This is everyone's favorite time of the day when we get to escape to the cafeteria and socialize freely for a whole 40 minutes. I love spending my free periods in the library, exploring the different sections. Sometimes I'll check out a fantasy novel and get totally lost in another world of magic and adventure. Other times I'll grab books on topics I'm interested in learning more about, like outer space, ancient civilizations, or coding. The librarian is really nice too and always has good recommendations.Of course, you can't forget about the classrooms - that's where all the real learning happens! My classes include the coresubjects like math, science, English, and history. I have a different classroom for each one and they're all set up a little differently based on what we're studying. The math room has tons of charts, graphs and geometric shapes posted on the walls. The science lab has black tops for doing experiments and stations set up with microscopes and other equipment. No matter what the subject is though, every classroom has those iconic green chalkboards (or whiteboards) at the front.In between classes, we get these things called "passing periods" where we can go to our lockers, use the bathroom, or just hang out for a few minutes.
