山东省2022年高考英语第一次听力录音稿Text 1W: What type of movies do you like?M: I like all sorts of movies, primarily musicals and action movies. What about you?W: I prefer science fiction.Text 2W: Good morning, Mr. Rockefeller. Mr. Flint wants to see you on a very urgent business matter.M: Send him in, please.Text 3W: Can you turn the music off? I can’t concentrate on my study.M: Sorry, Jane. I thought you had finished your final exam already.W: Not until this Thursday.Text 4M: Hi, Julia. Are you here on holiday?W: Yes. It’s a beautiful town, and it’s so sunny here. So sad that it’s my last day here.Text 5M: Hi, Lee. I know you are from Seoul. I heard there are animal cafes in your city. Is that true?W: Yes. Actually, there is one near my apartment. I often go there. It’s great fun working on the computer, surrounded by lovely animals.Text 6W: Do you know what I want to do next summer? My goal is to climb Black Mountain.M: Are you serious? Black Mountain is too hard to climb. Don’t you need special equipment such as a walking stick, a GPS?W: I already asked about it. I just need good walking boots.M: And you’re not strong enough to climb such a big mountain.W: You’re right. I can’t do it now, but I’ll go running every weekend. Next summer I’ll be fit enough to climb the mountain.M: Well, good luck. But as your friend, I still think you should think twice.Text 7W: Ban, what time does the talent show start?M: At 3:00 in the afternoon.W: Oh, no. I’m in oil painting class until three.M: What a pity! It takes 10 minutes to walk from your classroom. And you are the first one to perform. Can you tell your teacher you’ll leave 10 minutes earlier?W: Not really. But if you don’t mind, I can sing my song at the end of the show instead of the beginning. M: That sounds perfect. We will finish up at about 5:00 p.m.W: OK. I agreed. Put me down as the last in the talent show right after the piano performance.M: Sure. No problem.W: Thanks a lot. I really appreciate it.Text 8M: I’ve been so forgetful lately. It seems I can’t remember anything.W: Maybe you should walk to school by a different street that might jump start your brain.M: Why would taking different streets to school help my memory?W: Sometimes doing regular activities in a slightly different way can help activate old memory pathways in our brain or even build new ones.M: Yeah. I have heard that exposure to new sites, sounds and smells can help the brain work better.W: Right. You could even put some herbs next to your bed, so you wake up to different smells each morning. M: Do you really think doing these things can improve my memory?W: Not just your memory but your ability to learn things, too. Give it a try.Text 9W: Hi, Andy. I’ve read the story of your parents’ firm my stay links in the newspaper. It’s very successful in the UK arranging accommodation for international students to stay with English families.M: They are very proud of that.W: How did they come up with the idea of setting up the firm?M: The story goes back to the1990s. More and more international students stayed with my family as my parents volunteered to help find them suitable schools.W: How did you feel having strangers around in your home?M: It was great. We grew up together, really. After meeting those students and learning about their cultures, I began to consider going abroad myself. My parents encouraged me to have a try.W: Really? How did you like your experience abroad?M: Absolutely amazing. It was nearly a decade ago that I made the long journey to China for a summer school program. I went to live with a local family who offered me an unforgettable experience. 3 years ago, my parents founded my stay links. I would certainly follow in my family’s footsteps and become a home stay host in the future, even though I’m busy running my own business now.W: So nice of you to do what your parents are doing.Text 10Hi. I’m working on a book about my travels. I’ve had the pleasure to see a lot more of the world than anyone my age could reasonably hope to. A few years ago, on a vacation trip I made a video of myself dancing wildly in foreign places. I put it on the Internet. Some friends started passing it around, and soon millions of people watched it. I was offered money to continue my travels, and since then, I’ve made two more videos that include 70 countries on all seven continents. A lot of people wanted to dance along with me. So I started inviting them to join in everywhere I went. Here’s what I can report back. People want to feel connected to each other. They want to be heard and seen. They’re curious to hear and see others from places far away. I share that idea. It’s exactly what drives me to travel. When I dance with people, I see them smile and laugh. It makes me truly excited.。

So; we’re leaving on Monday from Hartsfield International Airport; and returning on Friday. Have you ever done any work in this fieldM: Yes; I used to be a tour guide for Chinese travellers.W: Good. Now; how much money do you expect to have for a yearM: From what I’ve read; it seems that a starting pay would be around $12;000 a year.W: Here; you would start at $10;500 for the first year…a kind of training period. Then you would go to $15;000.M: That sounds fair enough. What do you think are the chances for me to get a job hereW: Well; I’m talking to three people today and four tomorrow. We’ll be hiring two people. You’ll hear from us sometime next month. Good luck And thanks for coming in today.Text 10M: Well; I’d love to share with you my personal opinions on city life and life in small towns. I grew up in a small town until I was 18 and then moved to a big city; so I have experienced the good and bad sides of both. I never thought that I would like living in a big city; but I was wrong. After ten years of living in one; I can’t imagine ever living in a small town again. Surely small towns and big cities both have some problems in terms of transport. In a small town; you have to own a car to make life comfortable. You can’t get around without one because there isn’t any kind of public transport. Big cities generally have heavy traffic and expensive parking; but there you have a choice of taking public transport; which is chea per than driving. So; if you don’t have a car; you’d better live in the city. I also love the exciting life in big cities. I can always enjoy a lot of films; concerts; and other wonderful shows. However; these things are not common in small towns. The final thing I like about large cities is that you can meet different kinds of people. However; you seldom find such a variety of people in a smaller town. I think that living in an area where everyone was just like me would quickly become dull. Of course; safety should be considered; and that’s one area where small towns are better than big cities. Still; I would rather be a bit more careful and live in a large city than to feel safe but dull.。

Each summer, the 300 hot springs nearby attract about 40,000 tourists. For the rest of the year, it is home to just 3,000 people. It is not the kind of place you’d expect to find Kitten Coffee, a famous food company. After university in 1992, Miss Rosemary, founder of the company, wanted nothing more than to live in a small town. With jobs hard to come by in Everbrown, she and her husband had to move into a cabin with no electricity or running water, and began to run a fruit stand specifically for tourists during the summer months. They quickly realized that they needed to set up a business that could be successful all year round. In 1996, they began roasting coffee beans intheir garage, giving the business the name Kitten Coffee. As sales quickly took off, it soon became apparent that their product was going to be better known than the town from which it came. Since then, Kitten Coffee has become one of the biggest success stories. Its special image of a brown kitten appears in grocery stores and cafes across the country.Questions:11. What is the population of the town Everbrown?12. What can be learned about the company?13. What is the talk mainly about?Questions 14 through 16 are based on the following passage.Breaking through tightly sealed packaging can exhaust and frustrate you. Five years ago, as a pioneer in e-commerce, we set up a team and announced a multi-year initiative to reduce your frustration. We named it “Keep It Simple”packaging or ‘KIS’ packaging for short. At that time we made an introduction video and got a great many comments like this: "The old packaging took scissors and sweat to open. The new way is perfect."Since the launch five years ago, our KIS team has worked hard. We launched with 29 products. Today we offer more than 300,000 different products in KIS packaging, and they’ve been ordered more than 85 million times. In addition to being frustration-free, this packaging is also better for the environment --- no clear plastic materials and it’s smaller. KIS packaging has so far eliminated over27.4 million pounds of packaging material. We still4have further to go on this initiative and we’ll keep after it. We want to say thank you to the millions of customers and thousands of sellers who have supported us on this journey so far. If you’d like to share your feedback and suggestions with us this holiday season, you can reach us anytime at our website. Your comments are the driving force behind hundreds of packaging improvements every year.Questions:14. What can be learned about KIS packaging?15. What has the KIS team done so far?16. What is the speaker mainly talking about? Questions 17 through 20 are based on the following conversation.W: Hey, Steven! I heard you are going to Paris as an exchange student, but you don’t seem excited. M: The school doesn’t have an on-campus dormitory for exchange students. I’m thinking of renting an apartment.W: Good idea!M: But the places close to campus are expensive, and the affordable ones are too far.W: Can’t you take buses?M: Sometimes I have to stay on campus late for tons of laboratory work and assignments after buses stop running.W: Hmm. That’s a point for being close to campus. Why not find a home stay family?M: You mean living with a local family?W: Yeah, you get your meals as well.M: But the problem is my schedule. I might not beable to have dinner at usual time. And I may wake people up when I come back late.W: That’s true.M: Now my only hope is to find a roommate.Together, we can afford a place close enough to the school.W: But you may have different schedules. You could wake up your roommate as well.M: I hope I can find one among my classmates. So we share the same schedule, and he might even give me a ride if he could drive.W: Brilliant. (Now listen again.)Questions:17. What are the speakers mainly talking about?18. According to the man, why does he have to liveoutside the campus?19. What does the man expect his life to be like inParis?20. Why does the man want to choose a classmateas his roommate?5。

2008年江苏省高考英语听力材料录音稿(Text 1)M: I think it’s going to rain.W: I guess so. The skies are dark and cloudy.(Text 2)M: Lucy is going back to China next month, Alice.W: Oh, really?M: And she will not meet Richer this time.(Text 3)W: I hate to say it. But Jacky isn’t doing well in the film.M: Well. I think he’s only playing a different type of role. My sister thinks he is still the best. (Text 4)M: Professor Miners, could I talk to you about my paper?W: Sure. Come to my office between two to three. It’s Room 340.(Text 5)W: OK. Time to go home.M: I can’t. I haven’t finished the report about the newly opened restaurant.W: Well. If you carry on working like that, you’ll make yourself ill.(Text 6)M: I haven’t seen you for a long time. Where have you been?W: I went to New York to visit my sister and stayed there for two months. Actually, I really went to meet my new nephew.M: That’s great! How old is he?W:Well. He was five months old when I got there. And he could possibly be the most beautiful baby I have ever seen.M: What did you do in your sister’s home?W: I helped the baby and played with him a lot, which was nice. But what I enjoyed most was feeding him.(Text 7)M: Air pollution is so bad in this city. I think the government should stop people from driving cars on certain days.W: You have a point. Air pollution is a problem. But not letting people drive on certain days is a bad idea. People have to go to work by car.M:I’m afraid I don’t agree with you there. Reducing air pollution is really important. People are so used to driving that they don’t think about ways to do things. If we stop them from driving on certain days, maybe they could think of new ways to get around.W: I see your point. But I still think it wouldn’t be possible to stop people from driving.(Text 8)M: Let’s go and have lunch together.W:OK!M: By the way, I’m thinking of going to New Zealand around Christmas for three weeks. It’s such a beautiful country. I’ve never been there before.W:Have you booked the flight?M: Not yet. I’m planning to book my flight in two week s’ timeW: Book your flight right now.M:Why?W: Because the longer you leave it, the more expensive it will be. As a matter of fact, the prices may double at Christmas time. New Zealanders usually go home for Christmas.M:Then I’m going to book my flight tomorrow morning.(Text 9)M: Hello!W: Hello, Mike! This is Jane.M:Oh. Hello, Jane!W:Listen, Mike! I’ve got a real problem.M:What is it?W:The car’s broken down.M: Oh, not again.W: Yeah. I checked the oil and I checked almost everything. It’s just not starting at all.M: You have to get rid of it, you know.W:I know ,Iknow. But look, the thing is, I’ve got to pick Tom up at the airport. Can I……? M: Use my car? Yes, of course.W: That’ll be great! It’s very kind of you.M: Come on when you like. I don’t need it till tonight.W: OK! I’ll be around in about an hour. Thanks a lot!M: It’s all right. See you then!W: See you!(Text 10)W: OK! When we met last week, we talked about different kinds of short stories and some well-known short story writers. I remember that many of you said you liked the American writer Earnest Hemingway, right? I hope you all followed my advice and finished reading his story “ A day’s wait”, because as I said, we’re going to study it together in today’s lesson. Now since you’re supposed to have read this story, let’s have some discussion. Please look at the four questions on the blackboard. First, when and where does the story take place? Second, what does the boy read for in the story and what kind of person does he show himself to be? Third, what kind of person is the boy’s father? Four, what is the writer’s main purpose of writing the story? I’d like you to work in groups of four or five and present your answers in ten minutes. Is everything clear?。
