本课主要通过设置参观恐龙博物馆这一情境,带领学生进入恐龙世界,通过看一看、比一比、说一说、聊一聊,激起学生谈论恐龙的兴趣。
在看、比、聊中认识恐龙,感受不同恐龙典型的身体特征,同时能够在语境中熟练运用“taller, shorter, bigger, smaller”等形容词比较级进行人或恐龙的外貌特征的比较,同时也能够完成对比自己与同学身高的活动。
以身高的谈论为例,引导学生在同一语境中延伸谈论话题,拓展“Length”, “Age”两方面的比较,丰富语言,拓展运用,使对话更灵活、真实、生动,提升学生的综合运用能力。
