If the trigger on the control unit is pulled before the internal charging mechanism resets, the lights will flash. 电池充电电流大于 0.6A,整流器将进入均充,均充电压为 56.4V,当充电 电流大于 3.5A 时,整流器进入限流均充状态,当电池充电电流小于 0.6A 时,整流器将自动转为浮充状态,浮充电压为 53.5V。(24V 时电压减半) 交流断电时,接入电池,如电池电压大于 42.5V,此时整流器内的电池继 电器吸合,电池在线可对负载放电,若电池电压低于 42V,整流器将断掉 电池进行保护。(24V 时电压减半) 整流器不开机时,接入电池,即使电池反接整流器开机也也不会烧毁。如 果整流器在开机状态下接入电池,如电池反接,将会烧毁,严禁开机接入 电池。 平均故障间隔时间 MTBF≥100 000 h 强迫风冷的冷却方式(整流器内部有直流风扇,风通量为 10 CFM)。

1.0 PurposeThis document defines instructions for using 2U Power Patch Panel P/N 81000569.2.0 Environmental ConditionsThis product is designed for indoor use. Temperature 0 to +40C.3.0 Power Input56 & 12 VDC are supplied to the panel using accessory power supply modules,the power supply input is 100-240VAC, 50/60Hz, 5A4.0 DC Power Output(6x) 3 position terminal blocks (return, +56V and +12V) and (6x) 2 position terminal blocks(return, +56V).Power available at the rear terminal blocks are as follows:With 1 Power Supply – 80 watts maximum at 56V to a total maximum of 250W and 10 wattsmaximum at 12V to a maximum of 60w for the whole panel.With 2 Power Supplies – 80 watts maximum at 56V to a total maximum of 500W and 10watts maximum at 12V to a maximum of 60w for the whole panel.5.0 UseThis product is compatible with power supply modules and media conversion modules,which slide gently into slots in an unpowered panel. The output terminal blocks supplypower to class 2 circuits.6.0 Warnings6.1 There is a risk of shock on output terminals 50<voltage<56VDC.6.2 This panel is meant to be installed in a dry indoor location with controlled access byappropriate trained technicians.6.3 Some accessory modules include Class 1 Laser components.6.4 High touch current when multiple power supply modules are installed requires groundconnection before connecting supply. The building installation shall provide a means forconnection to protective ground and the panels shall be connected to it via the socketterminal or any of the three ground studs on the rear output panels. A service person shallcheck whether or not the socket outlet from which the power supplies are powered providesa connection to the building protective ground. If not, the service person shall arrange for the installation of a protectivegrounding conductor from the separate protective grounding terminal to theprotective ground wire in the building.6.8 The chassis is equipped with a grounding stud on each terminal bay. This stud comes with astar lock washer and a nut. As power supplies are installed into each bay, the serviceperson must connect the grounding stud on the chassis terminal bay to the grounding stud on the rear of the power supply.6.9 The grounding conductor between the chassis terminal bay and power supply shall besecured to the chassis with the provided grounding stud, star lock washer and nut. 前 言H1U/H2U系列PLC是深圳市汇川控制技术有限公司研发的高性价比控制产品,指令丰富,高速信号处理能力强,运算速度快,允许的用户程序容量H2U可达24K步(H1U可达12k步),且不需外扩存储设备。

控制器配备了四个通讯硬件端口,方便现场接线;通讯端口支持多种通讯协议,包括MODBUS主站、从站协议,尤其方便了与变频器等设备的联机控制;提供了严密的用户程序保密功能,子程序单独加密功能,方便用户特有控制工艺的知识产权保护。

控制器提供了多种编程语言,用户可选用梯形图、指令表、步进梯形图、SFC顺序功能图等编程方法。

图十二点击端口设置后我们可以看到此端口的详细配置参数,如图十三。

图十三点击高级按钮可以打开端口的高级设置,此时我们能看到在最下面可以修改COM 端口号,如图十四。

图十四点击COM端口号的下拉键头,COM端口号可以从COM1到COM256,实际可用的为255个,有一个端口号默认是被系统占用的,如图十五。

图十五当我们将端口号设置为希望使用的端口号后点击确定即可,但此时在设备管理器看到的端口号还没有改变,需要退出设备管理器重新进一下;对于win98等较早的系统更改端口号后需要重新启动计算机才能生效。

此操纵方法同样适用于加装COM 扩展卡生成的COM口设置;另外部分COM扩展卡配套光盘中也提供了一些修改工具实现更改端口号功能。

5.打开测试软件,设置测试软件的端口,测试软件的COM端口要与电脑设置的COM 端口一致,图中红框中“速率设置”不要更改,如图十六。

前面板
1.面板电源输出插座 输出电流10A,此插座默认为直通插座,可根据需要更改为受控插座.
2.电源电压指示(2U) 误差小于1V.
3..直通按键 按下此开关会强制开启所有输出。

此开关为隐藏式设计,以防误操作。

锁定键和状态指示 长按锁定按键,可以锁定/解锁-按键。

指示灯在电平控制、开关 控制状态下常亮,在RS232数据控制状态下闪亮,-设置延时闪亮一次,取消延时闪亮次;锁 定/解锁时,该指示灯闪亮次。

时序开启钥匙 钥匙处于ON时打开时序,处于OFF时关闭时序。

4(2U)5.八路控制按键(2U)及状态指示 亮灯时表示该路有输出,按一次按键转换一次开关状态。

长 按某一个按键,可以将该路设置成关的时候延时10分钟(第七路为10秒)。

同时按下5和6按键, 可以将机器恢复出厂设置。

此8个按键可以被第九个按键锁定,被锁定后,8个按键无效。

1.接入电源
由具备电工上岗资质人员进行操作。

从配电箱取电,根据实际功率要求使用相应线径,推荐使用6平方纯铜电线。

注意:要按照标示,正确接入各电极,不能接错。

本产品为I类电器,务必接地,确保安全。

2.手动控制 开启空气开关,通过机器面板的时序开关(或者钥匙),开启时序电源输出和关闭时序电源输出。

(仅限2U设备)可单独按动1-8按键,控制该路的输出;该路灯亮表示有输出,灯灭表示没输出。

(仅限2U设备)在特殊情况下,按下面板上隐藏的"bypass"按键,可以强制打开1-8通道输出.
3.级联控制 当输出路数不够时,可通过级联扩展,本机可级联2台。

将电脑通过RS232连接到级联主机,在PC软件上将第7路打钩(2U机器可长按面板第7按键)。

将主机和从机按照下图连接,实现级联完毕。

开启时,主机开启完后,从机跟随开启;关闭时,先关从机, 再关主机。

(注:级联后,主机的第八路不能使用)
4.电压控制 本机可通过外部的5-12V直流电压控制,实现远程管理。
