摘要
便利店的兴起不是偶然的,而是源于大型超市百货地理位置较远,不利于日常生活用品急需的购物;卖场面积巨大,商品品种繁多占用购物者大量时间;结账时需排队等候。于是便利店应运而生。
目前,传统便利店受到大型超市百货(如人人乐、华润万家等)以及连锁便利店加入的冲击下,传统便利店的发展已经是在夹缝中求生。传统便利店的改革与发展刻不容缓。
传统便利店的发展与改革必须从便利性作为出发点,距离的便利性、购物的便利性、时间的便利性、服务的便利性。
在制定与实施战略的关键活动中,便利店的选址、营业员的素质等尤为重要。并且在传统便利店中更存在着诸多问题,商品摆放杂乱无章、商品种类不全面、缺乏便民服务。这些问题都是企业必须采取相应的措施,制定合理的发展战略。
本文通过对河源市传统便利店的分析,根据目前便利店的一个发展方向,比较系统的提出了传统便利店的改革措施。

Abstract

At present, the traditional convenience store by the chain of convenience stores (such as Meyija, Tianfu etc.) under the impact of the development of traditional convenience stores, is to survive in the cracks. Brook no delay the reform and development of the traditional convenience store.
Development and reform the traditional convenience store must as a starting point from the convenience of distance, convenience, shopping convenience, time convenience, service convenience.
The critical activity in strategic formulation and implementation, the convenience store location, the clerk's quality is very important. And there are many problems in the traditional convenience store, displaying goods be, types of goods is not comprehensive, the lack of service. These questions are all enterprises must take corresponding measures, formulate reasonable development strategy.
In this paper, through the analysis of the traditional convenience store in Heyuan City, according to a direction of development at present, the convenience store, the system compared to the traditional convenience store reform measures.
