4.操作离心机
操作面板 离心机通过操作面板操作,当功能键指示灯照亮时方能按键。闭合电源一瞬间,所 有指示灯及显示屏照亮。 4.1.1 启动键 特征:圆圈中心有一小圆 功能如下: � 启动离心机。 � 终止一个先前启动的减速过程,重新启动离心机。 � 转变到短暂运行。 � 保存一运转程序。离心参数如速度、时间和转头号可被锁定,此时该程序无 法改变。只有启动、停止和开盖键可以操作。 4.1.2 停止键 特征:圆圈中心有一正方形 功能如下: � 提前终止一个运行过程。离心机减速直到最后完全停止。减速过程中,按起 动键可停止减速又重新启动离心机。 � 激活缓慢启动(较长的加速时间)/缓慢制动(较长的减速时间)功能。 ——离心机处于静止状态: 通过轻按停止键来激活或关闭“Soft stop”和“Sfot start”。 ——离心机处于运转状态,停止键照亮; 轻按停止键。当再次按下停止键时 “Soft stop”和“Sfot start”功能就可被激活 或关闭。 4.1.3 开盖键 特征:圆圈中心有一已开启一定角度箱子 条件是: � 离心机已完全停止。 � 开盖键指示灯已照亮。 当开盖键指示灯闪烁时,顶盖必须再一次打开。合上顶盖时两把锁要求同时锁紧。 4.1.4 旋钮 旋钮被使用来选择和改变参数。 左旋钮:激活“Set”键就可以选择速度、向读离心力、时间温度、转头或锁。 注:如果在 60 秒内离心机参数没有被改变, “Set”就会自动关闭,并且锁的标示 出现。当锁定图标显示后,则无法改变离心参数。 右旋钮:激活“Set”后可通过右键设定所需参数。 4.2 显示屏 显示屏由以下几个部分构成: ——时间; ——锁标 ——速度 ——转子、不平衡、运转模式 4.2.1 速度/离心力 转子尺寸及速度决定离心力大小。输入一个值可自动确定另一个数值。 4.2.1.1 速度 “Speed”显示转速。此数值可通过旋转右旋钮来设定。 转子真实速度值显示在设定值之下。 旋转左旋钮,激活“Speed”的“Set”区域,转速可通过旋转右旋钮来设定。 4.1

HERAEUS®LABOFUGE®400 AND 400 R GENERAL PURPOSE CENTRIFUGESGreat value and functionality for routine workThe Labofuge ®400tabletop centrifuge and the refrigerated version, theLabofuge ®400 R , are ideal for centri-fuging average sized samples in routine laboratory applications in the fields of research, biology and medicine.Thanks to an extensive range of rotors and accessories, these centrifuges can be used for practically everyseparation task: from highspeed cen-trifugation in microliter tubes to gentle sedimentation of animal cell cultures in conical tissue culture tubes.Of course, the right capacity is also available for your particular needs.The swinging bucket rotor can handle,for example, 36 x 7ml tubes,12 x 15ml conical tissue culture tubes or 28 x 15ml tubes for aerosol tight centrifugation.A unique feature of this series is the rotor for centrifuging microplates. The rotor is designed with a radius of 15 cm (5.9 inch) so that themicroplates can swing out vertically.The sediment is concentrated in the center of the wells for easy andaccurate photometric analysis.The Labofuge ®400 is equipped with a new air cooling system which makes it extremely quiet (less than 58 dB).The versatile swinging bucket rotor can accommodate round buckets or special cyto buckets. There aredifferent Centri-Lab ®adapters for the aerosol tight round bucket so that a variety of centrifugation tubes can be used in the swinging bucket rotor. Congratulations for purchasing a SIGMA laboratory centrifuge. You have selected a device which combines many advantages. A wide spectrum of programming options and an electronic operation control allow a troublefree use of the centrifuge. With its 3-phase drive, maintenance-free, quiet operation without any carbon dust pollution is guaranteed. Your device is equipped with user-friendly options which make the operation and standard settings easier for you. Built-in error-detecting functions keep the user from entering incorrect values and check the complete operation. A special advantage is the storage capacity the centrifuge offers. The instrument has a program memory which can store up to 50 data sets and is capable of keeping the last run program in its memory for an unlimited amount of time allowing the program to be restarted at any time - even if the centrifuge was turned off in between. All important operation parameters can be seen at a glance. The settings are executed via the knob in the control panel which has a coated surface protecting the device against moisture and dust. 3.3 转子及其附件的安装
1. 压开盖键打开离心机顶盖
2. 逆时针旋转转子专用扳手,拧开电机轴上的转子紧固螺栓并移去。
3. 将转子垂直安放到电机轴上。
4. 用转子扳手顺时针拧紧转子紧固螺栓。
紧固扭矩: 1-6/1-13/1-15/2-5/1-15K/2-16/2-16K

温度设定值可在-20℃至 40℃之间选择,带有加热装置可设定到 60℃。上部显示设定 值,下部显示实际值。刚启动时,转子与离心管内样品之间有一温度差,运行一段时间

离心机使用步骤及注意事项
1、将仪器接上电源后,打开仪器后面的电源开关。
2、将样品等量放置在试管内,并将其对称放入转头。
3、可按“左”键移动至转速和时间区,并按“上”键或“下”键
调节数值的大小。
调节后按记忆键记忆数值。
4、按开始键启动仪器。
5、仪器停止时,取出样品,关闭电源开关,拔掉插头。
注意事项
1、样品在放入离心机前一定要配平,否则会损坏离心机。
2、离心管一定要盖严,以免管内液体腐蚀离心机。
3、如不小心将液体洒到离心机上,请及时擦净以免腐蚀。
4、离心机在停止运转前,不可将盖子打开,以免发生危险。
5、最高转速:12000rpm。
6、如果因为某些特殊原因在离心机工作的时候让其停止,按“停
止”键。

一、离心机启动说明:
1、检查相应的管线阀门;
2、给控制柜上电,并进入到“初始画面”,离心机控制柜上电,
画面显示“初始画面”通过按“复位”按钮来消除初始化的报警信息。
如果故障信息全部消失,则系统可以启动,如果有故障信息,则需要先将故障清除后,再运行系统;
3、检查系统是否处于“自动状态”,如果不是在自动状态,需要
先切换到自动状态;方法如下:
(1)按下“控制”按钮,进入到“模式”画面;
通过按“手动/自动选择”按钮,选择“自动运行”状态,通过“就地/远控选择”来选择就地或者远端控制;
4、上述设置完成后,按下控制柜的“启动”按钮,启动离心机系
统;
5、离心机在启动过程中,启动指示灯在闪烁;
6、当启动指示灯全亮后,系统会自动打开进料口阀门。
7、在运行过程中,如果发现处理效果不好,需要暂时停止进料,
可以通过按下“主画面1”的“进料允许”按钮,关闭进料阀;
8、观察进料阀开到位后,则人工开启进料泵进料;
二、离心机停止说明:
1、人工停止进料泵;将出油管阀门关闭,打开与出水管联通的阀
门,然后人工打开冲洗水阀门,对离心机进行冲洗。
冲洗时间为20分钟;冲洗结束后,关闭冲洗水阀门;
2、按下控制柜上的“停止”按钮,离心机开始停止过程;。

电动离心机如有噪音或机身振动时,应立即切断电源,即时排除 故障。 离心管必须对称放入套管中,防止机身振动,若只有一支样品管 另外一支要用等质量的水代替。 启动离心机时,应盖上离心机顶盖后,方可慢慢启动。 分离结束后,先关闭离心机,在离心机停止转动后,方可打开离 心机盖,取出样品,不可用外力强制其停止运动。 离心时间一般1~2分钟,在此期间,实验者不得离开去做别的事。

转鼓
滤布的目数应根据所分离物料的固相颗粒的 大小而定,否则影响分离效果。 密封圈嵌入转鼓密封槽内,以防物料跑入。 为确保离心机正常运转,转动部件请每隔6个月后加油保养一次。同时查 看轴承处运转润滑情况,有无磨损现象;制动装置中的部件是否有磨损 情况,严重的予以更换;轴承盖有无漏油情况。 机器使用完毕,应作好清洁工作,保持机器整洁。
