内容摘要:

真空包装最早可追溯到20世纪40年代,由于食物的保鲜或长距离的运输等等,真空包装得到了重视。真空包装机最大的特点是使食物不受外界污染,在抽去空气后又可以得到长时间的保鲜,其发展的必要性在当时得到肯定。真空包装可以有效的将食物保护起来,隔离外界环境避免受到污染,同时大大延长保存期限。真空包装机在之后的几十年里得到了飞速发展,早已不仅仅局限于普通的食物,应用领域十分广泛,种类繁多,功能也越来越强大。根据要求本课题所需要设计的使全自动连续拉伸真空包装机所具有的特点及功能,如高效、节约人工成本、减少污染的特点。

本毕设中所设计的全自动连续拉伸真空包装机切割部件,进一步了解其切割部件的结构以及工作原理。其主要设计方向是在真空包装中的刀具的横纵切割,废料收集。

Summary:

Vacuum packaging dates back to the 1940s, and the vacuum packaging was taken seriously because of food preservation or long-distance transportation. The biggest characteristic of vacuum packaging machine is to keep food free from the outside world. After the air is removed, it can be kept fresh for a long time. The necessity of its development was confirmed at that time. Vacuum packaging machine can protect the product from environmental pollution and prolong the shelf life of food. The vacuum packaging machine has developed rapidly in the following decades. It is not only limited to ordinary food, but also has a wide range of applications, and its functions are becoming more and more powerful. The automatic continuous stretch vacuum packaging machine designed in this paper has the characteristics of high efficiency, labor saving and pollution reduction.

In this paper, the structure and working principle of the cutting parts are further understood in the design of the cutting parts of automatic continuous stretch vacuum packaging machine. The main design direction is the cutting of cutting tools in vacuum packaging, waste collection.
