由于教学经验很浅,对于教学活动的程序和要求都不熟悉了,我对于教学工作不敢怠慢,认真学习,深入研究教法,虚心向学校里有经验的老师学习,获得了不少的关于中学英语教学现状的信息和对于英语教学的知识技巧。

学校总负责人也为我安排了一位专门的指导教师——赵老师。

在王老师的耐心指导下,我学会了如何写备课笔记,如何活跃课堂气氛,如何用简单的英语句子和同学们进行课堂交流等等。

特别是她和另几名教师教我的小游戏,使我在课堂上很好地调动了学生的积极性,令我受益匪浅!2今天新来了俩个同事,都是漳州师院的。

她们都比我一个大二,一个大三,但是她们看起来挺干练的,一问才知道她们从大一起就在周末兼职了,因为家里经济压力比较大的原因她们从大一起就自己解决生活费了,一个女生告诉我大一的时候她每个周末会骑两个小时的自行车到一个小学生家里当家教,上课的时间也是两小时来来回回的感觉一天都在忙碌虽然钱不多一个小时20元但是很充实。

她面带微笑的给我描述那些但是还是想我想到了很多,想想在大学的时候有多少学生在学校攀比挥霍,他们可曾想过穷人家的孩子为了区区40元要如何去努力呢。

包括今天新来的两个同事,住在一起的老师一共9个,有教数学,化学,物理和英语的。

虽然中学的时候我的物理还是不错的,但是我还是选择了自己的专业英语。

学友负责人是个挺帅的男老师,他姓卓他自己是教化学的是化学组的组长。

他给每个老师分配了一下各自的教学任务额课件。

我是英语教研组的组长助理也许是因为我是大四的学生吧就把这个职位分配给我了,不知道能不能做得很好但是我会尽力的,既然来了就要做好。

班主任要求每个学生行队礼的时候必须把手套脱掉,站立的时候必须是立正的姿势,双手不允许塞进口袋。

我很受感动,有时候,我们不只是有在大庭广众下要求孩子们表现良好,即使是在自己的班级里,也要时刻严格要求自己。

这些看似苛刻斤斤计较的要求,对于孩子们的成长起到很重要的作用,他们很懂规矩,已经养成了良好的习惯。

这些二年级的孩子们就已经很尊敬老师,友爱同学,不嘲笑别人,会关心帮助生病的小朋友,会及时把课堂作业处理好,会回家自觉听写单词,自觉到老师那单元过关,会把手里的垃圾分类放进班级的垃圾桶,排着整齐的队伍去食堂吃饭......吃饭的时候,他们会把食堂阿姨端来的饭一一接力往最里面传,也就是最里面的孩子最先拿到饭,等到所有的人拿到饭了他们会很默契的开吃,每五个人一份汤,他们也都是很谦让的帮别人盛到碗里,一起分着喝,如果有时候发饭后水果,最先吃完的小朋友会主动请命,有秩序的一一分发,苹果,橘子,香蕉,大枣,或者是梨子,他们没有任何人挑三拣四,很自觉的接受属于自己的那份,我觉得这很难得,因为我听过有个四年级的班级,发水果很难顺利进行,都沦落到像抓阄一样的摸水果的地步(总有一部分人觉得自己小小了,难看了)。

我听了觉得很滑稽,虽然可以理解这些孩子的行为,但是和我们二年级的班级的孩子们比,他们真的有点倒退了。

由于我所在工作的地方是边疆一带,所以我刚开始的工作非常忙,感觉很累。

很耗时间,第一天腰酸背痛的。

但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了,每天学习很多知识。

刚步入工作岗位,才发现自己有很多都不懂的。

有空闲的时候就会看一些与专业相关的书,我现在上班近两个月了,在这短短一个多月中,曾有几次想过干完一个月不干了。

也许我是刚开始工作,有时受不了经理给的“气”,自己心里很不舒服,就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。

但静下心来仔细想想,再换个工作也是的,在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始。

就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作,毕竟又没有工作经验,现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。

不然,想念以后干什么都会干不好的。

我现在的工作,相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了,也不是和其他人比,工作也不是很难,很容易进入工作,关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。

由于经验少,我现在这方面还有欠缺。

现在才明白,在校做一名学生,是多么的好啊!早晚要工作,早晚要步入社会,早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。

所以,现在我很珍惜学习的机会,多学一点总比没有学的好,花同样的时间,还不如多学,对以后择业会有很大的帮助。

两个月的实习期很快就过去了,美好的东西总是稍纵即失。

班主任陈老师的的管理班级的方法,我是真心的赞赏。

而且我相信,我们班级的小朋友即使是到了六年级,这些好习惯好班风也是会保持的。

班主任陈老师也带他们数学。

上周,陈老师评选出12位优秀数学作业之星,他们是数学作业得的星星最多的同学。

并自己掏钱给他们买了奖品--很漂亮很实用的小笔记,作业本,橡皮等,并再班级晨会上公开表扬了这些同学,发放奖品,同时鼓励更多的同学像他们看齐。

并许诺,下半个学期的作业从现在截止的算起,重新积累星星,学期末再评选一次。

知道老师顾老师,带英语,她也有自己的一套鼓励模式。

她用的是自己做的流动小花,每次作业一个a星换一个小花,5朵小花换一个印章,5个印章换一个创意小奖状,最后发放奖品。

我看到她自己掏钱在网上买了好多学习用品。

看那摆弄哪些小玩意时得意的笑脸,我真心觉得和孩子们在一起的老师,是永远年轻的永远有一颗童心永远都会在私下里对可爱的东西大惊小怪,很喜欢很向往这样的状态。

英语教师实习周记(二)课余时间我还和他们一起出版报,布置教室,打扫卫生。

教室里处处都有我的足迹,两个月里我与全班近2/3的家长都有直接交流,并和他们交换意见,帮助引导学生正面发展。

“每天早出晚归,一天的批改作业,备课,坐班等工作”这就是我们的实习生活,真的很辛苦,大家都说我瘦了。

而我所经历的还只是实习而已,与真正的老师相比,我们的工作量还远远不够。

可是辛苦归辛苦,还是有人为这份工作废寝忘食,这又是为了什么呢?因为教师是太阳底下最光辉的职业,因为这份工作带给我们的快乐远远大于它带来的辛苦。

看着学生能够灵活地运用自己所教授的知识,心中地位成就感油然而生。

听到学生简单而真诚的“老师好”,看见他们张张灿烂的笑脸,我所有的疲惫好像都消失了。

他们有时是小坏蛋,有时又是小天使,而我们就是他们的天堂。

总之这次实习让我收获颇多。

理论和实践还是有很大的差距你,因此我不仅要不断学习理论知识,还要在实践中不断的学习。

同时对于老师的概念我又有了进一步的理解。

以前导师说过,老师既要是一个小学者,又要是一个艺术家,一个演员。

陈主任在看望我们时,也说过课成功了前所有的准备都是让学生更好地接受你教的东西,你能让他们喜欢你这堂课你就成功了。

这些观点和卢梭说过的应该是同样的道理吧:教学的艺术就是使学生喜欢你教的东西。

我觉得老师们说的都很有道理。

从某种角度来说,我觉得老师更应该是一只潘多拉的盒子,引诱学生来打开,激发学生有无穷的求知欲,当他们打开时,知识就源源不断的涌出;教师更应该将知识变成一座迷宫,带着学生去寻找出口,给学生无尽的动力。

英语教师实习周记(三)对于实习,这就意味着大学的生活要结束了。

当我带着一份既欣喜又紧张的心情来到实习的学校时,我真实的感受到了实习的难,新的环境,新的身份,不一样的心情,但我有信心可以很快适应这里的环境,认真工作的。

8月27日,经过了几天的调整,了解,我正式实习上班了,主要工作是先跟着任课教师到各个班级听课,指导教师张老师虽然不是教英语的但却是很热心的帮我安排听英语老师的课。

当我第一次走进教室时,面对着黑板和同学们,我仿佛又回到了高中生的时代。

但这次却是以一位实习教师的身份来到这个教室,感到非常紧张,不过还好我现在只是听课,即使心理紧张,同学们也不会看见。

开始上课了,我调整好紧张的心态,认真的听老师讲课,如何以简洁明了的方式讲解英语语法,如何以流利的英语带动同学们积极的思考。

课间,当有老师或同学和我打招呼时,我会微笑着和他们打招呼,老师和同学也会热心的帮助我,我也虚心受教,不断总结自己,积累经验,因此和老师、同学们相处的很融洽。

每天积极认真的到各个班级听课,到每个班都会有不一样的感受,心理总是在想教师真是一个伟大的职业。

面对第一次上台授课,既期待也有少许紧张。

为了上好第一堂课,紧紧一个版面的内容,却奋身备课到凌晨一点!第一堂英语课,大获好评。

第二堂信息技术课,班主任石老师微笑的对我竖起大拇指。

现稍稍总结我的实习表现:优点:精心的设计了教案,台风不错,教态自然大方,不慌不忙,亲切近人,自信,语言连贯紧凑,应用现代教学手段“多媒体”进行教学,有较好的课程导入方法,奖评制度吸引学生目光,能与孩子们相互交流思想,平时指导他们的作业解题及批改,具备教师优良的道德情操,严格履行了教师职责……大家一致这么评价:第一次上台教课,这种水平已经是非常不错了。

指导老师夸我很老练,让我稍稍有些成就感。

缺点:英语课因不能很好的掌握时间分配,前部分讲解太多,导致内容重点不够突出,及一些小的细节问题等。

虽然信息技术课抹掉了这个缺点,但也有不足之处,依班主任石老师的话说就是:如果理论部分再稍讲慢一点,就很好了。

班主任石老师在我的实习成绩考核上,给了非常高的评价,评分99分(满分100),最后一句这么说的:真正成了学生的良师益友。

这句话,也将会成为对我在未来路上的鼓励!我希望一直保持着这个骄人的姿态。

实习期间,让我深深体会到教师的艰辛和责任感。

亦忙亦累,累的甚至在回家仅15分钟距离的公交车上都睡着了。

有一天上午,差不多上了三堂课,嗓子都疼的有些撕哑。

一听是组长,有些忐忑起来,所幸见到老师和悦的样子给自己讲各种各样的事宜,渐渐便平静了心情。

实习的第一天便是听课。

这时候的听课与以往的听课应当不同的。

可叹自己做了16年的学生,听了各色各样的老师讲课,或严谨或幽默,或深入浅出,或步步深入,习惯了听课只是记笔记,学知识,从来没有留心去观察老师上课的方法。

尤老师讲课声音很宏亮,我坐在最后面还可以听得非常清楚。

第一次听课听的便是习题的评讲。

那些题目自己做倒是能做上,只是要自己讲出个所以然来却非常困难。

尤其是那些什么先行词、介词、连词之类的术语,自己最是难以说清。

再加上大学里学的英语多是欣赏阅读,很少涉及到句子结构语法分析。

大二时讲的语法课是全英文的厚厚的一本,当堂课还知道讲的什么。

课后全不知什么了,发现自己的英语知识只是零散的东一块西一片,没有形成整体的结构框架,不知道怎样串起来,也不知道哪里是重点。

课后说与尤老师,他说都这样的,知识整合成结构系统都是做了教师以后慢慢出来的。

自己听了稍微宽了心,以后再听课留意下老师的串讲。

后来的日子里还去听了张老师、孙校长的课。

张老师年轻,讲课时课堂气氛很活泼,孙校长讲课细致,到底是比较有经验。

开始以为高中上课也必须全英语的,后来发现其实并不一定都要英语的,适当的汉语解释有助于学生的理解。

2、作业批改英语的作业主要是英语周报以及课课练的试卷。

高中的课程很注重练习。

每天都必须一定量的练习训练。

英语作业大都是选择题,所以改起来不算麻烦。

不过还是发现了自己改作业的缺陷,同样一个班的试卷,别人十来分钟就批完了,自己恁是要花上个把个小时。

后来还是尤老师教了自己,原来批改作业也有方法讲究的。

若将答案写在另一张纸上,ABCD答案与试卷答案的间隔一样,批改起来只需将不一致的划掉就可以了,这样批改起来效率果然可以高很多。

批改时发现有些题目学生错的比较集中,甚至答案都错到一个选项上,说明那个题目很容易被误导到那个错选项上。

这样讲评时便需要着重讲解。

批改作业主要也就是为了了解学生的掌握程度,以及查漏补缺吧。
