QTSTAR 电解电容器概述电解电容器是常用的电子元件, 主要应用于滤波、去耦及信号耦合等场合。

使用液体电解液的铝电解电容器,由通用电气(GE公司发表于1908年。

使用固态钽电解电容器,由WE和SPRAGU发表于1953年。

使用有有机半导体为电解质的固体OS-CONfe容,由三洋SANYOe表于1982年。

值得注意的是,虽然SANYOe展OS-CONK时间很早,也属于成熟的技术,但真正被大量使用(以合理的产量与价格被广泛使用),其实也是这两年的事情。

因为PC产业对OS-CO电容优异的高频特性有迫切的需求,从Pentium系列主机板开始,我们就可以开始看到OS-CON勺影子,直到Pentium 4,OS-CON^经到了不可或缺的程度。

我公司于2002年开始推出QTSTA电容(导电性高分子铝固体电解电容器),它采用高性能的材料(导电性高分子)作为电解质,其导电性高,ESR(等效串联电阻)值低, 并且有良好的频率特性、温度特性及允许通过更多的纹波电流等特点。

■INTRODUCTIONMLCC(Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor)is SMD(Surface Mounted Device)type capacitor that is used in wide ranges of capacitance.MLCC is paid more attentions than other capacitors due to the better frequency characteristics,higher reliability,higher withstanding voltage and so on.MLCC is made of many layers of ceramic and inner electrodes like sandwich.Pd was used for inner electrodes.But the price of Pd was skyrocketed and Pd was replaced by the BME(Base Metal Electrode),which reduced the total cost of MLCC.This inner electrode is connected to outer termination for surface mounting,which is composed of three layers,Cu or Ag layer,Ni plating layer,and SnPb or Sn plating layer.Most of MLCCs become Pb free by the environmental issue at present.MLCC is divided into two classes.Class I(C0G,etc)is the temperature compensating type.It hasa small TCC(Temperature Coefficient of Capacitance)and a better frequency performance.Therefore,it is used in RF applications such as cellular phone,tuner,and so on.Class II(X7R, X5R,Y5V,etc)is the high dielectric constant type,which is used in general electronic circuit.Especially high capacitance MLCC is replacing other multilayer ceramic chip capacitor comes into direct contact with melted solder during soldering,it is exposed to potentially mechanical stress caused by the sudden temperature change.The capacitor may 低压无功补偿装置 技术规范书技 术 规 范 书1. 总则1.1 本技术规范书适用于低压400V系统TSC无功功率动态补偿装置。

提出了并联电容器动态无功功率补偿装置的技术要求。

1.2 本技术规范提出的是最低限度的技术要求, 并未对一切技术细节作出规定,也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文。

投标方应保证提供符合工业标准和本技术规范的优质产品。

1.3 本技术规范所使用的标准若与甲方所执行的标准不一致时,按较高标准执行。

1.4 本技术规范书未尽事宜,由双方协商解决。

2. 招标内容投标方提供满足本技术规范书要求的设备和各项服务,其中包括下列内容:➢提供高质量的、完整的、全新的设备和相关附件。

➢设备的现场指导安装、调试、现场验收等。

➢对买方技术人员的培训、保修期的维护等。

➢提供技术资料。

3. 资质要求➢要求供货厂家必须提供同类产品CCC认证资质证明;➢要求所提供产品必须获得国家权威部门即国家电控配电设备质量监督检验中心,出具的产品型式试验合格证书及报告;➢要求所提供产品必须具备质量管理体系认证证书(ISO9001);➢要求产品具有自主的专利证书;4. 供货范围动态补偿装置采用与低压柜并柜安装,投标方中标后需和前期中标的开关柜厂家密切配合以解决动态补偿成套装置和低压开关柜之间的并柜接口及采样方面的相关问题。

此次投标不包含补偿装置内的水平主母线(即柜顶主母线、零、地母线)、低压进线电流信号采集用电流互感器(甲方在低压进线柜中提供),此外为满足装置性能的所需的一次、二次元件包括柜体均由投标人成套提供,具体供货范围如下(参见图纸)。

Consequently, the factor of temperature (ambient temperature and internal heating due to ripple current) is the most critical to electrolytic capacitor life. The effect of voltage on capacitor life is negligible, especially for low voltage electrolytic capacitors. QTSTAR电解电容器
概述
电解电容器是常用的电子元件,主要应用于滤波、去耦及信号耦合等场合。

使用液体电解液的铝电解电容器,由通用电气(GE)公司发表于1908年。

使用固态钽电解电容器,由WE和SPRAGUE发表于1953年。

使用有有机半导体为电解质的固体OS-CON电容,由三洋SANYO发表于1982年。

值得注意的是,虽然SANYO发展OS-CON的时间很早,也属于成熟的技术,但真正被大量使用(以合理的产量与价格被广泛使用),其实也是这两年的事情。

因为PC产业对OS-CON电容优异的高频特性有迫切的需求,从Pentium系列主机板开始,我们就可以开始看到OS-CON的影子,直到Pentium 4,OS-CON已经到了不可或缺的程度。

我公司于2002年开始推出QTSTAR电容(导电性高分子铝固体电解电容器),它采用高性能的材料(导电性高分子)作为电解质,其导电性高,ESR(等效串联电阻)值低,并且有良好的频率特性、温度特性及允许通过更多的纹波电流等特点。

现已在PC主板,显卡,开关电源,音响,汽车控制线路等行业中应用。
