防水： 该表在水深为50米，100米或200米的静压下会进水，以及同深度的盐水。但是注意，水下的Hale Waihona Puke 态压力要比静态压力强大得多。详见下表。

PROTREK登山表要怎么调闹钟？
因为题主没有特别指明是哪个型号，所以我以卡西欧PROTREKPRW-登山表为例，它共配备5个可单独使用的每日闹铃。
点击D钮选择闹铃模式，在数字画面上AL出现约1秒后，画面将显示闹铃编号（-1至-5），在进入闹铃模式后，用A钮和C钮选换要设定的闹铃，直至需要设定的闹铃画面（-1至-5）出现，按住E钮直到出现HoldSET，指示当前设定闪动，随后按D钮选择时数或分数，再通过A钮和C钮改变闪动中的设定，在设定完成后按E 钮退出设定画面。

Whenever you change the time setting for any city in the Timekeeping Mode,the settings of all World Time cities are changed ac-cordingly.To select a World Time City and view its time1.In the World Time Mode, press D to scroll forward through the city codes (time zones). CASIO 手表EF-510(4725)使用说明说明：调节按钮旋转一格或一次旋转二格以上，可以使指针移动一格或快速自动移动。
一、手表基准检测与调整：1、在模式盘中，将指针调整到C H R 模式；2、将“调节按钮”拉出1格。
3、待所有指针停止后，检测所有指针是否归零：秒针、时针、分针指向12，24时表盘针指向24，秒表盘针指向0，日期指向1。
4、若都没有指向基准：A 、先调整秒表盘的功能指针指向0：保持“调节按钮”拉出1格的基础上，按动“按键A ”，直至其指向0；B 、再调整日期指向1：保持“调节按钮”拉出1格的基础上，旋转“调节按钮”直到日期指向1；C 、然后调整秒表指针指向12：将“调节按钮”拉出到第2挡，按动“按键A ”直到秒针指向12基准位；D、调整分针、时针、24时表针至基准位：在保持“调节按钮”拉出2挡的基础上上，旋转“调节按钮”，直至表针都指向基准位，调整时间时注意上午和下午；E、以上均设定到基准位后，将“调节按钮”按回到原位（退进2挡），所有指针将移动到调整前的相对当前时间。
基准位即调整完毕。
二、手表时间的调整：1、在模式盘中，将指针调整到T M E模式；2、将“调节按钮”拉出至第2档，使秒针停止，旋转“调节按钮”，将时针和分针调节到现在的时间位置，调整时间注意上午和下午；3、将“调节按钮”按回到原位（退进2挡），所有指针将正常开始工作，调整时间完毕。
三、手表日期的调整：1、在模式盘中，将指针调整到T M E模式；2、将“调节按钮”拉出至第1档，秒针将指向月份位置，若要改变月份，请按动“按键B”；3、旋转“调节按钮”，直到日期调整为当天日期；4、将“调节按钮”按回到原位（退进1挡），所有指针将正常开始工作，调整日期完毕。
四、手表闹钟的使用：1、调整到ALM模式；2、将“调节按钮”拉出至第2档，指针将均指向当前闹钟的时间位置；3、旋转“调节按钮”，设置闹钟时间；4、将“调节按钮”按回到原位（退进2挡），调整闹钟完毕。

折腾了几个晚上，把日文说明书中关于电波校时的部分给汉化了，在我看来这是最重要的部分，其它功能慢慢来了。
事先声明，我不懂日文，我是用谷歌翻译、百度翻译和有道翻译机翻的，结合自己的使用经验尽量使语句通顺、易懂。
