6.4.2.1 System Component Description

液压制动系统包括以下部件:

The hydraulic brake system contains the following components:

制动踏板:从驾驶员处接收、放大和传输制动系统输入力。

Brake pedal: Receive, magnify and transmit the brake system input force from the driver.

制动踏板推杆:将经过放大的制动踏板输入力传递到真空助力器。

Brake pedal push rod: Deliver the magnified brake pedal input force to the vacuum booster.

真空助力器:制动系统输入力通过制动踏板而放大,并由制动踏板推杆传递到真空助力器,经过助力器助力后施加到液压制动总泵。

Vacuum booster: The brake system input force is magnified by the brake pedal, delivered from the brake pedal push rod to the vacuum booster, and then applied to the hydraulic brake master cylinder after boosted by the vacuum booster.

真空助力器利用真空源进行助力,减少驾驶员施加在制动踏板的操纵力。

The vacuum booster conducts boosting by vacuum source to reduce the driver’s force applied on the brake pedal.

真空软管:用于输送真空助力器所需的真空源。

Vacuum hose: Deliver the vacuum source required by the vacuum booster.

The hydraulic output pressure is distributed from the master cylinder into two hydraulic circuits and supplied to diagonal wheel brake fluid circuits.

制动硬管和制动软管:传递制动液流经液压制动系统各部件。

Brake pipe and brake hose: Delivers the brake fluid to flow through each component of the hydraulic brake system.

制动分泵:将液压输入压力转换为机械输出力。

Brake slave cylinder: Convert the hydraulic input pressure into the mechanical output force.

真空度传感器:感应和监测真空助力器内部的真空度,并将检测到得信号通过线束传递给发动机控制系统。Vacuum sensor: Sense and monitor the vacuum degree in the vacuum booster, and send the detected signal to the engine control system through the harness.

系统操作:来自制动踏板的机械力由总泵转换为油液压力,经由液压电子控制单元(即HECU)的调整后通过制动硬管和软管输送到制动分泵,制动分泵再将油液压力转换成机械力,从而使制动片压紧制动盘,进行车辆的制动。
