a different runway from the intended one, or even from a taxiway, may lead to:-A collision on ground with another aircraft, vehicle or obstacle-A collision in the air with an obstacle-An overrun if no lift-off before the end of the runway (even more so if combined with a high temperature FLEX take-off)-A low or high energy runaway overrun (in case of RTO)•A wrong thrust rating may result in a tailstrike, a runway overrun or a shift of the climb path.3FMS. modifications:•(target 2011).•A330/A340 and A380•applied on the A380.Flight control s3.3.1Take-Off speeds availabilityThe objective is to avoid a take-off without T ake-Off (TO) speeds (due to a last minute change,for example).The system checks that the TO speeds have been inserted during the flight preparation.It is launched when the crew checks the aircraft configuration before take-off.It is relaunched automatically at take-off power application.If the TO speeds are not available, the TO CONFIG test will be invalidated. This will trigger a “NO FMS TO SPEEDS ” caution message on the ECAM and a single chime aural alert.3.3.2Runway length / Remainingdistance on runwayThe objective is to reduce the probability of runway overruns.T o achieve this, the system performs the following: •During the pre-flight phase, the system checks that the inserted TO data are consistent with the planned departure runway. The estimated lift-off run distance is compared with the distance available on the runway (including TO shift)•During the take-off phase, the system compares the estimated lift-off run distance with the remaining distance on the runway, taking into account the real time position and speed of the aircraft.If the system detects a risk of runway overrun during the pre-flight phase, a caution message is displayedon both the MCDU scratchpad and the ECAM.”If the aircraft is not on the runway selected by the pilot, a “NOT ON FMS RWY” caution message is displayed on the ND (all the range are concerned) and a “NOT ON FMS RWY!” aural alert is triggered.3.3.4Take-off FLEX temperature setting The objective is to check the FLEX temperature setting upon selection of FLEX take-off.On current aircraft, when the thrust levers are set on the MCT/FLX detent, the FADEC compares the entered FLEX setting with the outside temperature. In case of incompatibility, the “ENG THR LEVERS NOT SET” caution, as well as the procedure to follow, are displayed on the ECAM and a single chime aural alert is triggered.In the frame of TOS2, the above ECAM caution message will be changed to indicate “SAT ABOVE FLX TEMP”.4ConclusionThe T ake-Off Securing function performs automatic consistency checks between several take-off parameters.The function is composed of two packs for FMS inputs consolidation:•The first one, TOS pack 1, is already implemented on the A320 family (except the PITCH TRIM / MCDU / CG disagree alert) and is under development (target 2011) for the A330/A340 and A380.For the A320 family, TOS pack 1 will be updated to include the PITCH TRIM / MCDU / CG disagree alert that already exists on the A330/A340 and A380.•The second package, TOS pack 2, is under development for the A350 and will later be applied on the A380.The TOS function represents a safety net against erroneous take-off parameters, and is expected to reduce the number of experienced tail strikes, runway overruns and loss of control during take-off.Two more packs are under study, which will be dedicated respectively to the take-off monitoring and weight & CG estimations.Safety FirstThe Airbus Safety MagazineFor the enhancement of safe flight throughincreased knowledge and communications.Safety First is published by the Flight Safety Departmentof Airbus. A380服务手册国内航线各舱共用部分服务标准2011年12月10日定稿版1 A380国内航线各舱共用服务标准1.1登机前各舱通用标准1.1.1乘务组登机前准备工作规定1.1.1.1登机前,主任乘务长查询所执行航班的旅客订座信息、飞行机组信息、 乘务组信息、飞机号、停机位,协作时将以上信息传达给组员1.1.1.2主任乘务长负责下载当日航班信息,了解高端旅客个性化需求1.1.1.3 乘车规定及分区域协作规定为了分区域协作方便,进场执行航班时,全体组员须按区域乘车主任乘务长、主舱安全员、包厢式头等舱乘务长/乘务员、头等舱乘务长/乘务员同乘一辆机组车,并按服务区域落座其余组员共乘另一辆机组车兵按服务区域落座各区域乘务长明确本区域乘务员的具体工作职责,详细地进行任务分 工,并对本区域安全及服务提出具体要求 1.1.2乘务组个人行李的存放规定1.1.3清舱要求1.1.2.11.1.2.21.1.2.3乘务组个人物品可放置各区域储物柜 行李存放不应占用两舱客人使用的衣帽间 乘务组的个人行李全程应在乘务员视线可监控的范围内2011年12月10日版1.1.3.1 1.1.3.2 1.1.3.3 检查所有餐车、储物柜检查衣帽间、洗手间确保无外来人员及物品1.1.4应急设备的检查要求1.141 1.1.4.2 1.1.4.31.1.4.4 1.1.4.5 登机后,由主任乘务长发出指令全体组员按岗位职责检查应急设备应急设备包括水灭火瓶、HALO灭火瓶、灭火毯、PBE手提氧气瓶、急救药箱、喊话喇叭、救生衣、应急手电筒、人工释放工具、应急发报机、生化隔离包、加长安全带、婴儿、儿童救生衣等安全演示包(包括救生衣、氧气面罩、安全带、安全须知)广播和内话系统洗手间烟雾探测器、自动灭火装置、温度感示标牌、垃圾箱盖板应急灯光系统SK包应急设备检查标准见《客舱乘务员手册》各区域乘务员向主任乘务长报告各区应急设备检查结果主任乘务长查阅《客舱故障记录本》,确认客舱故障排除情况,通知客1.1.4.6舱乘务员检查确认1.1.5厨房内的服务设备检查标准1.1.5.1 检查厨房配电板功能正常烤箱功能正常烧水杯功能正常烧水器功能正常咖啡机功能正常冷风机功能正常厨房真空废物抽取机(如设置)功能正常储物柜及餐车固定装置功能正常餐车刹车装置正常垃圾箱盖板功能正常水槽畅通垃圾压缩机(如设置)功能正常餐车升降机(如设置)功能正常1.1.6客舱内的服务设备检查标准 1.1.6.1客舱内部设施检查标准客舱照明系统无故障检查隔帘、搭扣确保无污渍、无故障地毯干净整洁、无毛球机窗清洁、无破损行李架清洁、无故障阅读灯、呼唤铃无故障座椅上枕头、被子/毛毯包装完好并摆放整齐(四星标准)座椅上的薄被、腰枕、床垫在位、洁净无污渍,睡枕、羽绒被妥善存放(五星标准)座椅上的安全带一字型摆放整齐座椅各部位操控、调节功能完好,并处于起飞/落地状态座椅套、头片、平整、无污渍座椅扶手与坐垫的夹缝内无异物座椅扶手台上无污渍座椅小桌板的桌面清洁、无故障个人电视屏幕清洁完好、视觉清晰、视频、音频系统无故障客舱内部壁板清洁无污渍、无故障客舱内部环境干净、整洁1.1.6.2 洗手间检查标准水龙头功能正常洗手液充足或配备洗手液洗手池下水顺畅 马桶功能正常镜面、洗手池、地面无水滴、污渍 垃圾箱内无垃圾1.1.7迎客前准备要求主任乘务长签收PIL 单未配备IPAD 航班,主任乘务长将PIL 单内各舱高端旅客信息传达给各舱 区域乘务长,区域乘务长再将本舱高端旅客信息传达给区域乘务员 配备IPAD 航班,主任乘务长、区域乘务长进行第二次数据下载, 确认高 端旅客信息并传达给各区域乘务员再次清舱 登机欢迎词、登机音乐、五星标准娱乐节目的播放要求旅客登机过程中应播放登机欢迎词两至三遍广播的语言顺序为:中文-目的地语言-英文播放欢迎词的间歇时间要播放登机音乐客人开始登机时开始播放娱乐节目,客人下机结束后停止播放娱乐节目(五星标准)整理个人仪表1.1.7.1 核对、传达旅客信息1.1.7.21.1.7.3 1.1.7.41.1.8起飞前引导客人入座标准 1.1.8.1 服务要求(五星标准)姿态高雅工作有效率笑容亲切待客友善充满自信具有良好的工作责任心时刻关注客人特别注意说话轻、动作轻、走路轻 服务时应与贵宾有9OCM_-1M 勺距离 遵守“动作不说话、说话不动作”原则 以上标准应贯穿整个服务流程1.1.9飞机移动前的准备工作标准关舱门前,主任乘务长签收并确认各类随机文件,按舱单核对旅客人数 清理客舱中的杂物,协助客人整理个人物品两舱:使用小托盘回收客人不需要的杯子、杯垫 包厢式头等舱:使用小托盘、毛巾夹回收独立毛巾盘、毛巾 上层公务舱:使用专用毛巾回收盘、毛巾夹回收毛巾 协助客人整理、妥善放置个人松散物品将所有隔帘扣好妥善放置洗手间内的松散服务用品,盖上马桶盖板并锁闭洗手间门 1.2起飞前各舱通用服务标准 1.2.1起飞前鞠躬致礼、安全检查标准1.2.1.1 起飞前致礼标准舱门预位后,各舱乘务员按各自岗位职责在规定的位置站好如主任乘务长/主任乘务长/乘务长不担任广播员,则鞠躬致礼时站在本 舱位左通道或左通道的左侧,两舱乘务员站在客舱右通道或左通道的右 侧除广播员外,所有组员必须出客舱向客人致礼站姿端正、面带微笑、与客人有眼神交流鞠躬的时间统一到广播 “致以最诚挚的问候”这句话结束时1.1.9.11.1.9.2 1.1.9.31.1.9.4鞠躬呈30度角双脚呈丁字形摆放主任乘务长或有资格的广播员广播中文致礼广播结束、安全检查广播开始时,按 1.2.1.2所列标准进行安全检查开始安全检查的时间统一到广播“现在客舱乘务员进行起飞前的安全检查”这句话结束时1.2.1.2起飞前安全检查标准开始播放安全检查时,乘务员统一按各自负责的区域进行安全检查安全检查遵循“由下至上”的顺序:脚踏板(如设置)-安全带-小桌板f遮光板f座椅靠背f行李架;乘务员安全检查时用右手确认自身前进方向右侧行李架,返回时,完成通道对侧行李架触摸检查,左手统一放在前方上衣前襟处或自然垂下无制动装置的两舱旅客座椅前方不可摆放任何行李、松散物品三语广播安全检查时,客舱内都必须有乘务员按自己的职责区域按要求进行安全检查1.2.2安全演示标准 1.2.2.1如预录系统出现故障,乘务员进行安全演示表演的标准表演内容:机上应急出口的位置、应急设备的使用方法表演顺序:救生衣f氧气面罩f安全带f应急出口的指示f通道指示灯-出口指示灯-安全须知表演结束乘务员将演示用具放回固定位置后,广播员再次进行客舱安全检查广播,各区域乘务员按各自的岗位职责按 1.2.1.2 所列标准统一进行安全检查1.2.2.2 播放安全演示录像出口指示标准播放安全演示录像前必须广播通知旅客逐级调节音量至适中播放安全演示期间,应避免在客舱履行与安全无关的职责播放预录安全演示时,乘务员必须演示应急出口播放预录安全演示或人工表演时,乘务员在播放到“本架飞机共有16个紧急出口,主舱10个,上舱6个”时应在安全演示位置就位播放到“请你辨识离你最近的应急出口”,乘务员指示出离自己演示位置最近的该区域旅客撤离所使用的应急出口。
如位于11排左、右通道第一排的乘务员仅指示U1门,不能指示前方。
乘务员指示应急出口的位置后,身后紧靠厨房服务台的乘务员,自然地退回服务台乘务员指示应急出口的位置后,没有紧靠厨房服务台的乘务员,侧身45°与客人一起观看安全演示,宽体机乘务员应相对而立一起观看大屏幕开始播放安全检查时,乘务员按各自的岗位职责按1.2.1.2 所列标准统一进行安全检查1.2.3起飞前再次清理客舱标准 1.2.3.1再次回收客舱内的所有杯子、毛巾(使用毛巾夹)及杂物1.2.3.2再次确认客人座椅扶手台面、脚蹬及座椅上无松散物品1.2.4起飞前调暗客舱灯光标准1.3.2两舱餐食服务原则1.3.2.1 吧台摆放原则摆放迎宾、餐前、餐后吧台摆放应以安全、美观、整洁为原则摆放前铺好吧台布吧台摆放的方向、层次均指驾驶舱方向各类饮料主标朝向客舱Rona 水晶杯杯口朝上、竖直摆放,不可平躺摆放 矮脚酒杯平躺交叉摆放玻璃杯应无缺角、水渍及指纹 吧台摆放的目的是展示服务用品 不可将非展示物1.2.4.1 1.2.4.2 1.2.4.3 两舱客舱灯光调暗前,应与客人沟通 与客人沟通,为阅读的客人打开阅读灯 客舱灯光调暗时,遵循循序渐进的原则1.3起飞后各舱通用服务工作标准1.3.1起飞后细微服务标准1.3.1.1安全带灯熄灭后(起飞后6至8分钟)、无中度以上颠簸或其他特殊情 况,乘务员起身整理、摆放洗手间用品1.3.1.2 1.3.1.3 1.3.1.4 1.3.1.5向隔帘后第一排的客人微笑、致意,动作轻、缓地拉上并扣好隔帘 视客人需求,为其拉下遮阳板为阅读的客人打开阅读灯 供餐前循序渐进地调亮客舱灯光品放在吧台上禁止将垃圾放在吧台上在服务台准备酒布(用于擦拭酒瓶)1.3.2.2订餐、餐前酒水服务要求订餐乘务员与发餐谱乘务员应为同一人对餐食、饮品的介绍要求专业、流利告知贵宾预计到达时间,征询贵宾用餐时间介绍每道餐食的名称,主菜的烹饪方法及特色原材料为客人订餐介绍酒水单、茶单内各种饮品的名称、口感及特色为客人订餐前酒水与客人确认所订餐食、餐前酒水的内容餐食、餐前酒水的预订服务须在起飞前完成(四星标准)餐食、餐前酒水的预订以不违反安全规定为原则如时间不充裕,订餐服务则在起飞后、提供餐前酒水时进行原则上,餐谱、酒水单、茶单留给客人浏览,下降细微服务时回收。
也可根据客人需求回收在每一道餐食送出时,应先向客人介绍,在每一道回收服务后,应介绍下一道餐食或服务根据客人需求随时添加酒水1.323托盘服务原则两舱托盘出客舱须铺上垫布(四星标准)经济舱托盘出客舱须铺上防滑纸1.3.2.4 平板车服务原则在配备平板车的情况下,两舱服务遵循本标准给出的摆放及服务原则在客人用餐不同步的情况下,两舱至少在首次提供餐食服务时要遵循平板车服务原则在没有配备平板车的情况下,两舱服务遵循一对一介绍及发送原则平板车出客舱每层必须铺好平板车专用餐车布平板车服务时,必须注意踩好刹车原则上不允许使用平板车回收垃圾1.3.2.4平板车展示原则红葡萄酒使用酒架白葡萄酒、香槟使用冰桶果汁使用原盒茶包、研磨/速溶咖啡包、糖包放于瓷盒内冷餐前小吃使用大托盘热餐前小吃加热后从锡纸盒内夹出,摆放到七寸盘内,放于车上果仁、核桃仁拆开包装,放入中餐碟内干纸巾对折整齐地放在五寸盘内冰矿泉水、Rona水晶杯放入平板车金属框中平板车金属框内应铺餐巾布摆放在平板车上的塑料框内应铺餐巾布1.3.2.5独立面包篮服务原则(五星标准)为每一个两舱客人提供一个专用独立面包篮独立面包篮铺好餐布、做出分隔层将各种面包摆放在独立面包篮中蒜蓉包与其他面包分隔摆放面包应在服务台内准备好,尽快送出,注意保证面包温度蒜蓉包应避免过度烘烤1.326 热饮服务原则热饮服务时,要先与客人沟通,了解客人对热饮浓度、糖、奶的需求, 提供精准服务所有热饮冲泡完成后应尽快送出热饮摆放无需加杯垫中式茶中式茶使用中式三件盖碗盛放咖啡茶点与中式茶一起提供时,摆放在五寸盘中咖啡使用咖啡杯盛放,附杯托根据客人需求提供糖包、热鲜奶(奶盅盛装)或奶包糖包、奶包放在杯托上,客人近端送出时杯柄45°朝客人右手方向搅拌勺摆放在杯托上,客人远端,与杯柄平行咖啡茶点与咖啡一起提供时,摆放在五寸盘中或杯托内客人近端糖包、奶包的上方西式红茶冲泡西式红茶的水应先煮沸倒西式茶杯七成满缓缓放入茶包根据客人对浓度的需求,轻轻搅动送出前取出茶包根据客人需求提供糖包、热鲜奶(奶盅盛装)或奶包糖包、奶包放在杯托上,客人近端根据客人需求提供柠檬片,提供柠檬片时不同时提供热鲜奶(奶盅盛装)或奶包送出时杯柄45°朝客人右手方向搅拌勺摆放在杯托上,客人远端,与杯柄平行咖啡茶点与西式红茶一起提供时,咖啡茶点摆放在五寸盘中或杯托内客人近端(糖包、奶包的上方)1.3.2.7餐食烘烤参考标准餐食烘烤标准按服务提示卡1.3.2.8面包烘烤参考标准1.3.2.9 葡萄酒服务原则摆放酒杯、水杯将平板车上的酒杯、水杯放置在客人餐桌上无配备平板车,使用小托盘送出酒杯、一杯冰水展示葡萄酒预先在服务台打开、准备好展示时一手托底,另一手虎口卡瓶颈处,外露主酒标介绍酒名、产地、年份、口感试酒手腕处搭三折长形酒布倒酒时抓主酒标,食指竖直,倒大约一指深量,顺时针轻转瓶口如有滴漏,用瓶口轻沾酒布客人品尝后征询客人意见 加酒RONA 水晶葡萄酒杯:红、白葡萄酒三分之一,香槟三分之二 矮脚酒杯:红葡萄酒三分之二,白葡萄酒三分之一,香槟二分之一 配备平板车,加酒后提供冰水1.3.3服务示范语致意示范语X 先生/女士,早上好!欢迎您再次乘坐我们的航班,我是为您服务的主 任乘务长/主任乘务长/区域乘务长/乘务员XX,您在航班中有任何需要, 请随时与我联系,祝您旅途愉快!Good morni ng, Mr. XX/Ms. XX!
