下行频点计算公式:
F DL = F DL_low + 0.1(N DL– N Offs-DL)
其中F DL为该载频下行频点,F DL_low对应频段的最低下行频点,N DL为该载频下行频点号,N Offs-DL 对应频段的最低下行频点号。

对应关系表详见表5.7.3-1。

上行频点计算公式:
F UL = F UL_low + 0.1(N UL– N Offs-UL)
其中F UL为该载频上行频点,F UL_low对应频段的最低上行频点,N UL为该载频上行频点号,N Offs-UL 对应频段的最低上行频点号。

1、频点设置原则F频段(1885—1915MHz):分为F1、F2两个频点。

其中F1频率范围为1885—1905MHz,中心频点为1895MHz,绝对频点号(EARFCN)38400;F2频率范围为1904。

4MHz,中心频点为1909.4MHz,绝对频点号为38544。

D频段(2575-2635MHz):分为D1、D2、D3三个频点。

其中D1频率范围为2575-2595MHz,中心频点为2585MHz,绝对频点号(EARFCN)37900;D2频率范围为2594.8—2614。

8MHz,中心频点为2604。

8MHz,绝对频点号(EARFCN)38098;D3频率范围为2614.6MHz—2634。

6MHz,中心频点为2624.6MHz,绝对频点号(EARFCN)38296。

E频段(2320—2370MHz):分为E1、E2、E3三个频点。

其中E1频率范围为2320—2340MHz,中心频点为2330MHz,绝对频点号(EARFCN)38950;E2频率范围为2339。

2、频点设置要求原则一:现网主覆盖统一使用F1(EARFCN38400),F2(EARFCN38544)仅限用于宏站20+10扩容使用;原则二:D频段主要用于宏站扩容和小基站使用,其中D1 (EARFCN37900)用于宏站F+D扩容或D新建使用,D2用于小基站使用,D3备用,如有干扰请各地市加强排查力度,不得以改频手段进行简单规避;原则三:E频段用于室分使用,要求各室分小区统一设置为E1(EARFCN38950),如有干扰请各地市加强排查力度,不得以改频手段进行简单规避,如有扩容需求优先使用室分小区分裂方式解决,在无法通过小区分裂解决的可使用E2(EARFCN39148),E3备用;。

其中F1频率范围为1885-1905MHZ,中心频点为1895MH绝对频点号(EARFC) 38400; F2频率范围为1904.4-1914.4MHz,中心频点为1909.4MHz,绝对频点号为38544。

D频段(2575-2635MHz)分为D1、D2、D3三个频点。
