成都纺专建筑工程学院第五届演讲比赛总决赛策划书建筑学院团总支学生会主席团2014年2月15日一、活动标题成都纺专建筑工程学院第五届演讲比赛总决赛二、活动主题中国梦.纺专梦.我的梦三、活动目的为了丰富在校大学生生活和同学们的演讲能力，口头表达能力，从而锻炼和增强大学生的综合素质能力。

并及时规划好自己的人生，树立大学生的责任心，事业心和目标感，同时增强同学们自信心、自豪感和荣誉感,以及加强各班的交流和学习，从而更加展示新时代大学生的别样风采。

通过充分准备，我院决定举办一次主题为“中国梦.纺专梦.我的梦”的演讲比赛。

四、参赛要求1）参赛选手为通过复选的2013级学生。

2）演讲稿紧扣主题，并要求内容积极向上。

3）参赛选手自备比赛所需物资，包括道具、ppt及背景音乐。

4）选手衣着正装，举止大方自然。

5）演讲时间为3—5分钟6）参赛选手要严格遵守比赛规则，尊重评委、尊重对手、尊重主持人及观众。

7)比赛前30分钟，所有选手、工作人员及主持人到比赛场地。

8）比赛过程中，所有人员都应将手机等通讯工具关机或调为静音，不得高声喧哗，随意走动，为参赛队员提供一个良好的比赛环境9）观众文明观赛，，不得故意影响选手发挥。

10）当有扰乱比赛秩序的情况发生时，工作人员有权将其带离比赛地。

五、活动形式1）班级初选，选出代表本班参赛的同学；2）学院学生会主席团、学习部通过复选，选出参加决赛的12名同学；3）决赛由邀请嘉宾及学院领导担任评委，排出决赛名次。

（比赛前播放）2）观众进场即播放我学院老师、同学对参赛选手的祝福视频，采选循环播放形式。

3）领导、嘉宾及选手就坐，立即播放主持人上场音乐，主持人上场。

4）主持人介绍出席评委及嘉宾，先介绍嘉宾后介绍学院领导。

5）学院领导（王劲枝书记）致辞，礼仪邀请领导上台并送至座位。

6）主持人介绍比赛规则及评分细则，宣布“成都纺织高等专科学校建筑工程学院第五届演讲比赛”——“时代.人生.理想”正式开始。

7）选手按照比赛具体步骤依次上台演讲，其他选手在特定的观众席上耐心等候。

8）前4个选手比赛顺序是：9）前4个选手演讲完后，主持人邀请文艺部暖场节目登场。

10）中间4位选手比赛顺序依次是：11）中间4位选手演讲完后，主持人邀请文艺部暖场节目登场。

12）在第2位选手演讲完后，礼仪部开始收集加分条交给秘书处统计。

统计出来交给主持人，主持人每次宣布两个选手的得分情况。

在嘉宾点评之后，主持人宣布最后两位位选手的情况。

13）第十二位选手演讲结束后，主持人邀请嘉宾上台做点评。

（期间有工作人员统计第十二位选手的得分，并得出本次演讲比赛最终的比赛结果。

）点评期间再次循环播放本次参赛选手地 ppt，不能有声音。

14）当老师点评完后，主持人宣布最后两位选手的得分并公布最终的比赛获奖名单。

（先公布获得最具潜力奖、最具人气奖的4位选手，再公布获得三等奖的3位选手，接着公布获得二等奖的2位选手，最后公布获得一等奖的1位选手。

surprisingly, she again did very badly in the exam. and two months later,at the beginning of the new semester, word came of her death of blood cancer. no oneever knew about the little task i failed to fulfill, but i couldnt forgive myself.i simply couldnt forget her eyes, which seem to be asking, why didnt you do a littlemore to help me, when it was so easy for you? why didnt you understand a little betterthe trust placed in you, so that i would not have to leave this world in such painand regret?i was about eight or nine years old at that time, but in a way it was the very starting point and creativity are getting more emphasis and more peopleare rewarded for their hard work and efforts. such is the era in which thisgeneration ,grows and matures. such is the era in which this generation will take over the nation from our fathersand learn to run it. yet in the meantime, many problems still exist. we learn that crimes take place in broad daylight with crowds of people lookingon and not assisting. we hear that there are still about 1 million children in thiscountry who cant even afford to go to elementary schools while enormous sums of moneyare being squandered away on dinner parties and luxury cars. we buy shoddy medicines, or merely worthless junk in the name of medicines, thataggravate, rather than alleviate our diseases since money, many people believe, isthe most important thing in the world that must be made, even at the expense of moralityand responsibility. such an era, furthermore, demands, that we are a generation with a clearperception of our historical responsibility and an aggressive will to take actionand solve the problems. history has long been preparing these qualities in thisgeneration and it is now calling us forward to give testimony to our patriotism andheroism towards this nation and all humanity. standing here now, i think of the past 15 years of my life as an ordinary student.probably ill be an ordinary man for the rest of my life. but this doesnt discourageme any, for i know that with my sense of responsibility and devoted efforts to alwaysstrive, for the best, its going to be a meaningful and worthwhile life
