对程序法律一定要非常娴熟，因为程序乃实体公正的保障。

在实习中，通过从事具体的律师实务，对法律职业或法律人的理解不断深化，越来越体会到理论与实践的差异，理论与现实的冲突，再往后执业中应特别注意和克服这些差异和冲突。

看人生百态，观社会风云，这正是律师行业的魅力之所在。

社会发展、情势变迁、新的问题，新的思维，只.努力学习、勇于创新实践，再能与时俱进。

实习期间，对律师实务、及办案流程.了更深刻、更直观的认识，具体包括：一、空闲时间经常拿执业律师已办结案件的卷宗，进行学习，看看他们最后是怎么处理双方争议的焦点。

从中即学会了执业律师办理案件的整个流程，也了解到庭审的各环节，认真观摩了执业律师举证、质证、辩论全过程。

二、旁听案件。

对案件审理并非我们现象中的那样充满激情和动人心魄。

实际中的民事审判很多程序性问题都省略了，觉得庭审严格但又灵活的一面。

三、跟执业律师到法律援助中心、工商局、派出所等部门调查取证。

在调查取证过程中会，深深感受和体会到律师执业的重大意义，也体会到律师在刑辩中获得案卷材料的.限。

四、其他诸如盖章、整理案卷材料、复印材料、送达文件、领取判决裁定。

在一年实习期间里，我们配合所内勤，帮忙做一些力所能及的事情。

为加强和巩固学习效果，我做了以下事情：一、理论指导实践，理论结合实践。

总的来说，在实习期间，我深刻感受到律师的责任与压力。

很多法律现象和法律事实，不是单纯依靠法学理论和法律条文所能解决的。

法律本身的漏洞和法律制度的弊端，个人是无法克服的，需要整个法律界以及全社会为之努力，才可能改变。

作为一名律师，更重要的是在事实和法律之间寻求平衡。

这不仅需要扎实的基本功，还需要.驾驭社会的艺术。

然而，我在以下方面仍需改进：1、业务学习一年来，通过从事具体的律师业务，自己对法律的理解不断加深，也越来越体会到理论也实践的差异。

一条看似明确的法律规定，运用到现实中，问题层出不穷，一个看似简单的实际问题，反馈到法律上，往往模棱两可，而在自己进入律师行业以前对这种现象可能既看不到，也想不到，而正是律师赖以生存的空间，实习一年，自认为在业务上最大的收获不是理解了多少法条，学会了多少技巧，而是明白了终身学习能力对于一个律师业务发展和业务能力的重要性。

2、执业态度一年来，跟随所里面各个律师办理业务，勤奋和认真是他们共同的特点，这给我感受很深，这是一个律师应.的职业态度，在这一点上我要检讨自己的惰性和准备不足，这反映自己对律师工作的认识和从事律师执业仍显准备不足。

律师不仅不是一个轻松休闲的职业，而且是一个充满挑战、需要付出艰辛的工作，独立、勤奋、认真是一个律师必须具备的执业态度。

人固.惰性，但为了从事的职业和自我实现，必须克服这种惰性，和依赖，以自我实现成为习惯，而不是惰性和依赖。

3、人际交往良好的交际能力是一个优秀律师必备的素质，自己在人际交往上还存在缺陷，一年实习期，在这方面还未得到多大改善，紧张、无序、混乱、拘谨的场面依然如故，这应该是缺乏自信的表现。

对此，在以后的执业过程中，自己要尽可能多学习、充实自己，提升自信心，人际交往从日常生活做起，从身边做起，做到不卑不亢，不急不躁，在人际交往中找到自己，实现自己。

经过一年的实习，我深刻认识到，终身学习能力对于一个律师业务发展和业务能的重要性。

以前的学习只是为从事律师职业打下了一些基础，或者说是仅仅为了迈向律师殿堂的门槛。

社会飞速发展，新的情势不断变化，法律持续更新，现在是一个学习型的社会，根本不存在一劳永逸的学习，律师行业更是如此，没.自我更新能力的律师注定是要被淘汰的。

成长为一名合格的执业律，不仅仅要不断学习专业理论知识，还要学习与之相关的各学科知识。
