LR 200雷达液位变送器概述SITRANS LR 200是SIEMENS公司原装进口二线制回路供电脉冲雷达液位计,使用先进的脉冲雷达技术提供20m液体和浆体的可靠测量,用于测量储罐或简单工艺过程设艺设备中液体物料液位,特别适合化工厂和罐区应用。
工作原理雷达发射装置产生足够的电磁能量,经过收发转换开关传送给天线。
天线将这些电磁能量辐射至大气中,集中在某一个很窄的方向上形成波束,向前传播。
电磁波遇到波束内的目标后,将沿着各个方向产生反射,其中的一部分电磁能量反射回雷达的方向,被雷达天线获取。
天线获取的能量经过收发转换开关送到接收机,形成雷达的回波信号。
由于在传播过程中电磁波会随着传播距离而衰减,雷达回波信号非常微弱,几乎被噪声所淹没。
接收机放大微弱的回波信号,经过信号处理机处理,提取出包含在回波中的信息,送到显示器,显示出目标的距离。

因为出铁口未设置地磅,以往观测铁水的装载量都是由工人经由集烟罩的孔隙观察罐口液面估计而得。
由于现场铁水飞溅且烟尘滚滚,目测而得的结果往往不是很准确;而出于安全的考虑,工人经常会在鱼雷罐尚未装满的情况下停止加注。
可见,由于传统的工作模式的限制,生产的安全性和经济性俨然成为了一个杠杆的两端,此消彼长,无法进一步有效提高出铁的工作效率。
为了解决这种安全与效率的矛盾,有关技术人员提出了采用已在高炉中得到运用的雷达物位计来代替人工,在每一个鱼雷罐车上方加装一台西门子SITRANS LR雷达物位计,对于鱼雷罐车的铁水液面进行监测,并依据相关液面数据对整个铁水的加注过程进行自动控制。
在厂各级领导的大力支持下,10月中旬,技术人员首先在唐钢炼铁厂二高炉对西门子雷达物位计进行了验证性的安装及试验,取得了良好的效果,为下一步的出铁工艺流程自动化改造奠定了基础。
