Full-time program
Decisions are based on an evaluation of a candidate's potential ethical, professional, intellectual and interpersonal contributions to the Daniels learning environment. Merit scholarships are available for qualified international and domestic candidates and do not require a separate application. Admission is selective and limited to those with at least 10 years of work experience. Candidates are evaluated for academic readiness, career progression and leadership potential. Participants represent a diverse mix of backgrounds, coming from a variety of organizations across a wide range of functional areas. Cultural diversity, gender balance, ethical practice and global awareness is valued.
Part-time program
Admission is selective, and limited to those with at least two years of work experience. Program participants represent a diverse mix of educational and professional backgrounds. Candidates are evaluated on undergraduate performance, an interview, GMAT score, recommendations, and essays related to leadership, ethics, and career accomplishments and aspirations.

Full-time program
Students focus 15% of their coursework on transferable skills associated with personal and team effectiveness, CSR and sustainability. Traditional core skills make up 55% of the program, and 30% of electives. Concentrations are available in finance, accounting, marketing, real estate and construction management, management, entrepreneurship and others, including a customized concentration.
Executive program
The 18-month curriculum is comprised of 24 courses. Rigorous focus on business fundamentals and ethics sets the stage for strategic execution, leadership and global business. Experiential learning includes the Team Sail, ethics case competition, international travel and social capital project. Business Plan/New Venture Management fosters innovation and entrepreneurial vision.
Part-time program
The lockstep curriculum integrates business fundamentals with leadership and organizational development. The program includes four elective courses, allowing students to take classes that meet their specific career objectives. Experiential learning components include Leading at the Edge Weekend (outdoor leadership experience), International Travel Seminar, and a team-based Capstone Project.
