摘要

目前我国处于社会主义初级阶段，社会矛盾突出，加强社会工作职业化建设是我国加快社会主义建设的一个重要的任务。近年来社会工作研究的一个重点就是对于社会工作职业化的研究。本文对社会工作职业化界定，含义，定义，对象，社会工作职业的基本要素，中国社会工作职业化发展的现状进行分析，以及中国社会工作职业化发展的动因四个方面进行了详细的讨论分析和研究。我国要推进加快建设和谐社会的步伐，和谐社会的建设离不开社会工作职业化的建设，加强社会主义工作职业化的建设能够有效化解社会矛盾。从长远的历史角度来看，社会工作的发展过程和社会工作所具有的职能始终是和社会矛盾的产生和社会矛盾的解决紧密联系在一起的。因此有必要对我国社会工作职业化的界定和各方面的分析做出具体的表述。在中国，社会体制改革带来了诸多的问题，我们只有加快社会工作职业化建设才能很好地解决社会问题。构建和谐社会，需要我国的社会工作向职业化发展，专业化发展。

第1章社会工作职业化浅析及界定

1.1社会工作的定义

英文social work，即社会工作，它是一种不具有盈利性，具有公益性，免费给予社会和他人专业化的服务的的一种活动形式，在西方国家，称之为社会福利服务。是一种帮助人们解决问题和提供帮助的工作岗位。

社会工作活动。社会工作是指在有个国家所架构的社会福利制度框架上，根据一定的价值观，道德观念帮助那些社会上的弱势群体走出生活的困境所从事的一定活动。在国际社会上，社会工作是指一种特殊的职业邻域，是一种专门向他人提供帮助的活动，也是一门科学。以有利于他人和帮助他人为价值导向，并运用科学的理论和科学的方法来实践。

社会工作系统。社会工作作为学术体系，涉及哲学，伦理，历史，理论，研究等多方面的内容，是有知识体系，价值体系，干预项目组成的系统。
