第一条聘请

Article 1: Employment

双方本着自愿平等、互利互惠的合作精神，同意签署本工作合同，并保证履行各项条款。

On the basis of voluntarily fairness and mutual benefit, both Parties agree to sign this Employment Contract and pledge to fulfill all the articles below with the cooperative spirit.

第二条合同期限

Article 2: Term of Employment

该岗位聘期为年，合同期自年月日起至年月日止。

The period of validity of this employment contract is years and shall commence from _ to _ .

聘期内，乙方保证每年能在岗位上工作不少于个月。

During the period of validity of this employment contract, Party B guarantees that he/she will work in Hangzhou Dianzi University as an for months at least each year.

第三条乙方工作职责

Article 3: Tasks of Party B

3.1. 作为第一作者或通讯作者,每年以xx大学为第一单位在SCI级或级以上学术期刊上发表学术论文篇。

Take Hangzhou Dianzi University as the first author affiliation or correspondence author, issue high quality papers on SCI , or on national level periodical journal or world well known periodical journal each year.

3.2. 协助学院开展师生国际交流与合作项目，辅导参与国际合作交流的学生。

Help the school to promote the international cooperation and exchange programs for teachers and students and give the program students guidance as much as possible.

3.3.每学期(或年) 联合指导研究生/讲课学时.

Jointly supervise postgraduates or deliver courses/lectures for teaching hours each semester / academic year.

第四条乙方工作条件及生活待遇

Article 4: Working Treatment and Living Benefit for Party B

4.1. 乙方办公室由学院安排。

The office be arranged by School of for Party B.

4.2. 乙方在聘期内可免费使用学校提供的相关设施和资源。

Party B can use the facilities and resources provided by Party A for free in the perod of validity of this employment contract.

4.3.工资/岗位津贴：/年（税前，含福利、社会保险等其他费用），由甲方按月/年发放，每月日/年月由甲方转帐至乙方在杭州的银行帐户。

Salary/Allowance : per year (pre tax, contains benefit, social security, etc.), and Party A shall pay the salary to Party B RMB and transfer to Party B's bank account opened in Hangzhou on the date of each month/ in each year.

第五条甲方的责任

Article 5: Responsibility of Party A

5.1. 向乙方介绍中国有关法律法规和甲方规章制度，及相关外国文教专家的管理规定。

Introduce the related Chinese law and rule, including the administrative regulations for foreign expert from abroad to Party B.

5.2. 向乙方提供必要的工作条件和生活待遇。

Provide the basic requirement of working conditions and living benefit to Party B.

5.3. 按规定支付乙方的工作报酬。

Pay the salary to Party B as the article mentioned above.

5.4. 根据中国法律以及中国与乙方国家之间的相关安排（如有）依法代扣代缴应当由乙方缴纳的相关税费。

Withhold tax which shall be borne by Party B in accordance with Chinese laws and/or relevant arrangement between China and Party B’s nation, if any.

第六条乙方的责任

Article 6: Responsibility of Party B

6.1. 遵守中国法律法规，依法办理履行本合同所需的所有行政审批、许可和证件。
