我是一个爱运动的小姑娘,听妈妈说:我刚会走时就从这个沙发蹦向那个沙发,把大凳子、小椅子排成火车来拉。

长大后,我在爸爸妈妈的带动下,喜欢上了跑步。

每天清晨,天刚蒙蒙亮,四周静悄悄的。

居民楼里绝大多数人还在梦乡的时候,我就悄悄起床,穿上心爱的运动鞋去跑步。

我沿着林荫小道跑向音乐广场,我绕着广场的小路慢慢地跑,
环绕广场的人工湖水里映着我矫健的身姿,一波一波向前游动,路边多情的枝条像在拉扯着我,轻拂着我,像是给我加油、鼓劲;正在 ___清洁工阿姨向我伸出大拇指:哇!好棒。

跑在路上,我身上湿乎乎的,但感觉好爽。

通常,我跑完3圈后,太阳公公就露出了笑脸,于是我就顺着小路跑回家。

这时,妈妈已做好了早饭,爸爸也上班去了。

现在,我已经是四年级的学生了,我的个子猛长,身轻如燕,跑起来健步如飞,像插上了翅膀,这全是锻炼的结果。

自从我迷上了跑步,疾病远离了我,学习成绩也越来越好,浑身有使不完的劲儿。

跑步,使我精神舒畅,信心倍增。

跑步,使我耐心位增,学再有困难都被一一攻克了。

总之,运动使人健康,我爱运动,更爱跑步。

每个人都有自己喜欢的运动,比如:跳绳、跳高、游泳……可是,我喜欢跑步,尤其是飞跑的那种。

我喜欢跑起来飞快的感觉,喜欢那种勇往直前的劲头儿,更喜欢听耳边的风声。

尤其是跑出一身痛快淋漓的大汗以后,回家洗个澡,别提有多舒服啦。

在学校,如果那个男生招惹了我们女生,下课后,我们女生就“围剿”他。

因为我跑得快,常常派我去“追捕”。

我就一直追、追、追!追得他气喘吁吁、筋疲力尽,说:“小美女,别追啦!我不行啦。


我就把他“押”回来,女生们围上来给他来一顿“少林拧耳朵”、“武当十三掐”。

哼!
在家里,也经常和爷爷赛跑。

当爷爷跑不过要落后的时候,就常耍小花招儿,不是拽我衣服,就是拉我的胳膊,可赖啦。

尽管这样,也总是我赢,当“冠军”的感觉真好!
跑步,不仅锻炼身体,还能在赛跑中体验到乐趣。

我非常喜欢跑步,它不仅给我带来了许多乐趣,而且使我认识了许多朋友,还给我一个强健的身体。

有一次,我早早地来到校园,看见杨明老师带着一群五年级学生正在操练。

好奇心驱使我跑了过去,学着大哥哥们的样子,也做起了操练。

杨明老师见了,说:“你想来就参加吧!”我说:“ok!”我终于成为校队的一名运动员。

经过我不懈的努力,我被选入了参加县运动会,成为一名运动员。

我多么激动啊!我更加努力苦练,在运动中我崭露头角。

现在,我只在九人之下,而十几人之上呢!
自从我入队那天起,我还认识了许多朋友:牛利明、刘伟、蔺如意、张璐、李龙。

现在,我们见了,还热情地打招呼呢。

要不我喜欢跑步,恐怕还不认识他们呢!
跑步给了我一个健壮的身体,让我不像以前那样弱不禁风。

有一次,我们去苏家湾小树林里捡柴火,数我、武鹏宇、张泽机灵,因为我们三个都爱跑步。
