2023年英语骨干教师工作计划英语骨干老师工作安排一我踏上七尺讲台已经七年了,在这七年里,我从教学上青涩的新手慢慢成长为有肯定教学实力和阅历的老师,通过自己的努力和各位老师和领导的帮助也取得了一点成果,在xx年被评为区骨干老师。

在欣喜之余也感到了自己身上多了一份沉甸甸的责任。

在这新的一年里,我决心更加严格的要求自己,起好骨干老师的带头作用和辐射作用,我希望达到如下的预期目标:一、不断的提高自己在教化教学方面的实力,主动的参与学校和区里组织的各类竞赛和教研活动,不断的磨砺自己,早日成为一名业务上的排头兵。

二、不断的提高自己的科研实力,平常多读一些有关自己学科的最新前沿资料,留意收集,留意积累,主动申请课题,早日成为一名贯彻二期课改精神的排头兵。

三、不断提高自己的组织工作实力,起好带头作用。

仔细履行自己的职责,加强和结对老师的沟通与切磋,上好示范课,主动地为学校的建设出谋划策,当好一个优秀党员的排头兵。

依据我今年的预期目标,我也切实的分析了自己的现状:一、在教学方面有肯定的阅历,但是还须要进一步的充电。

自从99年从高校的英语教化专科毕业后,我在xx年又参与了华东师范高校的英语本科的学习,并且在xx年完成三年的夜高校学习,在这期间,我能够一边工作,一边坚持学习,使自己的专业学问有了进一步的提高。

但是时代在飞速的发展,在这两年来,我基本上在安于现状,没有参与别的培训和学习,这样势必会使自己逐步被时代所淘汰。

在教学上也没有以前那么干劲十足了,有一种怕难畏险的思想,这样也是不能够与时俱进的。

二、具有肯定的科研实力,但对世界上先进的教学理念和思想还是不够敏锐。

我有被区里立项的课题,也有被送到参与市里选拔的课题,但是这些课题都有着比较共同的缺陷,就是观念还不够新奇,还有就是实际操练的不够,这和自己平常阅读教化杂志,专业理论不多是有关系的。

三、作为一名骨干老师的辐射实力还不强。

去年,我在区里开了一节公开课,而且在全校做了一次有二期课改的讲座,并且带教了周晶婧老师。

但是,我做的还很不够,平时最多的是和本年级组,本办公室的老师进行切磋,也很少对学校的建设提出具体的实施意见。

因此,我定下了如下的具体措施:
一、一学年读和教育有关的书籍不少于两本,并且写好读后感。

二、积极参加区里面的各种教学方面的活动,不断提高自己的教学水平。

三、和组内的教师结成对子,认真听好课,互相
取长补短。

四、积极申请课题,把先进的理念带到平时的实践中去。

争取文章能够在市级刊物上发表。

五、每学年上好一节校内示范课,真正起到先锋模范作用。

六、多关心国事校事,以校为荣,校以我荣,每学期至少为学校提供2到3条有价值的建议,为江小的繁荣贡献自己的力量。
