Electroform(电铸)
利用金属的电解沉积原理来精确复制某些复杂或特殊形状的特种加工方法.

Advantage:
1.将普通模具不易实现的加工方式转化为容易实现方式,产品分界清晰. 2. 精度高,光洁度高.

Disadvantage:
1.模具成本高,寿命短.

NCVM (Non conductive vacuum metallization ,不连续真空电镀)
NCVM又称不连续镀膜技术或不导电电镀技术,是一种起缘普通真空电镀的高新技术,它是指金属材 料在真空条件下,运用化学和物理等特定手段进行有机转换,使金属转换成粒子,沉积或吸附在塑胶 材料的表面形成镀膜 .

Insert molding
嵌件成型技术,一般我们常用的嵌件都是金属件,例如不锈钢和铁等。而塑胶料通常为PC、 PC/ABS、增强材料等。

Advantage:
1.使产品降低厚度,适合超薄机,中高端机型. 2. 提高壳体强度.

Disadvantage:

中文名称:模内装饰技术 ,它是指把一个丝印有图案的FILM(薄膜)放到塑胶模具里进行注塑.

1.产品可以做到很丰富的表面效果 (最多可套印5色),弧面外形,复杂图案. 2. 产品生产时不良低(没有后续印刷和表面处理的不良)

Disadvantage:
1.模具成本高,周期长(lead time:45天) 2.FILM 最低起订量大:10万PCS 起订(按film 1km长起订)

电镀就是利用电解的方式使金属或合金沉积在工件表面,以形成均匀、致密、结合力良好的金属层 的过程,就叫电镀。简单的理解,是物理和化学的变化或结合。

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition,物理气象沉积)
在真空条件下,用物理的方法使材料沉积在被镀工件上的薄膜制备技术。 其原理是在真空条件下,采用低电压、大电流的电弧放电技术,利用气体放电使靶材蒸发并使被蒸发 物质电离,在电场的作用下,使被蒸发物质或其反应产物沉积在工件上。

ID mockup/ Appearance model Usually made by CNC machine with appearance effect. Verify appearance effect. ME mockup Made by CNC machine, or rubber tool with appearance effect. Verify structure design or for working sample for antenna and audio test.

包覆成型,即塑胶材料(通常是软胶如TPE、TPU)包裹在金属件上的一种成型方法。
