英文电子邮件及传真格式及要点

3.一般来说,只要将位于句首的单词和专有名词的首字母大写即可。 另外一种较为正规的格式可将除了少于5个字母的介词、连接词或冠词之外 的每一个单词的首字母大写。
4.视信的内容是否重要,还可以开头加上URGENT或者FYI(For Your Information,供参考),如:URGENT:Submit your report today!

1.主题(Subject)框的内容应简明地概括信的内容,短的可以是一个单词, 如greetings;长的可以是一个名词性短语,也可以是完整句,但长度一般不 超过35个字母。

(Body) 英式结构即缩进式结构, ---------------------------------------------属于比较传统的结构, ----------------------------------------------即每一段的第一行都向 ----------------------------里缩进4-8个字符,且 ---------------------------------------------所有段落的缩进距离必 ----------------------------须保持一致;称呼顶格 (Complimentary Close) 写,落款则在中间偏右 (Signature) 的位置。

提出要求要客气礼貌 "I want."之类的词能避免则避免出现,相比之下,"I would like"显得更尊重对方。 又如"I am interested in"是提出请求建议或寻求意见的好方法。

例如,"I am writing to enquire about …"或是"I am writing in reference to …“ 在电子邮件开头澄清你的来意非常重要,这样才能更好的引出邮件的主要内容。 记得要注意语法,拼写和标点符号,保持句子简短明了并句意前后一致。

应注意表达简洁清楚
1.尽量简单的词汇
— “soon” instead of “in the near future” — “Please” instead of “Will you be kind enough to...” — “now” instead of “at the present moment” etc.
YES:Supplier training NO:professional trainees from sister company should abide by rule of local company(太长)
2.主题框的内容切忌含糊不清。
NO:像News about the meeting 这样的表达, YES:应改为Tomorrow's meeting canceled。

士的称呼。 5、Dear Mr.[Mrs.] Wang,:「亲爱的王先生[王太太]」,用在知道对方的姓氏。 6、Dear Miss Jones,:「亲爱的琼斯小姐」,表示对未婚女士的称呼。
