数码管的连接方式分为共阳极数码管和共阴极数码管。
本实验用到是共阴极数码管。
(一般情况下在元器件上能看到以下几种型号:5161AS:共阴红色;5161AG:共阴绿色;5161BS:共阳红色;5161BG:共阳绿色)本实验用到的元器件为:5161AS八段一位数码管*1;220Ω直插电阻*8;面包板及面包板跳线;图一图二(共阴)图三(共阳)数码管共有七段显示数字的段,还有一个显示小数点的段。
当让数码管显示数字时,只要将相应的段点亮即可。
例如:让数码管显示数字1,则将b、c 段点亮即可。
将每个数字写成一个子程序。
在主程序中每隔1s 显示一个数字,让数码管循环显示0~9 数字。
每一个数字显示的时间由延时时间来决定,时间设置的大些,显示的时间就长些,时间设置的小些,显示的时间就短。

We recommend a manual inspection after potting to avoid these effects.Storage Conditions:• A storage of Würth Elektronik products for longer than 12 months is not recommended. Within other effects, the terminals may suffer degradation, resulting in bad solderability. LED数码管使用说明书警告:为了使灯具安装正确,开箱后请详细阅读本说明书,并妥善保管一、灯具主要结构和适用范围1.壳体均采用PC材料制成,堵头与PC管采用超声波一体化密封技术、纳米防水图层处理技术、全能密封防水线卡及快速插头灯,附着力强,具有防水、防尘、结构新颖等特点。
2.主要适用于办公场所,商场,共公场所作照明。
二、主要结构参数1.额定电压:220V~50/60Hz2.额定功率:10 W3.灯珠:108颗4.色温:4000 K5.防触电保护等级:IP67类6.使用环境:温度90%;工作温度:-40C ~+55C三、安装说明1、先将LED数码管安装到墙体上:在墙体上打孔,装膨胀螺钉,再装LED数码管,用自攻螺丝锁住;数码管之间的距离根据客户的要求而定;一般是1CM到3CM之间(距离越近效果越好)。
2、然后将LED数码灯管的电源线对接起来,电源线是两芯大的公母插,安装时严禁弄破管外壳及插头线,否则进水漏水,如出现上述情况,请勿使用。
如果接线头出现松动,请勿涂抹酸性玻璃胶(因为酸性胶对产品有腐蚀性)对接牢固后,缠上防水电工胶。
连接线插头时,请按照缺口指示连接(箭头对箭头)否则野蛮插入会烧坏灯管。
3、安装电源(变压器或开关电源)根据变压器的功率以及护栏的管功率来计算每台变压器可以带多少条护栏管;比如108灯的LED护栏灯是10W/M若用500W的防水变压器,则可以带108灯44M管。
若变压器可以带44M管;变压器则放在第21和22条中间,接两条线出来,每边各带22条(这样做到两边电流平衡)。
(1)、变压器一般只用到80%到90%的功率;(2)、不管变压器的功率再大,每边接的220V管最好不要超过15M,因为电源导线有功率损耗;越到后面的LED护栏灯亮度越低;第四步:将变压器全部接到一条220V主电源上,检查好不同回路的数码管之间的电源线有无断开,不能短路,否则会烧炋变压器,然后采用一个空气开关和时间开关,方可通电第6米第1米第1米第6米2.5-4平方电缆线四、注意事项♦未按照说明书操作可能会有危险。

一、概述
护栏管灯又名"LED数码管",因其常装入护栏上亮化环境而得名。
集先进的微电脑数码控制技术、RGB(红绿蓝)三基色显示技术及军工塑胶壳体为一体,辅以PCB电路板及相关电子元器件混合有序设计,

真六段外控就是每条管里有受控的六个单元,每个单元的RGB 灯可单独或组合在接受控制器数据进行灰度变化而呈现出各种各样的色彩变化;帖片真六段外控是指里面的LED灯是SMD(小型化)封装。
元件脚不用穿透线路板,而是表贴在线路板表面的一种形式。
二、用贴片元器件生产LED护栏管的优点
A:由于线路板整体厚度降低,LED灯离管壳距离加长,所以R,G,B
三色LED混色更好,色彩更柔和。
B:零件的小型化和规则化更容易进行防水处理,比如刷防水胶或灌胶。
C:机器贴装电子元件,不会出现普通插件元件难以防止的虚焊假焊等现象。
D:线路板组装完成后表面整洁,元件端正,批量生产避免了人为因素产生的故障。
外观高档,抗弯曲度提高。
