GRE协议简介1. 协议简介gre(generic routing encapsulation,通⽤路由封装)协议是对某些⽹络层协议(如ip 和ipx)的数据报进⾏封装,使这些被封装的数据报能够在另⼀个⽹络层协议(如ip)中传输。

gre 是vpn(virtual private network)的第三层隧道协议,在协议层之间采⽤了⼀种被称之为tunnel(隧道)的技术。

tunnel 是⼀个虚拟的点对点的连接,在实际中可以看成仅⽀持点对点连接的虚拟接⼝,这个接⼝提供了⼀条通路使封装的数据报能够在这个通路上传输,并且在⼀个 tunnel 的两端分别对数据报进⾏封装及解封装。

⼀个报⽂要想在tunnel中传输,必须要经过加封装与解封装两个过程,下⾯以图3-1的⽹络为例说明这两个过程:(1) 加封装过程连接novell group1 的接⼝收到ipx 数据报后⾸先交由ipx 协议处理,ipx 协议检查ipx 报头中的⽬的地址域来确定如何路由此包。

若报⽂的⽬的地址被发现要路由经过⽹号为1f 的⽹络(tunnel 的虚拟⽹号),则将此报⽂发给⽹号为1f 的tunnel端⼝。

tunnel ⼝收到此包后进⾏gre 封装,封装完成后交给ip 模块处理,在封装ip 报⽂头后,根据此包的⽬的地址及路由表交由相应的⽹络接⼝处理。

(2) 解封装的过程解封装过程和加封装的过程相反。

从tunnel 接⼝收到的ip 报⽂,通过检查⽬的地址,当发现⽬的地就是此路由器时,系统剥掉此报⽂的ip 报头,交给gre 协议模块处理(进⾏检验密钥、检查校验和及报⽂的序列号等);gre 协议模块完成相应的处理后,剥掉gre 报头,再交由ipx 协议模块处理,ipx 协议模块象对待⼀般数据报⼀样对此数据报进⾏处理。

系统收到⼀个需要封装和路由的数据报,称之为净荷(payload),这个净荷⾸先被加上gre 封装,成为gre 报⽂;再被封装在ip 报⽂中,这样就可完全由ip 层负责此报⽂的向前传输(forwarded)。

TUNNEL染色(TMR Red)一相关试剂:1、酶缓冲液:vial 1: Enzyme Solution2、标记液:vial 2: Label Solution3、固定液:4%多聚甲醛(PBS配制,现配)4、清理液:PBS(pH 7.4)5、透性处理液(Permeabilisation solution):含0.1% TritonX–100的0.1% 柠檬酸钠(100ml溶液中含0.1g柠檬酸钠)的缓冲液,新鲜配制二其他设备:1、湿盒2、荧光倒置显微镜或激光共聚焦显微镜(confocal)三染色步骤:1、标本预处理:(1)、适当方法诱导细胞凋亡,同时设未经诱导的对照组,目标细胞,PBS洗一次,加到铺好的多聚赖氨酸载玻片上,自然干燥,使细胞很好的吸附到载玻片上;(用组化笔圈住细胞,并用mark笔在玻片反面做标记)(2)、将吸附细胞的载玻片在4%多聚甲醛中固定25min(4℃过夜);(3)、PBS(200ul)清洗二次,每次5min;(4)、将吸附细胞的载玻片在0.2%的Triton X-100(0.1% TritonX–100的0.1% 柠檬酸钠)中处理5min;(先固定细胞再用Dnase 1处理细胞做阳参)2、TUNEL反应液:(1)从标记液(vial 2: Label Solution)中吸出100ul用于2个阴性对照(50ul/个);(2)将50ul酶缓冲液(vial 1: Enzyme Solution)加入到剩余450ul的标记液中充分混合均匀,得到500ulTUNEL反应液(50ul/样本,检测10个样本)。

3、标记:(1)PBS(200ul)清洗样品3min,3次;(2)吸干样品周围的液体;(3)往样品上滴加TUNEL反应液(覆盖整个样品),阴性对照加标记液;(4)湿盒中避光孵育60min,注意避光(37℃培养箱中);(5)PBS(200ul)清洗3min,3次;(6)抗荧光淬灭封片液封片,用荧光倒置显微镜或激光共聚焦显微镜(confocal)检测(激发波长520-560nm,最大540nm,绿光;检测波长570-620nm,最大580nm,红光。

客户端登录问题的一般排查过程v2.0作者:李鹏磊写在最前面:本次加入的内容:关于设置tunnel接口失败的处理办法。

现在客户端由于和客户的具体环境关系很大,很容易受到别的软件和客户电脑设置的影响而无法正常使用,我在接手客户端工作的这段时间里也遇到了很多这样的情况,现在稍稍做一些总结分享一下,帮助大家排查问题,提高工作效率。

1.确认pc操作系统已经完全激活如果windows系统处于待激活状态,系统的一些功能是被禁用的,有可能会对scvpn 的登录造成影响,主要是win7和win8需要注意这个问题。

2.关闭UAC具体过程:控制面板->用户帐户->(用户帐户->)更改用户帐号控制设置->从不通知。

该操作需要重启后生效。

3.关闭病毒防护软件的实时文件检测功能建议直接关闭此类软件。

4.提升当前windows用户的管理员权限具体过程:控制面板->用户帐户这里可以看到当前用户的权限,建议使用拥有管理员权限的帐号。

5.恢复IE的默认设置具体过程:Ie->选项->Internet选项->高级->重置6.设置设备地址为安全站点。

具体过程:Ie->选项->Internet选项->安全->受信任的站点->站点(下面第一图)受信任的站点->输入设备地址->添加(下面第二图)7. 查看本地服务列表中Hillstone Secure Connect 服务是否存在,如果存在是否为自动并已启动,如果不存在请重新安装客户端并刷新列表。

如果存在但不是自动并已启动,请手动更改状态。

更改状态的过程:双击服务项->修改“启动类型”为自动->修改“服务状态”为已启动->点击“应用”保存设置。

设置tunnel接口失败。

根据前端的反馈,这个问题出现的情况很多,也比较复杂,我单独来讲一下。

1.问题出现的原因:Tunnel即隧道,设置tunnel接口失败即设置隧道接口失败,这在vpn创建过程中是即为关键的一步,scvpn客户端执行这一步是使用netsh interface ip set命令进行设置的。

三维激光隧道断面仪后处理软件使用说明1. 软件运行环境操作系统 winXP, win2000,计算机具备打印机接口(LTP1)及串行接口(COM)或USB接口。

2. 软件安装方法第一步:启动计算机并进入Windows;第二步:运行Setup.exe,根据安装向导提示将软件安装到指定路径中。

当出现如下界面时,选择相应的驱动程序,对于3型、4型不需要安装USB驱动,对于不带PDA的2型机以及防爆机型不需要安装PDA同步软件,加密锁驱动和主程序必须安装。

第三步:安装完毕,重启计算机,桌面上应当有安装程序创建的快捷方式,双击该快捷方式即可启动程序。

客户区显示二维三维模式下断面形状以及超欠挖情况,客户区中包含控制条,用于控制二维三维模式的切换以及三维模式下断面的选择。

可浮动面板有三个,分别为“数据”、“属性”和“曲线信息”,“数据”用于显示当前测量曲线所包含的数据点坐标,“属性”用于显示三类信息工程信息、测量信息和设置信息,“曲线信息”用于显示当前测量断面的超欠挖数据等。

这些信息根据所选断面或者曲线的改变而实时发生对应的变化。

可浮动面板可以根据用户的使用习惯分别停靠到不同位置或按照标签的方式显示,还可以自动隐藏到客户区的边缘。

点击浮动面板的顶部标题栏,对其进行拖动时,如下图所示,界面上会出现停靠指示提醒图标,拖动面板时鼠标放置到相应停靠提醒图标上时,蓝色区域显示了当前面板将要停靠的位置,此时如果释放鼠标,则浮动面板停靠到该区域指示位置。

路由器借助Tunnel端口实现隧道功能,允许利用传输协议(如IP)来传送任意协议的网络数据包。

第三步:在本地机器上用FTP连接本机的6666端口,现在已经连上对方的机器了。
可是,人家看到的怎么是127.0.0.1而不是192.168.0.4的地址?因为本地机器现在是连接本机的6666端口,防火墙肯定不会有反应,因为没往外发包,当然局域网的防火墙不知道了。现在连接上本机的6666端口以后,FTP的数据包不管是控制信息还是数据信息,都被htc伪装成HTTP数据包然后发过去,在防火墙看来,这都是正常数据,相当于欺骗了防火墙。
HTTPTunnel,Tunnel这个英文单词的意思是隧道,通常HTTPTunnel被称之为HTTP暗道,它的原理就是将数据伪装成 HTTP的数据形式来穿过防火墙,实际上是在HTTP请求中创建了一个双向的虚拟数据连接来穿透防火墙。说得简单点,就是说在防火墙两边都设立一个转换程序,将原来需要发送或接受的数据包封装成HTTP请求的格式骗过防火墙,所以它不需要别的代理服务器而直接穿透防火墙。HTTPTunnel刚开始时只有Unix版本,现在已经有人把它移植到Window平台上了,它包括两个程序,htc和hts,其中htc是客户端,而hts是服务器端,我们现在来看看我是如何用它们的。比如开了FTP的机器的远端机器IP是 192.168.0.3,本地机器的IP是192.168.0.4,现在我本地因为防火墙的原因无法连接到 FTP上,现在用HTTPTunnel的过程如下:
需要说明的是,这一招的使用需要其他机器的配合,就是说要在他的机器上启动所允许的80 端口上,这样才可以成功绕过防火墙!HTTPTunnel还有一个优点,就是他的机器以前80端口开着,现在这么用也不会出现什么问题,正常的Web访问仍然走老路,重定向的隧道服务也畅通无阻!
用Netstat看一下本机现在开放的端口,发现6666端口已在侦听。
