.EK312.安装使用手册-----2016.08.251 概述EK312A是得麦科技开发的1款电子膨胀阀控制器,采用过热度控制膨胀阀开度。
驱动器采用恒流驱动。
可控制ALCO、DANFOSS、SPORLAN、Carel等各种恒流驱动的电子膨胀阀。
EK312A既可与得麦科技的螺杆机控制器联机使用,也可单独使用(与其他厂家控制器组成控制系统)。

二、产品简介水冷柜机控制器采用分体安装,由SK系列真彩触摸屏显示器和ZY101控制板两部分组成。
显示器采用400MHZ ARM9处理器,支持4.3寸,7寸、10寸不同大小真彩屏,可满足几乎所有工业现场应用需求。
ZY101控制板是专门为暖通或中央空调行业应用定制的。

线控器故障闪烁显示分为两部分:A、故障代码,表示故障现象;B、机组号,

Save the screws and backplate for later use.STEP 3REMOVING THE PRE-INSTALLED I/0 SHIELDUnscrew the three (3) M3X5 screws using Phillips head-screwdriver and remove the I/O shield (as shown in the picture). For this Step, you will need:For this Step, you will need: STEP 2REMOVING THE STOCK BACKPLATE COVERAfter removing the backplate, unscrew the three (3) backplate cover screws as shown in the picture, using the enclosed Allen Key (2 mm), and take off the backplate cover. Save the screws and cover for later use.PLACING THE BLOCK ON THE GRAPHICS CARDThis procedure is the same for all full-cover water blocks.Carefully position the water block with preinstalled standoffs on the graphics card. During this process, make sure you have aligned mounting holes of the PCB with holes of the water block (the same applies to other tops).For this Step, you will need:STEP 5ATTACHING THE BLOCK TO THE GRAPHICS CARDUse four (4) M2.5 X 4 AX1 screws and M2.5 PVC washers, as shown in the image. Tighten the screws around the GPU core evenly using the Phillips head screwdriver. Always use a plastic washer under each screw!For this Step, you will need:ATTACHING THE I/O SHIELDTake the stored screws and I/O shield after attaching the water block. Attach them on to the water block as shown in the picture. Do not use excessive force.INSTALLING THE BACKPLATEBACKPLATE DIMENSIONS BACKPLATE COVER DIMENSIONSREQUIRED TOOLSYour backplate comes with thermal pads that have to be cut into smaller pieces to cover all the VRM components. EK made sure to provide you with more than an adequate quantity of thermal pads to complete this Step.CUTTING AND PLACING THERMAL PADSOnce cut to size, thermal pads should be placed on the backplate, as shown in the image.ATTACHING THE BACKPLATESTEP 2After securing the backplate, place the backplate cover on the PCB and make sure all holes are aligned. •冷库的制冷机组周围严禁堆放物体并远离发热源,以利于空气流动而充分散热,并定期用软毛刷清除制冷机组、散热器上的灰埃。
这些都是为了确保散热。
•冷库的库温设定应在规定的范围内,否则会增加冷库的工作负荷而损坏冷库元件。
储藏保鲜库库内温度设定在0~+5℃,冷冻库库内温度一般设定在0~-15℃,低温库库内温度一般设定在-10~-20℃。

Please visit our web site atBefore installation of this product please read important notice, disclosure and warranty conditions printed on the back of the box or our home page.The barb hose fittings require only a small amount of force to screw them in; otherwise the high flow fittings might break. These fittings do not need to be tightened with much force because the liquid seal is made using o-rings. The use of an algaecide and corrosion inhibitors is always recommended for any liquid cooling system.Remove all 8 screws holding the original heat-pipe cooler / backplate assembly to the motherboard’s circuit board.2. CLEANING THE PCB. Carefully detach the original stock cooler after removing screws securing it to the board. Wipe off the remains (by using nonas shown on sample photo) of the original thermal compound until the components and circuit board are completely clean. EKWB does not recommend using any liquids for removing paste.3. APPLYING THERMAL COMPOUNDApply thermal compound: lightly coat the NF200 (NB) and P67 PCH (SB chips with for example Arctic Cooling MX-2 ™ or MX-4 ™ thermal grease. EKWB recommends to apply thermal grease in cross form for best performance (see sample picture). 4. CUTTING THERMAL PADS. Two (2) 90x15x1mm thermal pads are enclosed with your EK-FB Max4 Extreme water block. You will have to cut the thermal pad in order to cover all marked surfaces surface. (WARNING: DIMENSIONS ON PICTURES BELLOW ARE SCALED!)5. PLACING THERMAL PADS ON MOTHERBOARD. Place thermal pads you cut on PCB as shown on picture bellow. BOTH SIDES PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.)STEP 4: ATTACHING BLOCK TO MOTHERBOARDMOUNTING THE BLOCK. perfect thermal contact, the block does not use a spring mounting system; therefore when attaching be very careful to tighten all screws equally. 3、清洗冷却塔;打开冷却塔供水阀门向冷却塔供水,检查冷却塔水量是否充足;冷凝器循环水压力表显示应在0.2MPa左右;检查冷却塔风机工作是否正常;清洗冷水循环管路及冷却水循环管路过滤器;5、开启配电柜电源给冷水循环泵和冷却水循环泵供电,查看电压是否正常,查看是否缺相,开启冷水循环管路及冷却水循环管路阀门;检查冷水循环泵及冷却水循环泵工作是否正常,检查热水循环管路阀门是否已关闭;6、检查集水器、分水器压力是否在(0.35MPa-0.4)区间,以保证空调冷冻水循环正常;清洗室内空调末端系统回风过滤网;二、开机运行操作。
1、启动冷水循环泵;检视进出机组的水压力是否正常,其压力表显示应在0.5MPa左右,启动冷却水循环泵;检视进出机组的水压力是否正常其压力显示应在0.2MPa左右,保证通过机组的水流量正常;2、检查油分离器油位应在13-23视镜位置。
3、按主机控制面板上的“开机”按钮,机组进入启动程序;4、当冷却水机组温度接近26℃时,开启冷却塔风机;并及时根据冷却水温度变化情况,启停冷却塔风机,(冷却水进水温度20-30℃);5、机组运行人员每间隔一小时记录机组运行数据,有机组报警时增补一次相关参数的记录;6、每日巡检机房,检查水管路是否有泄漏、异常震动现象,是否有不正常的噪音发生;7、视使用情况不定期清洗新风系统过滤网,保证室内有足够的新鲜空气;8、停机时:(1)按机组控制面板上的停机按钮,机组进入自动停机程序;(2)待主机停机结束以后,可以停冷却水循环泵及冷却塔风机;,冷冻水循环泵保持24小时正常运行。

特点:有5种工作模式:制冷/制热/热水/制冷+热水/制热+热水进水温度设置范围:EKAC230BRSR: 制冷9℃~25℃,制热25℃~45℃;热水40℃~50℃;EKAC210BRLHR: 制冷9℃~25℃,制热25℃~50℃;热水40℃~60℃;EKAC050CR1MR: 制冷9℃~25℃,制热25℃~45℃;热水40℃~65℃;发光二极管指示机组状态(开/关);定时开、关机:定时时间最长为7天,每天可设置4个定时动作;实时时钟;故障代码显示,指示快速查找故障;按下任意一个按键,蓝色夜光背景将点亮8秒,即使在黑暗的环境中查询参数或设置参数都无障碍;二、尺寸单位: mm三、操作1 开关机·按键,机组在开机、关机之间切换。
2 模式选择·在停机状态,按“模式”键,进入模式选择,并闪烁显示当前选择的模式,每次对应模式改变一次,顺序为:制冷→制热→热水→制冷+热水→制热+热水→制冷3 参数查询· 使用本控制器能查询当前机组的工作状态及参数(有哪几台压缩机在工作、进水设置温度、进水温度、出水设置温度、出水温度、定时设置、制冷防冻温度、冬季防冻温度、除霜温度等,其中除霜间隔和除霜显示分别表示除霜间隔时间和除霜运行时间,单位为分钟),按“▲”或“▼”键查看不同的参数。
4 参数设置① 按“密码”键显示器左下框内显示“密码输入”和“00”,按“▲”或“▼”键改变数值,当选择到正确的用户密码“66”(用户密码可修改制冷进水设置用户密码可修改制冷进水设置温度温度、、制热进水设置温度制热进水设置温度)后按“确定”键,显示框内显示时间,则表示已经输入正确的密码,可以进行以下设置。
