Wise buying is a positive way in which you can make your money go further. The 67 go about purchasing an article or a service can actually save you money or can add to the cost。

(2023.12)67.A) formal B) way C) method D) fashion【

例如:例1 (2018,北京) ...It was a race 33 against time. I wish I could say that this 34 was won.34. A. honor B. test C. prize D. race例1的前一句有提及到a race against time,后一句作者指出“我多么希望我可以说这一次‘比赛’赢了。

比如,前文提到“a beautiful garden”,后文可能会说“In the garden, there are many flowers” 这里的“garden”就是原词复现。

例如,前文说“It's hot today” 后文可能会有“But yesterday was cold” 这里的“hot”和“cold”就是反义词复现。

The Speaker has to translate thoughts into __80__ language. 80.A) body B) gesture C) written D) spoken 80题与language搭配的有A、C、D,本句话中的speaker给80题提供了信息,所以选择D。

表达原因、结果的常用词或词组有:because,since,as,due to the fact that,so,therefore,thus,hence,accordingly,consequently,as a result,as a consequence,now that,in that等。

例如:① I have no doubt that virtually all of these people were ____ in school that the earth revolves around the sun; they may even have written it on a test.( CET-4 2001.1 )四个备选项为:advised; suggested;learned; taught由于句意的限制,这里可与school 形成同一语义场的词项有: learned 和 taught。

请看下例:② Furthermore, these highways generally connect large urban centers which mean that they become crowded with ____ traffic during rush hours.( CET-41990.1 )四个备选项为:large; fast; light; heavy本句与traffic 这个话题构成词汇链的词项为 light 和 heavy。

例如:1995年考研完型试题的43题“Sleep is divided into periods of so-called REM sleep, characterized by rapid eye movements and dreaming, and longer periods of non-REM sleep. (41 Neither kind of sleep is at all well-understood, but REM sleep is 42 to serve some restorative function of the brain. The purpose of non-REM sleep is even more43 .”[A] subtle [B]obvious [C]mysterious [D]doubtful答案:[C] mysterious分析:此篇文章有非常明确的中心主线。

文章首句-Sleep is divided into periods of so-called REM sleep, characterized by rapid eye movements and dreaming, and longer periods of non-REM sleep.(睡眠分为两种:REM sleep和非REM sleep),探讨两种睡眠就是本文的主题。

比如,前文提到“effective communication skills”,接下来可能会用类似“the ability to communicate effectively”的表述来复现这个词汇。
