XXX 集团公司远程监控方案

功能需求：

1．远程监控。中心为广州，同时监控北京、成都、深圳三地。

2．视频会议。实现一点对多点的视频会议功能。

实现方法：

1．视/音频传输：

实现方法一：采用专业的视频会议设备以色列VCON公司的E25Pro视频会议卡。E25Pro 为内置PC机的PCI卡，支持TCP/IP，传输带宽为64K~2M可选，实现单路视频、音频全双工传输。自带系统软件MeetingPoint4.0，支持本地图像和远端图像同时观看。本方案需要三对E25Pro卡。其中北京、成都、深圳三台系统操作台分别内置一块E25Pro卡，监控中心广州配制三台视频传输终端，三台终端各内置一块E25Pro卡。视频终端将E25Pro接收的视频数字图像转换成模拟信号后输入到视音频矩阵控制器。E25Pro的性能参数请参考附件。

实现方法二：采用目前国际上市场占有率最高的视频会议设备ViewStation系列产品。北京、成都、深圳采用三个ViewStation SP取代三块内置于系统操作台的E25Pro卡，广州中心采用一个ViewStation MP代替三台视频终端。MP可以同时接收三个远程图像。ViewStation自带模拟输出接口。ViewStation的性能参数请参考附件。

2．监控系统组成：

采用天目多媒体视频监控系统。矩阵控制器受系统操作台的控制实现对音/视频信号输入输出的矩阵切换。关于天目监控系统的详细介绍请参见附件。
