When filling out a contract acceptance form, there are several important pieces of information that need to be included. These details are crucial for ensuring that both parties involved in the contract are in agreement and that all terms and conditions have been met. Here are some key points that should be included in a contract acceptance form:1. This helps to establish who the agreement is between and how to reach each party if needed.2. Contract details: The form should outline the specifics of the contract, such as the start and end dates, the scope of work, and any deliverables or milestones that need to be met. This ensures that both parties are on thesame page regarding the expectations and requirements of the contract.3. From lease duration to maintenanceresponsibilities, each clause plays a crucial role in defining the tenant-landlord relationship. Let's delve into some key aspects of deciphering an English rental agreement and how they apply in real-world scenarios.First and foremost, it's essential to grasp the duration of the lease. Typically, rental agreements specify whether it's a fixed-term lease, which runs for a set period, or a periodic tenancy, which rolls from month to month. Understanding this aspect is vital as it dictates the commitment period and the flexibility of terminating the lease.Next, let's explore the rent payment details. Rental agreements outline the amount of rent due, the due date, and acceptable payment methods. Some leases might include provisions for late fees or penalties for bounced checks. It's crucial for tenants to adhere to these terms to maintain a good standing with the landlord and avoid any unnecessary disputes.Maintenance responsibilities are another crucial aspect to consider. Rental agreements typically delineate which party is responsible for specific maintenance tasks. For instance, landlords are usually responsible for structural repairs and ensuring the property meets health and safety standards. On the other hand, tenants are often accountable for day-to-day upkeep, such as cleaning, minor repairs, and replacing consumables like light bulbs. Moreover, it's essential to pay attention to clauses related to security deposits and move-in/out inspections. Security deposits serve as financial protection for landlords against any damages beyond normal wear and tear. Understanding the conditions under which the deposit will be refunded can prevent misunderstandings during the lease term or upon its conclusion.Furthermore, rental agreements often contain provisions regarding subletting, pets, and alterations to the property. These clauses outline the conditions under which tenants can sublease the property to others, keep pets on the premises, or make alterations to the rental unit. Tenants must carefully review these clauses to ensure compliance and avoid any breaches that could lead to lease termination. In summary, understanding the nuances of an English rental agreement is paramount for both tenants and landlords. By deciphering the details related to lease duration, rent payment, maintenance responsibilities, security deposits, and additional clauses, individuals can navigate the rental process with confidence and clarity.

让我们来看一个例子,“Sellers shall sell the Property to Buyer” (卖方将把此物卖给买方)和“The Property shall be sold to Buyer by Seller.”

英文合同ddp**Introduction**In the global trade landscape, Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) is a crucial Incoterm that defines the responsibilities and risks associated with the delivery of goods. DDP is an essential component of international sales contracts, ensuring clarity and fairness in transactions. This article delves into the intricacies of the DDP contract, covering its definition, key clauses, and practical applications.**Definition of DDP**DDP, as defined by Incoterms 2020, is a trade term where the seller delivers the goods to the nameddestination in the country of importation, cleared for import, and all risks and costs, including import duties, taxes, and other charges, are borne by the seller. This term places the maximum obligation on the seller and the minimum on the buyer.**Key Clauses in a DDP Contract**1. **Place of Destination**: The contract should specify the exact place of destination where the goods areto be delivered. This ensures clarity and avoids any confusion regarding the delivery location. 2. **Delivery Terms**: The contract should outline the specific delivery terms agreed upon by both parties. This includes the mode of transport, packaging requirements, and any associated costs. 3. **Risk Allocation**: In a DDP contract, the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer once the goods are delivered to the named destination.
常用的这类副词是由here、there、where 等副词分别加上after、by、in、of、on、to、under、upon、with 等畐U词,构成一体化形式的公文语副词。
例如:从此以后、今后:hereafter ;此后、以后:thereafter ;在其上:there on \thereup on ;在其下:thereunder ;对于这个:hereto ;对于那个:whereto ;在上文:herein above'here in before ;在下文:hereinafter'hereinbelow ;在上文中、在上一部分中:there in before ;在下文中、在下一部分中:thereinafter .
This Con tract shall come in to force from the date of execution hereof by the Buyer and the Builder.
The undersigned hereby agrees that the new products whereto this trade name is more appropriate are made in China.
2.2.abide by 与comply withabide by与comply with 都有“遵守”的意思•但是当主语是“人”时,英译“遵守”须用abide by。
Both parties Shall abide by/AII the activities of bothparties shall comply with the contractual stipulati ons.2.3.change A to B 与change A into B英译“把A改为B”用“change A to B”,英译"把A折合成/兑换成B ”用"change A into B ”,两者不可混淆。
Both parties agree that change the time of shipment to August and change US dollar into Renmin bi.2.4.ex
The last batch per/ex/by S.S. "Victoria" will arrive at Lond on on October (S.S.
The good shall be shipped per M.V. "DongFeng" on November 10 and are due to arrive at Rottedaml in 140 days. (M.V .= motor vessel)2.6. on/upon 与after 当英译“..........
The in voice value is to be paid on/up on arrival of the goods.2.7. by 与before当英译终止时间时,比如“在某月某日之前”,如果包括所写日期时,就用介词by ;如果不包括所写日期,即指到所写日期的前一天为止,就要用介词before。
The ven dor shall deliver the goods to the ven dee by June 15.(or: before June 16,
如果不含6月15日,就译为by June 14 或者before June 15。
The shipper shall be liable for all damage caused by such goods to the ship an d/or cargo on buard.3.1.2by and between 常用by and between强调合同是由“双方"签订的,因此双方必须严格履行合同所赋于的责任。
This Con tract is made by and betwee n the Buyer and the Seller, whereby the Buyer agrees to buy and the Seller agrees to sell the un derme nti oned commodity subject to the terms and conditi ons stipulated below.3.2.
Party Ashall be unauthorized to accept any orders or to collect any account on and after September 20.
Our terms are cash withi n three mon ths, i.e. on or before May 1.3.2.2not(no)later than <BR> 用“ not (no) later than +日期"英译"不迟于某月某日"。
Party B shall ship the goods with in one month of the date of sig ning this Con tract, i.e. not later thanDecember 15.3.2.3include的相应形式常用in elude 的相应形式:in elusive、in clud ing 和in eluded,来限定含当日在内的时间。
This credit expires till January 1(inclusive) for n egotiati on in Beiji ng. (or:This credit expires till and including January 1 for negotiation in Beijing.)如果不包括1月1日在内,英译为till and not in cludi ng January 1 。
Party A shall pay Party B a monthly salary of US $ 500 (SAY FIVE HUNDRED USDOLLARS ONL Y).3.3.2.
