摘要

当今世界，社会经济快速发展，企业为了寻求生存与发展，赶上社会的步伐，不得不尽最大努力去研究探索最好的方式去获取利润。然而，资本是获取利润的基础，企业的发展需要足够的资本，而资金就是资本中非常重要的部分，资金是企业进行生产经营活动的必要条件，任何企业自身的资金都不可能足以支付企业发展所需要的资本，所以，筹集资金对于一个企业来说是至关重要的，筹集资金的目的是为了自身的生存与发展，当企业以主权资本方式或者是以负债资本方式进行资金筹措时，都会存在着一定的资金风险。筹资会面临各种各样的风险，其风险的表现形式也日新月异，各不相同，因此，新形势下，现代企业在筹资的过程中若要有效规避筹资风险就应该认真研究筹资风险的表现形式，并深入了解、把握，然后根据自身的实际情况，去做好相关的筹资风险防范对策。

本文从筹资及筹资风险的基本理论出发，通过分析筹资风险的成因及其表现形式，综合考虑了现代企业的经营状况，研究了企业防范筹资风险的有效方法与对策。

Abstract

In today's world, the rapid development of social economy, enterprises in order to seek survival and development, to catch up with the pace of society, need to do our best to study and explore the best way to get profits. However, the capital is profit, the development of enterprises need enough capital, and capital is an important part, capital is necessary condition of enterprise production and management activities of, any enterprise's own funds may not sufficient capital to pay for enterprise development need, so to raise funds for an enterprise is crucial, to raise funds for the purpose is for their own survival and development, when the enterprises to sovereignty capital or is in debt capital forms of financing, there is a certain liquidity risk. Financing will face a variety of risks, manifestation of the risk with each passing day, each are not identical. Therefore, under the new situation, the modern enterprise in the financing process if you want to effectively avoid the risk of financing should seriously study the financing risk's manifestation, and in-depth understanding and grasp, and then according to the actual situation of their own to do a good job financing risk prevention measures.

The from the basic theory of financing and funding risk of through the analysis of the financing risk causes and manifestation, considering the operating condition of the modern enterprise, studies the enterprise financing risk effective methods and measures of prevention.
