Cantonese tea
Having a Cantonese tea is a historic custom and the most popular activity for Cantonese, there are morning tea, afternoon tea and night tea. Cantonese are used to chat with the family members and friends in the restaurant while having a cup of tea and Dim Sum.
Double-skin Milk It is known as the king of Guangdong desserts. Its texture is smooth and soft, but how to make it is not easy.
Most of Guangdong desserts are not only delicious and nice, but also good for your health if you have them in an appropriate amount.
It is usually used to recover the vitality and strengthen the immune system by boosting qi and nourishing yin.(补气养阴)
Guangdong is the heaven for the ChiHuo(those love the cuisine very much), but the Cantonese cuisine is just a corner of Guangdong.

Pepper pork stomach soup This is a very healthy soup and it is able to cure the stomachache, especially, for those who are stomach cold.
