（一）北京轨道交通建设历程
（1）The construction progress of Beijing metro line

北京自1965年地铁1号线开工建设，一期工程1969年建成通车，是国内最 早建成轨道交通工程并投入运营的城市。但由于种种原因，后续轨道交通 建设在上世纪80、90年代未得到大力发展，至1999年仅建成通车1号线、2 号线共54公里。 在2008年奥运会前陆续建成了地铁13号线、八通线、5号线、10号线一 期、8号线一期、机场线等6条线路，通车里程达到200公里。 Beijing metro line 1 was constructed from 1965, and it was put into operation in 1969, so it is the first city who has metro line. However, due to various reasons, the follow-up construction of metro line has not been developed in the 1980s and 1990s, there was only 54 kilometers involving line 1 and line 2 by 1999. By 2008 Olympic Games, line 13, batong line, line 5, line 10(first set), line 8(first set), airport line and so on have been built up, and the operated mileage reached to 200km.
In the finished Beijing metro development planning in 2015, adding in 120 kilometers line, involving 5 new metro lines, such as line 16, haidian hill line, yanfang line, line 8(third set),airport line(second set). Combining the two planning, planned line will reached to 703 kilometers, and operated line will reach to 666 kilometers by 2015 in Beijing.

目前，轨道交通运营线 路共15条，长约372公里， 日均客运量超过700万人 次，高峰客运量达839.1万 人次，轨道交通在城市交通 体系中发挥的作用越来越重 要、越来越突出。 At present, the rail transit line has 15 lines, 372 kilometers, the average daily passenger is more than 7 million people, the passengers are reached 8.391 million in the rush, rail traffic is more and more important in the urban transportation system.

（ gross area 16808 square kilometers ），市区面积735平方公 里。（ downtown area 735 square kilometers ）
（二）2015年加强版线网规划
(2)The reinforced Beijing Metro development planning in 2015
2011年，编制完成2015年加强版线网规划，新增16号线、海淀山后线、 燕房线、8号线三期、二机场线共5条线路长约120公里。
结合两个规划，2015年前，我市共规划建设约703公里的轨道交通线 网，建成通车总里程有望达到666公里。
交通出行(transportation

公共交通占全部出行量的40%，其中轨道交通占 公共交通出行比例的37%，机动 车已突破500万辆. 2015年目标：公共交通占全部出行量的50%，其中轨道交通占公共 交通出行比例的50%. 2010年最新统计，实际常驻人口1972万人。北京全市常驻人口密度为 1202人/平方公里，由城区向郊区县人口分布密度呈逐渐下降趋势。 In 2010, the latest statistics show the actual resident population is 19.72 million in Beijing city .The resident population density is1202 people/km2, the population distribution density was gradually declined from city to suburbs .
（二）目前北京轨道交通建设模式

北京轨道交通建设采用投资、建设、运营三分开的模式。 投资单位为北京市基础设施投资公司，负责轨道交通建设投融资工作； 建设单位包括北京市轨道交通建设管理公司、东直门快轨公司和北控磁悬 浮公司，负责轨道交通建设管理工作； 运营单位包括北京市地铁运营公司和京港地铁公司，负责轨道交通运营工 作。 Beijing rail transit construction adopt investment, construction, operation three separate mode. Investment unit is Beijing infrastructure investment company, responsible for the rail transit construction investment and financing work； The construction unit includs Beijing rail transit construction management company, the dongzhimen rapid rail company and BeiKong maglev company, responsible for the rail transit construction management work； Operation units including Beijing metro operation company and the jinggang metro operation company, responsible for rail transit operation.

By 2015, the Beijing rail transit line will present a" 3 loop lines, 4 transverse, 5 longitudinal, 7radiation“ pattern. When the main service in the City Center District line will reach to 19 line and the mileage will reach to 406km.





2009年国庆60周年之际建成地铁4号线，通车里程达到228公里。
2010年，北京轨道交通迎来新的建设高潮，年底同时建成大兴线、亦庄线、 昌平线一期、房山线、15号线一期东段5条线路，通车里程达到336公里。 2011年，为尽快最大限度地缓解交通拥堵问题，分段开通部分城区线路，建 成地铁8号线二期北段、9号线南段、15号线一期西段3条线路，通车里程达到 372公里。 By 2009,line 4 is completed, and the operated mileage reached to 228km. 2007年，编制完成 2015年线网规划，提 出“三环、四横、五 纵、七放射”，19条线 路、561公里的线网规 划。
