一、最重要的写在前面

1.复试面试最重要的，就是自信（不知道就记住时刻保持微笑，声音洪亮，语速放慢），以及表现出自己是一个积极主动，充满热情的人；是一个对科研、做项目充满兴趣的人。

2.态度诚恳谦虚，尊敬老师

3.会则言之有理，不会则虚心请教

4.注意眼神交流，你是在和老师聊天，放轻松啦

5 .最后补充一下面试主要考察的一些方面：

首先他要考察你的专业理论素养，说白了就是你的专业课知识，比如你学金融的、学法律的、学历史的、学教育的，我上来以后问你两个相关的专业的问题，看你们回答怎么样。

其次他要看你的研究与发展能力，注意我们是马上要成为研究生的人了，所以说老师在考察的时候，他不仅仅考察你知道什么，记住了什么，还要考察什么？你的研究和发展能力，你的创新能力，你的这种演绎性的能力如何。

第三还要考察你的品德品质，有时候我们说跟一个人交流谈话，大概就知道他的素养怎么样，对吧？所以说他还要考核你们还有个品德素养。

第四项还要考察你的协调应变能力，所以我们在经常会听到一些同学可能面试没有面试好抱怨说老师问的这个问题根本就是无厘头，比如说他问全中国他说或者是某一个省它有多少个井盖多少辆自行车，我怎么知道？其实像这种考查你的这么一个协调应变的能力。

第五项还要考察什么，逻辑思维能力。看你说话最后有条理，你在考虑问题的时候是否有层次性，这个也要在面试进行一个考察。

另外还要考察你的言语沟通能力，什么叫言语沟通能力？就是说你能不能跟别人进行一个良好的通顺的这样一个交流，你能够很好的理解别人的意思，也能够针对别人的提问的传达你自己的思考和相应的你的理解，

最终还会考察你的言语沟通能力，另外还有你的仪表举止，你的着装气质，你的外貌怎么样，都会在复试中进行一个综合的评定。最后还有可能考查到英语能力就是要看你的听和说了。

Introduce your college
