My ideal career is being an electrical automation engineer, I really appreciate words from the President of the IEEE Education Association, Leah Jamieson. She once said engineers make our lives better and improve our qualities of life. I think it is necessary for the whole society to understand and recognize the contributions of engineering and social significance. The profession of engineering will empower in the future. I am really interested in the applications of how to improve the energy efficiency by utilizing the techniques of electrical automation. After graduation from your school, I will return, and wish I could work in an international company, such as Siemens (China) which belongs to the Five Hundred of the World. Current advanced technology leaves us a huge potential for saving energy. Siemens is the only one covers the entire energy conversion chain, and offers various ranges of products and solutions. It provides environment portfolio, including high efficiency gas turbine and steam turbine power, renewable energy, low-loss transmission and smart grid and smart building systems, efficient energy drive system and efficient transportation. Therefore, I particularly hope that I can receive my further education and research in the United States. I hope I can be an excellent engineer who could contribute himself to China, to the world and the whole mankind.
