畜牧相关专业大学生专业认同感的现状及分析——以青岛农业大学为例

然而,该专业大学生的第一志愿报考率不高,导致录取状况不理想。
本研究通过调查问卷的方式对青岛农业大学动物科技学院畜牧相关专业大学生专业认同感进行调查,选用畜牧学研究生作为对照,调查问卷包括专业认知、专业情感和专业行为3个维度。
调查结果显示,该调查对象的专业认同感分数为3.75±0.07,其中研究生的专业认同感高于本科生,男生专业认同感高于女生,农村生源地学生专业认同感高于城市和城乡结合部生源地学生;成绩越好的学生专业认同感越高。
本研究中将这一结果判定为专业认同感较高。
该调查研究对准确把握畜牧相关专业大学生的专业认同感有积极意义。
基于本次调查研究的数据,未来有可能逐步发现存在的问题及其影响因素,并提出完善的解决方案和措施来提高教学质量,为畜牧业培养更为优秀的人才提供理论依据和数据支撑。

However,the enrollment rate of college students in animal husbandry related majors is not high,which leads to the unsatisfactory admission situation.This survey investigates the professional identity of the students majoring in animal husbandry in College of Animal Science and Technology of Qingdao Agricultural University through questionnaires.The questionnaire included three dimensions:professional cogni-tion,professional emotion and professional behavior.The results showed that the professional identity score of respondents is3.75±0.07, including:the professional identity of graduate students is higher than that of undergraduate students;The professional identity of boys is higher than that of girls;The professional identity of students from rural areas is higher than that of urban and rural-urban fringe zone;The students with better achievements have higher professional identity.This results were judged as having a high sense of professional identity. This investigation has positive significance for us to accurately grasp the professional identity of students majoring in animal husbandry. 专业培养特色:动物科学专业(马科学方向)的人才培养一是突出实践教学。
现代马产业进入了一个新的发展时期,马科学方向的人才培养必须与马产业紧密结合,开放实践环节,紧紧围绕如何提高和维护马的运动性能进行系列的专业学习和训练,实践性强,要求精细,马科学教学具有综合素质高的师资团队和非常好的校内外实践教学条件;二是突出国际化教育,体现在专业培养方案和师资队伍建设上都有高水平国外专家参入,在运动马的繁育、管理和马术运动方面应用国外成熟机制,同时积极开展国际合作教育,培养符合要求的专业人才;三是校企合作培养高素质应用型人才。

高水平的论文不仅研究内容上要有系统性、科学性和创新性,而且语言组织和表达方式应规范和严谨。
为了规范本学科研究生毕业管理,提高毕业论文质量,结合本学科特点,在《青岛农业大学研究生毕业论文写作和排版要求》的基础上,提出以下补充规定:1.题名:题名是以最恰当、简明的词语反映论文中最重要的特定内容的逻辑组合,应包括主要关键词。

采用高效液相色谱法、分光光度法、滴定法分别对酸肉生物胺、亚硝酸盐、过氧化值进行检测分析。
研究结果表明:苗家酸肉、包谷酸肉、榕江酸肉和黎平酸肉的生物胺总含量分别为961.20、4673.85、3201.97和4687.37 mg·kg −1,除苗家酸肉外,其他地区生物胺含量均超过限定标准(1000 mg·kg −1)。

其不仅通过构成机体内的含铜酶(如超氧化物歧化酶、金属硫蛋白、铜蓝蛋白、赖氨酰氧化酶等)参与机体代谢过程,而且参与机体造血、自由基防御等活动,对动物的生长繁殖、骨骼发育和免疫等生理机能发挥着重要的作用[1]。
铜主要经过消化道吸收,细胞将铜摄取后,将其转运到亚细胞器如线粒体、微粒体、溶酶体中贮存,从而调控体内许多蛋白质和酶[2]。
因此,铜作为动物机体内必需的微量元素逐渐得到深入广泛的研究。
1 铜在动物体内的分布及贮存成年动物体内含铜量为0.00015%~0.00025%,新生动物体内铜的含量与其母体内的含铜量密切相关,除羔羊外,新生动物因其肝铜较高而含铜较高,新生犊牛机体含铜较其他动物都高,平均约含13~14mg,新生仔猪含铜2.5~4mg,刚出壳的仔鸡仅含铜60~80μg。
对于哺乳动物而言,铜在整个胃肠道都有吸收,但绝大多数通过小肠吸收。
更确切地说,铜主要在十二指肠被吸收,之后经纹状缘进入肠细胞。
肠道铜源以食物铜为主,此外还包括内源性器官或细胞分泌(唾液、胃液和胰液等)的铜,这些铜可以被肠道重吸收。
植物性饲料中的铜主要以稳定的可溶性复合物(如氨基酸形式的复合物)形式吸收,而不是以离子形式吸收,动物不能有效利用硫化铜与卟啉铜化合物中的铜。
