课程设计任务书

一、设计题目：低成本衣用液体洗涤液配方设计

二、设计目的：掌握配制通用液体洗衣剂的工艺，了解各组分的特点

和作用，熟悉生产工艺流程。

三、设计内容

设计一款低刺激性的，对环境友好的，低成本的衣用液体洗涤液配方，并针对此配方的性能、特点进行阐述。用各种表面活性剂和洗涤助剂的性能配制洗衣液，并按产品要求选取不同的数量进行复配。

四、设计要求：

1. 设计说明书需包括以下内容：摘要、关键词、目录、文献综述、配方设计及分析、生产工艺说明及流程示意图；

2. 查阅至少五篇文献或书籍相关内容，写出文献综述（主要介绍拟设计产品的研究背景和意义，现状及发展方向）；

3. 配方设计要求写出配方设计原则，确定洗衣液所用各组分名称、质量分数及作用，详细阐述各组分的特性；

4. 生产工艺说明需写出具体添加顺序，步骤及所用设备，要求合理可行；

5. 工艺流程示意图要求明确标注各设备名称，重点标示料液流向，不需标注尺寸。

衣用液体洗涤液配方设计

摘要

洗涤剂是我们日常生活中联系最密切的一类精细化学品。洗涤剂的主要成分是表面活性剂和助剂。洗涤剂只有综合发挥了表面活性剂的润湿、吸附、乳化、分散、悬浮、起泡、加溶、降低表面张力等功能，才能发挥洗涤的良好效果。助剂本身不具有表面活性作用，但能提高表面活性剂的活性作用，使洗涤性能明显改善，例如，软化水，降低表面活性剂溶液的表面张力，润湿和乳化，防止被分散污垢的再附着，有很强的螯合能力。因此助剂也是洗涤剂不可缺少的重要组成成分。洗涤剂对于人类健康和卫生有着非常积极、有效的作用。经济快速发展，人们的健康意识和文明水平也在不断提高，推动者洗涤剂市场日新月异的变化。目前市场上洗涤剂产品种类繁多，新产品形式仍然不断涌现。衣用液体洗涤液作为一种重要的液体洗涤剂，具有制造简便、设备少、节约能源、使用方便、溶解迅速、便于局部强化清洗、具有吸引人的感官及引人瞩目的包装等优点。此次的设计主要是对衣用液体洗涤剂配方的设计，设计一款低刺激性的，对环境友好的，低成本的衣用液体洗涤液配方，并针对此配方的性能、特点进行阐述。此外，还就洗涤液的主要生产工艺进行介绍说明。液体洗涤液的生产工艺流程：原料精制处理→混和乳化→过滤→均质化→排气→稳定→成品包装。

Abstract

Detergent is the most close touch in our daily life a kind of fine chemicals. The main components of the detergent is a surface active agent and additives. Only comprehensive played a surfactant detergent of wetting, adsorption, emulsification, dispersion, suspension, foaming, solubilization, to reduce the surface tension, and other functions, can play a good effect washing. Fertilizer itself does not have surface active effect, but can improve the activity of the surfactant, the washing performance is obviously improved, for example, softened water, reduce the surface tension of surfactant solutions, wetting and emulsifying, is separately to prevent dirt, and has a strong chelating ability. So the fertilizer is an indispensable important component of detergent. Detergent for human health and the health has a very positive and effective role. Rapid economic development, people's health consciousness and civilization level has been increased, promoters and unceasing transformation of detergent market. Currently on the market detergent product variety and new product forms are still emerging. Clothing with liquid washing liquid as a kind of important liquid detergent, is simple and easy, equipment manufacturing, energy saving, convenient use, less dissolved local strengthening quickly, easy to clean, have attractive sensory and eye-catching packaging, etc. This design is mainly for garment use liquid detergent formulation design, design a low irritant, environmentally friendly, low cost of the clothes cleaned with liquid detergent formulation, and elaborates the performance and characteristics for the recipe. In addition, the main production process of washing liquid is also introduced. Liquid detergent production process: raw materials and refined processing mixture emulsification - filter - > homogenizing - exhaust - stability - finished goods packaging.
