办理入住时,如果客人没有明确所需要的房间类型,那就需要前台员工给 客人介绍房型、房价、一些优惠活动等。换句话说就可以抓此机会做 upselling.用到的句子有以下几种:
1、What kind of room would you like?
2、Which dates do you want to book the room?
B:No,I haven't. 我没有。
A:How long do you want to stay? 您想住多长时间? B:Three days. 三个晚上。 A:Let me check ,ok madam,I can offer you a room on the third floor. 我看一下,行的女士,我可以从三楼给你房间。 B:Fine. 很好。
退房时个别客人会要求下行李,订机票,再订房间或租车等,针对这些情 况可能要用到的以下句子:
1、Would you require any luggage assistance from your room, Mr. /Ms? 2、You can check the flight at concierge? 3、When will you back to the hotel?and how long will you stay?
B:Here is your credit card receipt. Please keep it carefully. 这是你的预授权小单,请您妥善保管。
A:Thank you! B:Mr .Smith, this is your room key and this is your room number. your room is located on the 2nd floor. Smith先生,这是您的房卡,上面有您的房间号,您的房间在二楼。
8、your room will be upgrade to the executive floor, it is only for the VIP guests and the environment is more quite. You also entitle to have the privilege to check in or check out in the executive lounge. It is only need RMBXXX per night.
