CA6140型普通车床电气控制系统的PLC改造
摘要
可编程控制器是在继电气控制和计算机技术的基础上,逐渐发展起来的以微处理器为核心,集微电子技术、自动化技术、计算机技术通信技术为一体,以工业自动化控制为目标的新型控制装置。它具有结构简单、编程方便、可靠性高等优点,已广泛用于工业过程和位置的自动控制中。据统计,可编程控制器是工业自动化装置中应用最多的一种设备。专家认为,可编程控制器将成为今后工业控制的主要手段和重要的基础设备之一,PLC、机器人、CAD\CAM将成为工业生产的三大支柱。由于PLC具有对使用环境适应性强的特性,同时其内部定时器资源十分丰富。
它的功能主要是:控制功能、数据采集、储存与处理功能、通信、联网功能、输入/输出接口处理功能、人机界面功能。在系统构成时,可由一台计算机与多台PLC构成“集中管理、分散控制”的分布式控制网络,以便完成较大规模的复杂控制。
本设计的内容主要是利用PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)对CA6410型车床的电气部分进行改造。首先我对本设计进行总体的分析,使自己有一个大致的总体概念,然后仔细分析CA6140车床,对车床主运动和进给运动还有其它的辅助运动进行分析。最后根据控制电路的线路图,编译PLC的梯形图,编译通过后利用PLC试验台进行实验仿真。因此使CA6140车床在完成原有的功能能特点外,还具有安装简便、稳定性好、易于维修、扩展能力强等特点。

In the system structure, but by a computer with many sets of PLC constitute \"the centralized management, the distributed control\" of the distributed control network, so complete a large-scale complex control.
