要说起岐山的特色，那真是三天三夜也说不完。

但最让我难忘的，还得是岐山的臊子面。

那一根根细长的面条，就像仙女手中的丝带，又细又匀。

臊子面的面条可不是一般的面条，它得是手工擀出来的，这样才有劲道。

擀面的时候，那场面可壮观了。

只见师傅把面团揉得光滑细腻，然后用一根长长的擀面杖，在案板上不停地擀呀擀。

面团在擀面杖下慢慢地变成了一张大大的薄饼，再把这薄饼折叠起来，切成细细的面条。

那面条粗细均匀，根根分明，仿佛是一件件精美的艺术品。

臊子面的臊子更是讲究。

要用肥瘦相间的猪肉，切成小丁，放在锅里炒。

炒的时候，那香味能飘出好几里地。

再加上各种调料，什么葱姜蒜、花椒、辣椒、醋、酱油等等，每一样都不能少。

来到岐山，最有名的'岐山臊子面值得你一尝。

那黑色的木耳，红色的胡萝卜，都被红色的臊子汤包裹了起来，整碗面的表面都覆盖着一片辣油。

吃一口面，喝一口汤，首先感觉到的是一阵酸爽和鲜美，让人回味无穷。

还有岐山擀面皮，口感劲道，十分美味;锅盔加上辣子、臊子，咬一口，软软的香馍，诱人的辣香味，这样的美食搭配绝对好吃，喜欢吃老干妈的，岐山锅盔还可以锅盔配老干妈，那味道也不错。

我的家乡不光只有小吃，还有景点。

比如凤鸣湖，白天的凤鸣湖湖水清澈如一面镜子，天空中不时有鸟儿掠过水面，水面上便出现一圈又一圈的波纹，在阳光照射下，波光粼粼，美丽极了。

晚上，凤鸣湖桥边、亭子上的七彩灯光照在水面上，五彩斑斓。

草丛中，青蛙的美妙歌声告诉你，这里是纳凉的最好去处。

欢乐，非周城莫属。

那里不光有古色古香的仿古建筑，还有一个大型的游乐场，那是小孩们的天地。

百鸟乐园、跳楼机、旋转茶杯、飞天椅，还有碰碰车。

我最喜欢飞椅这个项目，看别人玩时，大家都紧紧地握着绳子，有的甚至大声尖叫……轮到我玩的时候，我还真有点紧张。

找到一个双人座，我和妈妈坐了上去，工作人员给我系上了安全带。

我一手握着绳子，一手握着妈妈的手。

椅子慢慢开始转动了，越来越快，坐在上面，飞椅向上升，我感觉我就像是一只小鸟，在天空中飞翔。

我们从上面转到下面，好刺激啊!飞椅这个项目，真令我难忘。

和谐，非周公庙莫属。

抬头向凤凰山顶望去，令人眼花缭乱。

周公庙始建于唐代(619年)，是目前宝鸡市保存最完好的古建筑群。

殿堂里，一尊尊塑像神态各异，千姿百态。
