I did not perform actively, second, I did not like to communicate with colleagues.During the period of October 2008 to 2009, the world was suffering from the worldwide economics decreasing. So it was so difficult to find a job for the graduates. After careful thinking, I went to the office of the manager ,and beg him to give me a chance to correct my mistake.The manager allowed me to correct in one month, so I tried all the methods I could think about to change the image that I had made on the manager, luckily, after one month past, the manager wrote the comment on my practice report “welcome to get your job at our department.”This experience gives me an illumination for what should I do to treat my job, it was a precious experience.15 can you give me an example of teamwork and leadership?I would like to tell a story about the wolves and antelopes. When the wolves are hunting an antelope, theirs’ performance is a teamwork. Firstly, they have a share objective---killing the antelope, and eating its meats. Secondly, they coordinate with each other, they hunt the antelope form different directions, and take different work. Thirdly, they communicate with each other, they shout, transmit the information with the purpose to kill the antelope.In all of these activities, the head of the wolves act as the leader and control overall situation. And of course, once an antelope has been killed, the head of the wolves eat the meats firstly.16 what was your great challenge, and how did you overcome them?When I got my first job, I had hardly pass the probation period. My supervisor asked me to dismiss from the job. I was shocked.The first thing I did is to figure out what the reasons were that they want me be out. After that, I considered about my situation and the circumstance of economics at that time, the cost Iwould pay if I really dismissed from the job.So I made a decision, beg for the manager’s permission, allowing me to correct the mistakes that I had made. As you know, the conflict in a group is always existing. Besides that, the tasks also can be divided into important tasks and unimportant tasks. We should concentrate on the urgent and important tasks and then we will be able to better organized and efficient.25 why are manhole covers round?I think that the round manhole cover can be easily transported. I will persist studying and hardworking to enhance myself, and then let me be close to my objective.27 do you typically achieve what you set out to do?In most situations, I can achieve what I set out to do, because I never set a goal that is too high for me to touch. I would like to persist after reasonable goals, and then I can get improved one step after another.28what de-motivates or discourages you?If I make great efforts and put lots of time ,energy, money on something, and hope all the efforts I have made can bring me a great result. But, unfortunately, I does not get what I want to get. It will be a huge beat for me .maybe it will take a long time to get relieved.29do you work better in teams or by yourself?I think I can work efficient in a team circumstance. Once I get some problems that I can’t solve, I can get help from other team members. And I can study lots of knowledge and ability from other team members, so that i will get improved quickly .30 how important to you is a positive attitude ?The positive attitude to my life, my work can bring me lots of benefits. With a positive attitude, I work happily and enjoy the interests of life. Besides that, It will be much easier for me to dealwith difficult circumstance. With a positive attitude. That is the key point.31what is your definition of success?Maybe , to lots of people, success means wealth, position, and reputation. Means cars, girls, houses, luxurious lives. But to me success means to finish the mission of my life, to make contributions to the society.32What are your biggest disappointment in your college life?The college life means that we have adequate time for us to dominate. We should utilize this period as much as possible to read good books, learn knowledge, attend society activities , with the purpose to improve myself as soon as possible. However, I did not recognize this point. When I am now in working, I want to pile out more time for studying ,but I find that time means the most precious to me .34 tell me the most difficult decision you have had to make .My brother borrowed two thousand RMB from me last year. Half of a year passed, he did not announce to pay back any fund to me. But I really need money to use. So it is so difficult for me to decide if I should ask money from him, because he is my brother. At last ,I made my decision, asking him to pay my money back. That is very difficult to choose ,because it hurts the feeling emotion between me with my brother.35what is your ideal job?Firstly ,the job must can bring me with a great prospect.
