节各泵站的运行。

和可靠性;逐步实现泵站自动化监控和泵站信息化的管理;并且增强水环境的治理和保护,改善泵站工作环境、生产环境和生态环境。不断提高泵站的科学管理、经营管理水平,降低泵站运营成本,保证泵站工程安全,充分发挥泵站效益,达到可靠、安全、降耗、节能和高效的目的,促进地方经济可持续发展。

锐意改革,善于经营和管理,为工农业的生产和国民经济的发展服务。泵站的运行和管理人员必须熟悉泵站机电设备和精通业务以及管理方面的知识,具有处理各类设备故障和应急突发事件的能力。2)精简机构,明确各部门职责范围,建立健全岗位责任制,制定考核、评比和奖惩制度,不断提高管理队伍的政治和业务素质。

3)按照泵站现代化管理要求,加强泵站定编、定员和劳动保护，以及生态环境建设等工作。4)对泵站职工有计划地施行思想教育和岗前技术培训,按照国家规定实行考核、定级和晋级,充分调动职工对工作的热情和积极性。5)努力探索泵站的现代化管理体制改革,逐步建立、健全泵站现代化企业制度,走企业化管理的路子来管理泵站。
