The security deposit shall be taken as the warranty for Party B’s due performance of its obligations under this Contract. If Party B carries out activities that are against its obligations or result in any damage to the Premises, Party A is entitled to deduct corresponding amount of compensation from the deposit. Within 30 days from the expiration of the Contract, Party A shall return the balance of the security deposit to Party B without interest after making deductions from the security deposit for compensation for any breach of the contract by Party B.第七条维修养护责任Chapter 7 Maintenance Responsibilities甲方向乙方和新公司陈述和保证厂房和用于建筑的材料应符合中国有关法律法规关于消防、安全和环保事宜的所有要求。
且该厂房已获得所有所需的政府强制性证书（包括，但不限于环保证书，防火证书及防雷证书）Party A represents and warrants to Party B and New Co that the Premises and the materials used for the construction shall comply with all the requirements of the relevant Chinese laws and regulations concerning fire, safety and environmental issues. Party Ahas also obtained all the required mandatory certificates by the government (including, but not limited to Environmental Protection Certificate，Fire Protection Certificate and Thunder Strike Prevention Certificate) for the Premises.租赁期间，甲方对厂房及其附属设施每隔半年检查一次，乙方予积极配合，正常的厂房维修费由乙方承担。
