新阳中学德育课程体系

——新阳中学构建德育课程体系提高德育工作的有效性情况介绍

新阳中学一直以来坚持“科研兴校”的发展策略，不断探索教育教学规律。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》中明确提出:“ 坚持德育为先。立德树人，把社会主义核心价值体系融入国民教育全过程”，“ 创新德育形式，丰富德育内容，不断提高德育工作的吸引力和感染力，增强德育工作的针对性和实效性”。为了落实《纲要》精神结合新课标要求，我校在校本课程开发上，在德育课程方面稍作尝试。

一、初中德育课程化的原因

1、初中德育课程化，能体现初中学校德育工作的本质特征，提高德育工作的有效性。

(1)初中德育工作的本质特征是学校有目的、有计划、有系统、有组织的对学

生施加以社会主义核心价值体系为主线的政治、思想、道德、法制等影响，从而使学生养成良好的思想品德。 (2)课程一般由“目标体系、内容体系、实施体系、评价体系”构成，所以也只有将德育课程化，才能很好的避免德育的离散性、随机性，并能体现初中德育的本质特征，从而实现德育工作的有效性。

2、初中德育课程化，有利于遵循规律实施学校德育工作，提高德育的有效性。

3、初中德育课程化，能够增加学生吸收德育的信息量，扩大德育学习和修炼的空间与时间，提高德育工作的针对性和时效性。

二、根据7-9年级学生身心发展特点和成长规律，构建德育课程体系

1、构建德育课程目标体系

一是确定学生14维品德行为发展目标:团结、助人、诚实、守信、文明、礼

貌、尊师、孝敬、勤奋、节俭、遵纪、守法、公平、正义。

二是确定学生6维价值观发展目标:自我观、亲情观、友情观、幸福观、集体观、国家观。

2、构建德育课程内容体系

以“社会主义核心价值体系”为德育的主要内容，进行6个方面的教育，即(1)进行马克思主义中国化最新成果教育，培养学生的“爱心、感恩心、荣誉心、责任心、合作心、奉献心”等“六心”的意识和精神，为学生形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观奠定基础，并引导学生初步形成正确的世界观、人生观、价值观。
