建设进度: 2009年11月4日 上海市人民政府新闻办公室授权宣布:上海迪士尼项目申请报告已获国家有关部门核准。 2011年3月9日 上海国际旅游度假区核心区控制性详细规划(草案)已上网公示,上海迪士尼乐园也在此规划中。 2011年4月8日 上海迪士尼乐园开工建设[8]乐园主体工程正式破土动工。4月8日上午10时26分,上海迪士尼乐园项目正式开工,项目投资达245亿元人 民币,预计于5年后建成。 2011年8月 上海迪士尼度假区方案设计工作已经接近尾声,中心标志性的城堡建筑将于2012年动工。资料显示,首期建设的迪士尼乐园及配套区占 地3.9平方公里,以1.16平方公里的主题乐园和约0.39平方公里的中心湖泊为核心。 2012年4月10日 上海重大项目4月10日签贷款协议和意向逾200亿元,上海迪士尼项目获129亿贷款额度。上海迪士尼项目及周边约20平方公里区域为上 海国际旅游度假区,今后将建成具有示范和辐射效应的标志性旅游目的地。 2013年1月 上海迪士尼乐园项目建设进程又一次提速。上海迪士尼度假区高级副总裁兼项目开发执行官贝皓德和度假区运营部副总裁包兆天接受解 放日报记者专访时表示,上海项目的设计阶段已进入尾声,即将启动主体设施的实质性施工。在整个项目开发过程中,工程质量以及人 性化设计将保证上海迪士尼项目成为一个“百年老店”。
2007年 早在2007年初,迪士尼落户上海的消息就传出,当年11月,有报道称,中央对沪建迪园的态度已明朗,浦东新区川沙一带预留兴建乐园 的土地已完成拆迁,只等操作方案一敲定即可动工。12月5日,有媒体报道称,上海迪士尼度假区将于2010年上海世博会后开工建设, 投资金额为400亿元。 2008年 3月7日,有港媒报道,上海申建迪士尼首选地浦东。同年6月,又有报道称,经过多轮艰苦谈判后,迪士尼确定落户浦东川沙镇以及相 邻的当时的南汇区,园区面积可能广达10平方公里,计划投资400亿元人民币,最早于2012年开门迎客。 2009年1月 有关沪迪园的最新一轮炒作又开始上演──迪士尼已宣布与上海市政府签订《项目建议书》,将联合上海市政府,在浦东兴建全球第6个 迪士尼乐园,并将报告提交中央政府审批。 2009年11月1日 上海市市长韩正在出席第21届上海市市长国际企业家咨询会期间,就媒体提问时表示:“上海市政府会在近期专门召开一个新闻发布会, 发布最新的情况和回答大家的问题。”项目中美双方正就合作的具体内容和细节进行深入磋商,将长期合作在上海浦东新区共同建设世 界一流的迪士尼乐园。 2009年11月4日 8:30,上海市人民政府新闻办公室授权宣布:上海迪士尼项目申请报告已获国家有关部门核准。据有关部门透露,在国家有关部委的 关心与指导下,上海迪士尼乐园项目经过中美双方多年接触和谈判,本着互惠互利的原则,于2009年初签订了合作框架协议,并按有关 程序向国家有关部门上报了项目申请报告。 2009年11月23日 国家发展和改革委员会23日宣布,2009年10月,经报请国务院同意,国家发展改革委正式批复核准上海迪士尼乐园项目。该项目由中 方公司和美方公司共同投资建设。项目建设地址位于上海市浦东新区川沙新镇,占地116公顷。项目建设内容包括游乐区、后勤配套区、 公共事业区和一个停车场。
